The lady yelled at me saying NO BAGS, I don’t have a car so I use a reusable shopping bag as a TOTE BAG, I told her to leave with the cashier and she yelled at me again … so I DONT WANT TO BACK AGAIN… I prefer Chan Silk Flowers or Lo Florist

I witnessed them kick a mother out, because here 5-6 yr old son was accompanying her!The older oriental woman stopped in the middle of my transaction to literally “run after the woman” innocently entering the store with her son.

The owners have definitely become way friendlier than years past and the rest of the staff is always very friendly and helpful, cant say the same for some of the new wave costumers that frequent there TRASH,unfortunately that cannot be controlled. 🙃

I always shop here they have pretty much everything i need to decorate an event or party. my only dislike is that no kids are allowed in the warehouse. and the staff is very rude. so its best you already know what you want before going there

This place is not bad to purchase in bulk, they have pretty good prices on some stuff but the place is very very dirty, dusty and really really hot!!The owner is extremely rude; he accuses people of damaging his flowers, he is very dismissive and has no time to speak to anyone, he will hover around you like a hawk to see what you are doing, insinuating that youre either gonna steal or brake something. I called once to ask two simple questions and I was hung up on before I got the chance to ask the second question.His daughter was very rude as well; when It came time to buying the items, she just threw them all on the floor, walked over them and stepped on a few items.That old man is very nasty and his daughter is very rude.If you decide to go shop there just stay away from the old man and take care of your items from getting stepped on.

You can not believe I was with my 2 years old daughter and the door pulled me out as if i was carrying out a wild animal, and no children are allowed inside, and I had to leave the place because I never imagined anything like this in a simple warehouse if you are going there with your lovely childrens, dont do it not allow them. never had that experience in any place that is not just for adults ... shameful

The Merchandise in this store is wonderful and affordable but no pictures and no children allowed inside .... so she tells you to wait by the front door with nowhere to sit. They are rude and bored so they treat their customers like crap. Definitely came out feeling like crap because of them but my mom got everything she wanted for her wedding.

Walk in carrying my 16 month old and the guy said no kids allowed..I later learned he told my mother in law in Spanish that its because the boxes are heavy and they could fall on kids from up on the shelves. So...first of all...you should be concerned for EVERYONES safety in your store, not only kids because a heavy box will injury anybody...and second, if you properly organized and stacked your boxes you wouldnt have to be concerned.....maybe a fire Marshall would like to take a trip to the warehouse and check out the safety of those stacked boxes.....?

I hate complaining about service but theyre not helpful through phone, at all. Asked if a vase they carry for certain was in-stock and the operator said I need to look for myself. 5 minutes of help wouldve save me 24 hours of wondering & concern. Must be a miserable place to work.
