Just wanted to say a big thanks to this auto glass company for being honest and so helpful. I had initially asked for an appointment from them to replace my window after my car was broken. Somehow they were not able to service me for a few weeks, and they went out of their to call another competitor business to see if they could get me in the same day -which they were able to. I really appreciate that honest professionalism and care.

They Replaced my windshield, I was in and out

Went for radio install, instead they left my truck not starting and once that was fixed, its now in limp mode.....next morning my debit account was locked, payed with my card here same night someone tried to steal from my account. Wow.

Great family business with friendly staff and great prices.

When i walked into the store it had lot of showcases filled with led lights which i like for my truck and radios and more but since i just had my radio stolen I needed to replace my Driver Door Glass I asked the owner to fix it and put the tint back on it. Im glad he did the work while i waited in the showroom it was fast and looked great I will be back again! Great Prices

I wish there was an option for 0 stars because I took my car there and they replaced my windshield about a month ago. I took it to the car wash and the windshield started leaking like no tomorrow. I took it to them and they told me that there was no warranty.

Customer service not good.Had Groupon for Python 4105 remote start system. They installed a totally different one.They installed a Silencer 50SL. The unit works but not as advertised.

I have two remotes the one remote wont start the car and then I never got the box or the manual back for my groupin deal. Also the back cover that covers the battery broke smh@!@!!!

I just had a remote starter for my both cars installed, dvd and speakers . I did shoped a round and this manager beat all the prices in Milwaukee area. The manager Hasan was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this place. He installed the head light pulp for free. Thank you so much for the the great job, treat and the coffe.

Fast and efficient

My fiancé got me a remote car starter for my car for Christmas. With obvious excitement, I wanted it installed as soon as possible, so we called the Friday before the holidays to see if there were any openings, he was willing to take us right away, awesome! We asked how long it would take he said 2 hours, awesome because we had a family dinner at 5pm out of town! My fiancé took it to get it installed for me at noon. At 1:15 he called me saying that they were almost done but had to kick just him, not my car, out for 30 minutes because of a death in the family and they had to pray, we respected that. He was able to come back at 2pm. He then texted me at 3pm saying they still werent done, and that almost done apparently means over 45minutes. After sitting quietly in the waiting room for another 45 minutes, they were finally done. So 12-3:45pm he waited, more than the 2 hours we were told (even with the 45minutes he was kicked out).I get my car back and notice that the cover under my steering wheel (where they install it) was not screwed in properly or tight at all, it looked very unprofessional. I called to complain, especially since my car required the extra $150 charge. He took none of the blame, but offered kindly to fix it the way I wanted it.I went back today, the following Thursday since we were out of town for the holidays, and he promptly fixed my car no problem. However, he again took ZERO blame. He instead argued with me about how long my fiancé was there, saying he got there are 1:30 and left at 3:30 (um wait didnt you kick him out at 1:15 to pray?? Something doesnt add up). He then proceeded to tell me that the reason my car was not properly screwed in and left like I had done it myself was because my fiancé was rushing him, he could see it in his eyes.

First let me tell you that this place has no idea what they are doing had them install my alarm didnt do it right the 1st 2nd or 3rd time I took it back multiple times afterwards and now there ducking and dodging me when I try to get them to get it right if I could give them -stars 8 would
