Looking for parts for my Toyota, they did not have one of my older year & model in the yard, but they found me the new parts needed and made the order. Witin a week new parts arrived from their supplier and miss Pam hooked me up with a great price. Shes a champ! Good place to do business with.

Very pleasant customer service lady, didn’t have what I needed but was the only one of five places that I called that offered to look in her network and try to find it, and then offer advice outside her shop on how I could get it. Looking forward to another chance to do business with them.

I called about one issue. Then FINALLY figured it out and they told me what was BEST to do for the car. Without me actually having to go and buy something. I been calling places since Saturday and was going to buy a part that I didn’t need, but thanks to these guys !!! I’m good.

I only have good things to say about my experience with Franks Auto Salvage and its staff!After calling several salvage yards in the area, Franks replaced my window for the lowest cost by far (both glass price and labor). They serviced my car immediately after calling, vacuumed out my entire vehicle (glass was everywhere from my window being smashed), noticed that my tires were low and filled them, and noticed my battery was dying, which they were able to replace for a ridiculously low price (at no additional labor charge). For all of this, I was in and out of Franks in exactly one hour.The staff was extremely kind and I will certainly be back for any future car repair needs I may have. Thank you!

To all auto recyclers do not be fooled have you notice fake 1 star reviews on your page. It is a1 junk cars. Besides making up fake bad reviews on our sites he will for example give you a 1 star and with same user name give a 5 Star to another scrap place so you think its them when all along its a1. When customers call you please instruct them about how bad a1 is anf have tbem look up precious murphy he is bating other scrap places against each other....a 5 star to all since they made up fake 1 stars on us pass the word look what they did to the victims. Here is guy behind all the infighting
