My kids had an appointment today. And everything was absolutely lovely. We get our glasses picked out and theres an unhappy customer complaining about her glasses being to good. The manager Ana handle this with such perfection and profession Ive ever seen. She even walked the woman outside to prove that the glasses she have is needed. Well lets just say the unhappy customer left happy. I mean it was amazing.... She soooooo deserves the best because I mean.. usually u would see an manger just being rude but not miss Ana... Love this place

All of the staff and doctors are amazing here!They are always helpful and courteous...love doing business with them! 5 stars all day!!!!!

The doctor is great and the whole staff helped me pick out my new frames. They were so helpful and you can tell they really enjoy their job!

I had a great experience here! I highly recommend them. They got me in quick, staff was kind and very helpful. And I got my glasses a week after my appointment. The eye doctor I had was very kind answered all my questions. I will be going back in the future!

Very poor and disappointing experience at this practice...If Id known Dr.Kleeman was no longer there, i would have not brought my Son back there because of the fact that Kleeman knew what he was doing and always took the extra time giving my Son his exams and recommendations which took approximately 20 to 30 for every exam! Always got it right! But Im a person whos willing to give anyone the benefit of a doubt. New Dr spent approximately 5 to 10 mins on my Sons full exam... I found that very odd.. And his office was very cluttered... 280 dollars later..my son finally received his glasses and the right lens was so blury that he could not see out of it.. This NEVER happened before. Called them to get this resolved asap . Told me to have him keep wearing them even though he is unable to see out of right eye with them on.. Its obvious that they goofed on his prescription or exam was improperly performed...now Im getting the run around as far as getting him back in there to have this matter resolved.. You would think that a good professional eye practice would have some since of urgency to get a patient back in there to fix matters... Not this place.. The only notion Im getting from them is that all they wanted was my money and to get out the door... IF and WHEN this this issue is resolved...i will not go back nor recommend this practice to anyone... We miss you Dr. Kleeman!

I have to say, the Dr. was amazing the staff was pleasant, but the wait for glasses has been over a month. I was told I was on a back order. After paying out of pocket close to $600.00 & my insurance picked up the rest, I will not go back. I have called daily wanting my glasses so I can see again. The office is trashy looking, step inside & have to stop to get my temp ( understandable with covid) the hand sanitizer they have customers use stinks. Plus you have to sit out in the middle of the floor for all to hear & see you paying. Not professional at all, when it comes to having any privacy from people waiting on their loved ones.. I would not recommend this place to anybody, if you have to wait as long as I have waited.

Nice ladies, the eye doctor was very nice and educational. After leaving his office, I feel like I went to college haha. That’s how much information I received today. I really appreciate that. He was very nice and made me feel comfortable as well. He has old school ways of doing the exams and I LOVE this.I’m very very satisfied today and loved going to get my eyes checked out when I usually do not! Well done y’all.

They called me to pick up my wirk glasses the day before they closed for the pandemic. I was scheduled to work so they said would mail them to me. They arrived a couple of days later, with lined bifocals(which I paid $15 for no lines). No side shields. They are worthless. They were also supposed to include my prescription which, of course they did not. Dont waste your time

HEAVY ON HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDING THIS EYE DR ! EVERY LAST SINGLE TECH AND FRONT DESK ASSISTANT THEY HAVE WORKING HERE HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’ve BEEN TRYING TO ORDER CONTACTS/GET MY PRESCRIPTION AND SO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND I CANT GET THEM TO SEND OVER A FAX, or RELEASE MY RECORDS, SO I BASICALLY PAID FOR A CONTACT EYE EXAM TO BE TREATED VERY PORLY BY STAFF!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! I WOULR RATE 0STARS BUT GOOGLE WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO! THEY NEED TO FIRE THE WHOLE FRONT OFFICE AND TRY AGAIN!! ALSO, SOMEONE ACTUALLY HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME.

Spent over $300 on 2 pair of glasses on July, 9th. I was told 7-10 business days until they came in. Its now August 3rd. It’s been almost a month and they have no idea where they are or when they will be done. I have to enjoy my vacation blind because I relied on this place to get me my glasses in time. Don’t order glasses from here unless you plan on waiting months to receive them.

Not sure if this is a Eye doctor or a circus? Ordered glasses for my wife and daughter both waited 5 weeks to get their glasses (wife’s still waiting) when my daughters came in they was in the wrong frames. So please do your self a favor and go elsewhere!!!

