Needed right rear window replaced after some bums broke into my car. Same day service and they were done quicker than expected. The price was fair, too. Hopefully, I wont have any repair needs soon but I know where to go if I do. I highly recommend this place.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!! I came July 23rd for my driver window to get replaced. They were on time with replacing the window, but there was a chip at the top. I didn’t notice until I got home, but couldn’t call because they were closed. I called back July 26th, and they told me to bring my car and they’ll take a look at it. Today, Wednesday, July 28th, I’m here to bring my car and they took it back right away for replacement for $0.00! They explained to me it may have happened during shipping and handling. Very great business & I’ll be coming back anytime I need their service.

Told me that their establishment worked on my specific vehicle type yet was charged for just simple service because their establishment didnt even have the most basic of product needed to fix my vehicles problem. Very misleading and untrustworthy. Cant speak on the actual SERVICE because NONE WAS DONE.... Seems to me to be a gypsy mart....no offence intended.

Quite possibly the fastest and the most inexpensive glass replacement business I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.I needed a new windshield for my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. I contacted many businesses for quotes and Milwaukee auto glass not only beat everyone by almost 100 dollars but could fix it the very same day.The staff were extremely professional in both sales and service. What impressed me was not only how fast they were able to swap out my window, but transferring the windshield stickers as well.I have tamper proof stickers in the front windshield for car washes, parking garage, etc, all with RFID chips. Somehow they were able to put them on the new windshield without destroying them and that blew me away. Very impressed!I highly recommend this place for all your auto glass needs.

They would’ve had to order it, and the windshield wouldn’t arrive for another 2 days. When I called Milwaukee Auto Glass, they had my windshield in stock and were able to do the installation with a great price within the same day. Had an Auto Page remote starter installed about 2 years ago. They did a great job then. Stopped in on 1/9/18 with a radio problem on the same Ford Ranger XLT. Thought it may be related to the remote starter but turned out it wasnt. Thanks for being kind and checking the wiring. Glad to have stopped in because I bought the new Pioneer radio from Alex. I was told a few days ago to arrive at 8am this morning, but they dont open until 9. Having to wait for them to open was slightly annoying, but not the end of the world.With that being said, they got started right away and I was in and out in 30 minutes with a new windshield. That was half the time they estimated it would take, so for that I am very grateful! Big thanks to them for helping me log into the WiFi so I could get some work done while I waited.

Recently had my windshield replaced on my 2011 GMC Acadia. These guys have good customer service and were very quick at installing my windshield. I was in and out in less than hour and the price was a lot cheaper than the other places I checked. I would recommend these guys any day.

I had a crack in my windshield from a rock on the highway, and when I called they were very fast to give me an estimate. When I arrived, they took my car in immediately and took one hour to fix. They were incredibly helpful and I will definitely be using them for future car issues!

I was able to get in same day, and each employee I spoke to was courteous and professional. The work looks good (although I can tell its a replacement) and I couldnt ask for much more. It took two hours from the time I dropped it off. Considerably cheaper than Safelite and they were able to do the work immediately. Also, they vacuumed up the shattered glass thoroughly. Thanks!

I have a badly rusted windshield frame and my previous windshield whistled and wooshed like a hurricane. These guys are amazing. I was out of there in an hour with a clear and silent windshield!

Friendly staff; I called in the morning when my windshield got a minor crack in it on the way to work. They were able to fill the crack during my lunch break; only 30 minutes from the time I stopped by to when I left (without any appointment). The only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars is I will report back at a later time if I have any problems with the crack spreading / fill workmanship. Overall, an easy experience to fix one of lifes many problems.Update: the crack that was fixed did not spread to other areas of the windshield and it was done properly. Updating rating from 4 to 5 stars.

I have used this place in the past with great results.However on 12/15/18 I had a passenger window regulator installed, which cost me $240.00, two days later while I was on a trip in Texas the window wouldnt go up. It wasnt fixed properly,nor was a new regulator installed,they rigged it up by only placing it back on the track. I had to tape my window all while on my trip. Once I got back in town I took it right back to them where I received rude service and basically had to argue with the guys as to why its not working. A defected part they said, I Would not recommend this place again to anyone else,such jerks!!!

