My daughter broke her frames. They ordered them and fixed them within 3 days. Thank you Angel for great service.They worked well with Franklin Walmart as well very impressed.

Super rude staff. Completely ignored me at the counter while asking to help others that walked up after me. I asked twice if I could please pick up glasses that I was informed were ready, BRITTANY ignored me both times. The third time I politely asked MALLIE told me to be patient and wait or come back. after continuing to patiently wait, someone else was again helped before I was. Finally, I picked my sons glasses up. I will not be back.

Dr. Carafice is fantastic. Ive always received good service from the Optical Technicians as well.

The eye doctor is great, but his assistants are terrible. There is one lady in particular who is just so rude. If youve ever been here you know who Im talking about. She doesnt even talk to you like your a person. She obviously doesnt care about the integrity of the company she works for.

The staff was very courteous and the Doctor was informative and kind. The only bad part is the staff kinda left me wondering what was going on at my first appointment. Just think they should let patients know.

False hours listed on website. I went 2 days back to back says they close at 8pm and were closed before hand. I called the main store number and employee says they might be open but wasnt sure.
