I was so happy that Premier Auto Glass took on my project. Several other local companies said NO as soon as they heard me say 1987 school bus. Not Jeff - he gave me an estimate and finished the job in a few days. Customer satisfaction is NOT valued here. My window regulator needed to be replaced. The first visit and second visit, after 30 minutes in the waiting room, I was told the wrong part had been delivered. Resulting in a third appointment, in which it was finally finished. No discount or apology was given for this. Will not refer anyone or be a repeat customer at this shop.Update- the window they installed obnoxiously rattles. They suggested i use another shop and said they already jumped through hoops for me. They misordered the same part twice. This shop is incompetent.

Broke the back power window on my Toyota Tacoma which requires a special order to replace. Attempted to get it replaced with a national window repair chain but they were really unprofessional to work with plus quoted me $100 more. I called Premier Auto Glass and had a completely easy straightforward quote and repair timeline. Initially thought to take all day to replace; it ended up only taking 1.5 hours. So impressed by their speedy, quality and friendly service.

This was the only local shop that gave me an honest answer via email when I sent a photo of the chip in my windshield asking if it could be repaired... Unfortunately, it could not be. I left it for a couple weeks, but went in for a windshield replacement after the crack started growing. This shop had the best price of any local place I asked, and did quality work quickly - only 40 minutes total!

Very friendly. Great job. I didnt find one piece of glass in my car after the windshield was replaced and the new window was spotless. Even took care of moving and remounting my I-Pass. Took time and answered all my questions. On top of all that the price was great!!

I have used this service twice both times they did an excellent job with a very fair price, lower than most! My last window replacement was quoted as $315.00 and when I went to pick up my vehicle the bill was $330.00. I did not realize I had paid $15.00 over the quoted price. When I called back the gentleman actually stated so what, do you want your $15.00 dollars back? I was promised a refund on my debit card and never received it. I wont be going back.

100 series Land Cruiser/LX 470 owners look no further. This is the shop to install your windshield.These vehicles are notorious for having improper installation that lead to a myriad of other issues down the line. I came to them a couple days after having another shop install the windshield. The previous shop made some critical errors that required fixing.I brought the vehicle to Jeff and within seconds he diagnosed the problems and alleviated my concerns. A couple days later he was able to properly fix the molding, etc.He was happy to show me the work he was doing so I knew it was done correctly. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and attention to detail.Bottom line, if you value experience, kindness, and a job done right (even on a vehicle that is notorious for improper installations) then Premier Auto Glass is the place to go.Also, the shop manager Dave could not have been nicer.Thanks again for a job well done!

Great service, quality work, and they saved me close to $900 on my 2015 RX 350 windshield replacement. PAG was the first to tell me the difference between “Lexus” glass and the company that makes “Lexus” glass. It comes down to the Lexus logo. So if you’re into logos go for it! Highly recommend.But they are a little hard to find in Waukesha because your GPS will screw you up (i.e. Lincoln Avenue....they are on Lincoln but not the Avenue). Find the BP station on 59/164 in Waukesha (by the Golden Corral) turn out of there, go straight through the intersection and they’re about 1 block down!Outstanding, honest, and quality. What else do you need?

Wow! They dealt with a serious problem, and did it smoothly. We didnt realize they needed to replace a glass with a more expensive (and better) glass, and unfortunately I think they had to eat the cost. What a shame, but shows what a stand up, high end operation they are. Too bad the end of the line services end up holding the bag for problems they dont cause. Big thanks for a job Well done.

Just got my windshield replaced @ Premiere Auto Glass, I was a bit late for my appointment, Dave (the front man) was very cool about it, got my car in right away, I was the only vehicle worked on, the owner Jeff was in the shop with another technician, they had the windshield installed fast (must have been doing it for a while Lol.) and so far so good.The cost for the windshield and install was very reasonable compared to other installersIll update if anything goes wrong, I doubt it.Thanks Dave and Jeff.

Fixed my windshield on a 2020 vehicle that was less than a year old with no issues. I was very worried about damage to the body from a tool or leaving trim pieces off but they are there.

My car was recently broken into, and the rear passenger window was shattered. I called Premier Auto Glass late on a Friday afternoon, and the owner agreed to come in on Saturday morning, even though they arent typically open on Saturdays. I waited in a clean, well-lit waiting room while the work was being completed, which took about an hour. They did a great job and I thought the price was very reasonable. Could have done without the Dont Trust the Liberal Media sign in the front window, but will let that slide due to the great service I received. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome customer service. Called midday regarding a fresh stone chip in the windshield, and was accommodated for the latest possible time to squeeze it in for the week (same day). The work was done immediately and looks better than expected. Will definitely recommend and return if needed.

Awesome ownership. employees are very knowledgeable and good at what they are doing. Very reasonable compared to everybody else around.

I went out of my way to go to this place because of the good reviews. The manager was nice enough, but the guys actually doing the work looked and acted like teenagers. Goofing off, swearing, etc. I dont care about that stuff if they do good work, but a couple months later my wipers started making an unidentifiable scraping noise. Went to the dealership and it turns out my windshield wasnt put back on correctly by the guys at Premier. I wont return and cannot recommend it.

Terrible customer service. The person who answers the phone has the worse attitude. When I called for a quote, they were very short and irritated with me. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine how they treat their real customers. This review shows how important customer service is. I’ll gladly pay for better service elsewhere.

The first time they came out, they did not bring a windshield seal for the 40 year old truck of mine. (They dont carry them, Ill have to find one) They notify me of this after they broke the windshield worse in the truck.So I found a seal, in 8 minutes, before they left.Second appointment they gave me a call, left a message they would be there in 25 minutes.I called them back 9 minutes later to tell them what garage it was in. ( we turned around)PerfectCan you turn around again?The job is have done. The windshield lock is out. The wipers are off from the first appointment. The windshield hisses and leaks.No we cant Perfect

Never get your car worked on here. Went in to have my windshield replaced and left with a broken hood latch. They took zero accountability and made not effort to make it right. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Scratched the new windshield putting it in and did a horrible job installing the seal, it looks like they forgot to put it in with the windshield and just shoved it in. They didnt even vacuum up broken glass in the car. Also gave them specific instructions about the car because it is highly modified and they blew the turbo up on the joyride. If your car is a POS and you just need a windshield take it there.

With regard to the person who states his hood latch we broke, he failed to mention he came in to us with a vise grip pliers as the handle to open the hood, which immediatley fell off and 3 of us worked on fixing it for quite a while FOR FREE!!!!With regard to Mr. Wilkins he left out that he never answered when we tried calling and is totally misstating everything else.