Dr. Kleeman is a personable awesome eye doctor. I received my new glasses and they are perfect. Everyone was friendly. Then I found out he went to college with my previous doctor. I highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service, product, & fast service. I have been a customer for more than 4 years. They accept most insurance. After going to 3 other optical stores & being shown the selection of not so cute frames that were covered by my insurance I stumbled upon Woody Williams & was pleasantly surprised by the vast variety of frames available through my insurance. I love the wide selection of frames they have available at various price points. The Optometrist on staff is kind, caring, & knowledgeable .

I just got home from my 10:00am appointment. I am still in shock and so happy that I was in and out of Woody Williams Towne Optical in less than one hour!! I was a new patient, and walked out the door with my brand new frames in less than one hour! The doctor and his entire staff were very gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am definitely going to be referring all of my friends and family to this wonderful and local practice! Thanks to all of the staff of Woody Williams for helping me regain my vision and confidence with beautiful frames!

I had a very positive experience with this business. My son was screened at school by an optometrist who diagnosed him for needing some glasses. I went to the Woody Willimams Vision Center and was very pleased with their timely service, and ability to diagnose the prescription for my sons glasses on the first try with no problems. The frames and lenses were made on the spot, and I was out the door within an hour with one very happy son who could see the world in a whole new way. I couldnt imagine anyone having a better experience anywhere.

Theyre fast. Unfortunately they are not that good. The office staff seems in a perpetually bad mood. I have gone back multiples times in the same week to get glasses refitted, they still dont sit right. But all of this I could forgive if they were not lying to customers. When my daughter broke her glasses, they said they no longer carried her frames. They gave me a deal on new frames and lenses. Days later, the neighbor girl comes over with new glasses...the EXACT same frame they told me that they didnt make anymore! We will not go back!

I have taken my two daughters there for the last couple of years. I absolutely love Dr. Kleemann! This year I decided instead of going to those One Hour places, I was going to see Dr. Kleemann as well. The office staff was so gracious and got my entire family of four in the same day! I would most definitely recommend this office to everyone!

Took my daughter in and had the best service. They had a very larger selection of frames to choose from even for Caresource Insurance. She walked out the same day with her glasses, I now have a new place to get all my glasses.

I was always very happy when this was Woodys store. I have been a customer for decades. They have been very kind to me. I really love Dr. Kleeman.

If i could give fewer stars i would! I took my 11 year old daughter here and was told she only needed glasses for reading...... well after about a week of her still having headaches everyday i took her to the Walmart vision center for a 2nd opinion turns out her vision is almost as bad as mine (which is really bad) . I will never go here again and i suggest you dont either.

The optometrist is good but the front office is horrendous. They tell you they will call and never do. This happened more than once with this office.

Everyone in this location is extremely nice and very professional except for the so called Office Manager. As a degree holder in Medical Office Management, I can assure you that this man (Jerry Reardon-tall with a bald head) is far from professional let alone qualified to be an office manager. He has given me a problem for the past 2yrs in regards to filling my daughters lenses who cannot go without her glasses due to being in Vision Therapy and last year he told me the prescription can only be one set amount of time until it was considered unacceptable or expired according to their policy and then told me a different time frame this year. Mind you, last year I took my daughter for another 2hr eye exam before it was needed just to get an updated prescription to get her lenses filled, so I buy her and my son (whos rx is older than hers) frames and again, he gave me the same hassle and lied about the policy on their allowance of prescritions and wouldnt even look in their new system for her rx from 9mts ago but filled my sons with no problems! Ok, go to pick up my sons glasses and he wasnt there (thank goodness) and the young ladies working helped me out and found my daughters current rx with no problem!This man says the most inappropriate stuff everytime I go in there and then tries to sugar coat it by telling the corniest jokes after he sees or hears my reaction! I have no idea how he is still an employee here, let alone an Office Manager! Woody Williams if you need a professional, experienced Medical Office Manager who holds a degree specifically for that position, please feel free to reach out to me. Id be more than happy to fill his shoes ;)

I went to Woody Williams because I had eye pain for months. He prescribed me reading glasses. After going back to him a 2nd time after a few weeks, because I was still having pain, he said the same thing. I got a second opinion from Dr.Flagles office and she said I have SPK, which has caused my eyes to be extremely dry. She wasnt sure why I had reading glasses because my eye sight is great. All in all, Im glad I got a 2nd opinion.
