Staff is very friendly and helpful.Such a wide selections of balloons and other party supplies, from cups, plates, utensils, etc. In an assortment of different colors.They have stuff for birthday partys, baby showers, gender reveals, wedding items, themed party for kids or adults and of course graduation And the most surprising thing is the costumes for all ages.They even have piñatas !!!!

Employees seemed like they did not want to help. They were talking on the phone and asked one for help and seemed less than eager to answer it. We were the only ones in the place buying at the time.

Order some balloons and told me it could be pick up at 10 am in the morning and that the store would be open at 9:30 am. Store is close and I needed those balloons.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I walked in asking for birthday balloons and 1 of the girls response was only we only have small ones didnt direct me to where to find them and turned back to face time with her friend. When i was able to find the balloon by myself i came back up to ask how much it was to inflate them 1 of the girls rolled her eyes at me (i was obviously interrupting their facetime conversation) and in spanish the other one responded that isnt how this works, you just dont come and get them like that. I cut her off said thank you left the balloons there and walked out.Went to the doral location where they are super helpful.

Worst experience ever on the 3 times I went to order a piñata. Save yourself some aggravation and do not order. When I went to place order it was almost as if I was bothering them for placing an order. Then being promised the piñata on the Thursday before the party and I call Friday and it’s not available. I ask when I should pickup and they say it would arrive Friday night or first thing Saturday morning. I ask if I show up at 8:30 if it would be there and they reassure me. I show up at 9:30 and they tell me oh we were going to call you it’s not ready. The problem is it got lost. Excuse me? We can drop off at your house. What time is your party I say that’s irrelevant it’s needs to be dropped off ASAP. I call at 11 and it’s supoosedly on it’s way. Finally arrived at 11:30 am and it’s the wrong one (thankfully still Moana theme but not the one I chose) nonetheless I am just glad it arrived. Party City will get my business going forward.

They seemed to have similar if not the same products as Party City, which is across the street, but not as much selection. Prices are the same as well. Im more inclined to go to Party City where I can find everything in one place.
