We have been going to eye to eye for years! They are experienced with adults and children. All of the staff members are amazing 👏 however, our favorite is Courtney.Courtney is always pleasant, cheerful and professional. She knows her stuff! On one visit, she Knew exactly what frames would look good on me On first try!!! Would recommend, ask for her!!

Ive been going to Eye 2 Eye vision center since I was 14, Im now 35 and taking both of my daughters ages 14 & 8 to them as well! The eye Doctor always gives us the best vision prescriptions and recommendations for our sensitive eyes. Their staff member Ronit always comes through with her years of knowledge and expertise! This Eye to Eye Vision Center has the best staff, and I wouldnt go anywhere else for my eye care needs. I never have to wait more than a couple minutes to be seen, nor have I ever felt being rushed along. They take the time to answer my questions and explain what the various tests are for. The eye exams are extremely thorough and Kaitlyn is a wonderful medical tech, and she is very friendly and knowledgeable. When picking out new frames, Courtney is as patient as they come, which is saying a lot when having to deal with me picking out new frames. Shes also very friendly and knowledgeable, and there is never any high pressure sales tactics or up-selling, which is really nice. My wife and I I’ve been purchasing glasses for 15 years. This has to be the worst experience With staff very disrespectful and bad attitudes. Although the doctor was very Helpful and gave me a prescription to see another doctor.

This place is phenomenal. the medical tech that started my visit (kaitlyn) was kind and compassionate to my nerves, and the doctor was quick and thorough. i picked out my new glasses and was out in about an hour. also they got me an appointment for the next day, when every other place that accepted my insurance in the area was booked until March. worth the drive to go there, in my opinion.

The ladies at eye to eye were awesome. I visited twice and both times Ronit and Courtney were great at finding what my family was looking for! Courtney made my first time glasses wearers (all 3) feel confident in their selection and comfortable. Ronit helped find stylish glasses for this mama and I’m very thankful.

It took 56 days and two retries and to get my glasses. The staff are not friendly. Lesson learned.

I was a walk in to Eye To Eye, after having difficulty finding a place that accepted my insurance. They were able to get me an appointment that same day within a half an hour. After my exam - which was probably one of the better ones I’ve had - Courtney helped me find my perfect pair of glasses and she worked with me to make sure I not only found a pair I loved but could afford. 10/10 would recommend and yes I plan to use them in the future.

Today I went into Eye to Eye to get glasses. I work as a quality auditor and my job told me to take a leave to go get glasses because I kept making errors due to my awful vision. The entire experience was more than great. I was a walk-in. I got examed and out the door in less than an hour. Ronit really stood out to me most. I went in to get new lenses for an old pair of frames. Ms. Wonderful checked my history in the computer and saw that my current glasses had a warranty on them. This was amazing because my lenses had been scratched. We put in for a replacement and I purchased new lenses for the old frames. In about a week or so, I will have two sets of brand new lenses! I’ve been going to Eye to Eye vision center since I was a child, I highly recommend it. The workers are very nice and driven to exceed customer expectations. Each time I visit, I am always accompanied by beautiful smiles and personalities who are always willing to help and assist. I had just went recently for my annual, and was greeted/ accompanied by Miss Kaitlyn. She was very helpful with not only me but with other customers as well. During my visit it was coming into peak hours, so it shortly became busy. Kaitlyn worked and juggled each customer in a timely fashion meeting each person’s needs while making sure her peers were okay as well.I highly recommend Eye to Eye vision center, they truly accommodate to the customers needs and exceed past employee expectations.

Great customer service. Since i dont have any medical issues, i was taken as a walk in. The doctor remembered me from 2 years prior which made me feel like i wasnt a face in the crowd. The women at the counter (Courtney) was patient with me and helped me figure out which glasses i wanted and when they didnt have it in stock, she searched in their database to get it shipped. Receive a call that my glasses were ready within 2 weeks. Glasses were perfect and exactly what i was looking for.

I went in today Without an appointment to try and get an eye exam as my eyes have been bothering me. I was checked in by Betsy and Janelle was the sales person who helped me. Both ladies were very professional and a delight to work with. Janelle assisted me with my purchase and was very knowledgeable on the products they offer. I took my daughter here for an eye exam for the first time about a month ago. The eye doctor was great and he recommended that she see a specialist. The specialist that they recommended was excellent. I went back to get her prescription and Janelle helped us right away. She explained all of the payment options for our insurance and what the best fit was for her. The price was very reasonable and the staff was friendly, fast and I would highly recommend them.

If I could give it less stars, I would. This place is a total scam. I came here about a month and a half ago and got an eye exam and everything. They said it would be about a week before the glasses and contact lenses would come in. Two weeks ago, we went back and the glasses and contacts still weren’t there. They had us pay completely for everything, without putting anything on the insurance. They told us one thing the first visit, and another thing the next visit. And when we told them what they told us on the first visit, they treated us like small children. The eye doctors were nice, it was just the people working the desks. Would not recommend, don’t come here if you don’t want to waste money.

My first visit was yesterday, we were a walk in customer. First we called and my phone experience was very pleasant. When we walked in we (my daughter & I) we greeted by Kaitlyn. She is absolutely wonderful. She took her time with my picky preteen and knew the exact “look” my daughter wanted. Once seen by the doctor I was overwhelmed by how knowledgeable he was and begging to be seen as well. He gave me an exam that fixed me 18 month vision issue and sent me back to Kaitlyn. She didn’t blink and eye and handed me the exact pair of glasses that would be perfect for me, of course she had patience while I tried on others but in the end, she knows her frames! It was also pleasant to see she remembers every regular by first name and stopped to say hello and asked how they were, genuinely concerned about them. I will forever be a customer. The office girls were all fantastic and caring, plus the doctor was right on with both of our new eye scripts.

Courtney was absolutely amazing! She immediately greeted me when I got there and kept me informed of the process. She explains everything from my insurance coverage to choosing the most economical contact lenses.When have you ever had an associate tell you their days off so that she can provide personalized customer service? Never!Although, I wasnt notified that my contact lenses had arrived (I had ordered them December 3rd, well over a month prior). I had to come in to check up on the status. I highly recommend them.

Twice they fail to give my kids their contact lenses on time. The first time it took them 5 months. They promised a discount. I was so mad that I promised myself not to go back. My daughter went again but the discount was never applied. It took them 4 months to give her her glasses. Now, I told my son to go to a different place in the mall, but mistaken this place for JC Penney and the same thing happened. He’s been waiting for over 6 months. Shame

Ordered my Sons contacts 2 months ago. Numerous phones calls to Eye to Eye and always told on back order. Today was told same thing then told delivered but lost in transit, well give 1 pair new contacts unacceptable,no partial refund offered for a college student who has gone 2 months without his contacts. Will NEVER go back unless made right.