I was shopping for a windshield for my 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300, I called about 5 different places around the Milwaukee area for a quotes and they had the best price compared to everyone else in town. the workers were super friendly and very accurate on how long it took, I was in and out of the place with in 45 min. I went back to them to tint my windows and Im very satisfied with all the work I hade done. I would recommend this place for anyone how is looking to get their glass repaired or tinted.

I would not recommend they only want your money, they didn’t put my window in right, whatever they did with the wiring caused my gps and speaker to stop working they also forgot to put my motor back in. I took it to another auto glass place and they fixed everything and also said these guys didn’t know what they were doing

Found my drivers side window smashed out this morning. Called this place at 9:30a, drove over, and was out the door by 10:30a. Total price for drivers window replacement was $158. All the glass was cleaned out of my car, even the stuff I saw in the back seat that I was sure would be missed. As a bonus, my door panel doesnt rattle anymore, they mustve tightened something up while they had it off. 5/5

Great place to get your glass repaired quickly and for a competitive price! I called a lot of places to see how much I can get my glass replaced, and saw that this place had the best price! They installed it in less than a hour! Also they replaced 2 speakers for my wifes car without any issue, it was 60% cheaper than doing it at the dealer.

I needed a crack repaired in my windshield and a remote start/keyless entry system installed. US Auto Glass was able to do both and in just a little over an hour an a half! Their work was top notch and their price was excellent. I had tried Geek Squad before this and Geek Squad wanted to keep my car for 7 hours for the remote start install and couldnt guarantee they could do it. US Auto Glass did it for 1/5 of what Geek Squad would have and fixed my windshield and another issue I had with my radio. I will be coming here in the future.

75 MINUTES after the Safelite rep, Jacob, told me the 29th (5 days out) was the first available appointment, I LEFT here with a new window installed, for over $100.00 LESS. That time included my driving to Milwaukee Auto Glass in rush hour traffic. The installers were looking out the garage door window, and raised the door as I pulled up. So I drove right in without stopping. About 29 minutes later, I was leaving with a new window, spotless interior, and a smile. Check my other reviews – Im pretty tight on 5-stars. . .

I work in a bad neighborhood every 6 months someone breaks a window to one of our cars at work and everytime I drop off my car first thing in the morning and it’s always ready in 2 hours I’ve never had a problem with the shop they have been in business for over 10 years

No one likes to return to their car to find a busted window, but Milwaukee Auto Glass made an annoying experience very painless. They were able to install the same day I called, and I was in and out of the shop in less than thirty minutes. I expected to pay more and wait longer, but with Milwaukee Auto Glass & Sound, my window was replaced and the remaining glass was vacuumed out of my car in no time. Called at 1:15 pm on Saturday 6/23/2018 with a chipped windshield (Nickel sized). Had no appointment. Arrived at the shop 1:45 pm windshield was fixed in 20 min. back at work in Cudahy 2:45 pm. $45.00 was the charge. Can not say I have been this happy as a customer with any business in a very long time. A+ experience. Recommend highly for anyone needing auto glass repair.

I called them on Wed from Oak Creek. They had my windshield in stock, where no one else did, said to come in immediately if I wanted, and in 1hr and 6 min later from the time of that call, I was driving away with a new replaced windshield for over $100 less than Other competitors. And somehow, they even peeled off my WI state park sticker and reapplied it to my new windshield during that, which usually takes me several months and a sticky window every time I try. Haha, I highly recommend.

I had my windshield replaced with a clear(fishbowl) one, instead of the tinted one which was previously on car. I was told that my car was almost 10 yrs old & the company doesnt make those windshields anymore. I called the glass manufacturer & was told different. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I had to pay $75 to have it uninstalled. Wth?!? 👎👎

I called US auto glass for a quote to replace a cracked windshield, they gave me a quote and told me it was in stock, they could do it the same day if I brought it right in. I made arrangements and brought the car in. When I got there they said they did not have the glass in stock and it was on the way from another site but would be there that night. Also they ended up charging me nearly $50 more than what I was quoted on the phone, when I told them the price I was quoted, they told me I dont know who would have told you that, Im pretty sure it was the same guy........ When I picked up my car, they had glued a mirror mount in the middle of the windshield, BELOW AN EXISTING MIRROR MOUNT and there was and still is glue and sealant stuck to my dashboard! Thanks US auto glass for wrecking my dashboard and mounting a mirror in the center of my new windshield.... Id stay away from this place.
