Tony came out to my home to replace my windshield recently. Tony was prompt and very professional. He took great care of my BMW while replacing the windshield. It was an exact replacement. There pricing is very competitive as well. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a glass replacement and I would definitely use his service again.

I would definitely recommend this company. I called 6 different companies for a quote to have a side window replaced. Auto glass is the only one who could come to me and their price way beat everyone else I spoke with by $30-$50. I made my appointment on a Monday for that Wednesday and was told they would be here between 1pm and 2 pm. They were right on time at 1 and were done by 130. The technician explained everything he did completely. He also made sure to clean up as much of the glass in the car as possible which I didnt expect, they didnt mention that was included in the price, so I was pleasantly surprised about that. He also made sure the auto roll down was reset and in working order. The glass is beyond clean and the car smells nicer than before. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. If we need any window service again this is where we will be going. Thank you for being great! I cant remember the name of the tech but he really was fantastic!

Got sick of looking at an ugly crack in my windshield caused by gravel from a dump truck driving in front of me. They came out and replaced the windshield on my 07 Tahoe in my driveway at a reasonable price. They were surprisingly quick in getting the work done but completed the job professionally; it looks good. Without me asking them to, they were even able to salvage my state parks sticker that was in the corner of my windshield. Id highly recommend them to anyone. No need to call elsewhere, just let them take care of your window issue. You wont be disappointed.

The tech was communicative with me about what time he was going to show up and showed up on the dot of the time he gave, he was very clean and explained everything he was doing. The total time took about 45 minutes, I would recommend Auto Glass Fitters to anyone that needs a windshield. Their prices were also very competitive with other services.

The man who changed our windshield was knowledgeable and friendly. He knew that the windshield that was sent the first time he came was the WRONG ONE, just by looking. Im so glad he caught the mistake and made sure we had the correct replacement. He was fast and efficient, and funny. We took pictures of the process for our grandchildren to see! The technician came right out to our home and replaced our cracked windshield with a new one and took the old one to dispose of. Job was done quickly and efficiently. New windshield looks great.

(My first review was under the wrong account!) But again Tony was absolutely fantastic! He was very thorough with all of his explanations and was truly helpful :) I would go back through this company, and I might even get my windshield fixed by them just based on the great customer service.

Tony was great, thank you! I even had to call him later that day, because I heard a rattle with the glass. He assured me that it needed to cure more, and it should be better after a full 24 hours. If it wasn’t, he’d be happy to return. All was just fine the next day. Thank you!

Tony and Auto Glass Fitters were wonderful! They got back to me right away with a reasonable quote. Came to me while I was at work and replaced the windshield very quickly and professionally. Tony also went above and beyond, assisting me in changing my headlight. I could not recommend their services more!

The service tech was on time, friendly, and took care to do a good job when replacing our windshield. He even took the extra effort to have me move our car because the parking garage was dripping on our car and he didn’t want to risk it dripping into the car while he was working. He was very helpful in giving me the advice on what to do and not do to make sure we had the best service. On top of all this, he managed to complete the work quickly (slightly quicker than he originally estimated). I would definitely have him do work again.

Tony called me about 2 hrs before he arrived, he came explained in detail everything that was going on. Was done in about 45min. Also pointed out some trim that I needed to replace. Tony is very experienced and very good at what he does. On top of that they were 100 to 150 cheaper than everyone else.

We had a great experience with these guys. At first we called the bigger more well known company only to be disappointed. We then tried this local auto glass repair shop and Im so happy we did. It was significantly less expensive, they were professional and friendly. Another good reason to support your local businesses.

Called for a quote. Guy on the phone said he didnt have enough guys for the job in my area and hung up when I was asking how much the quote was which was my main purpose of this phone call. Very rude. Go somewhere else.

Terrible experience. 3 hours past the service window and I received no phone call. When I called they said Ill receive a phone call in 10-15 minutes from the technician. An hour later I called back because I did not receive the cal. When I said who I was she said she was on phone with a dealership, no explanation to it. I remained on hold for 10 minutes. she tried to explain the part is going to be in today. Well....this all should have been done when I made the appointment 4 days ago and the last minute scramble and failing to keep a customer apprised of the fact you dont have the part isnt an acceptable practice. What did you think was going to happen Ill forget or just be ok with it. I requested to cancel, so with a bit of attitude and aggravation in her voice, she transferred me to my insurance company. I do not recommend! They are unorganized and unprofessional. I can not speak about their work because I refuse to deal with them any further.

Today I called to get answers on a windshield rock chip repair on a vehicle, Guy was very short and rude as I was asking a couple questions, Actually hung up on me, phone call length was less then 1 minute long before he ended the call!

Didnt have the work done by them, horrible customer service over the phone, the guy was very rude, I will not give them any business.
