Seawire Marine saved the day! They repaired our gauges, buffed out the glass and we were able to get a rebuilt depth finder for our old boat. To top it off they return the items in a timely manner in a well packed box.

Radar stopped working, local techs said I would need a whole new system. Seawire is one of the companies Raymarine recommends, to do repairs not just throw whole system away. Shipped it down to them, they put a new circuit board in, shipped it back. I installed it, I needed a new electrical clip, they shipped it right away, I had a power supply issue, they helped me track it down, I fixed it. It works great! Better than ever.Thanks Seawire

Seawire fixed my 12 year old Raymarine Chartplotter on time and at the agreed cost. Worked great but the radar would not work. Mr. Mederos helped talk me through the steps to discover low voltage at the radar which was related to poor batteries. After battery replacement everything worked great all season, thanks.

Seawire is Awesome! Dont buy new, we had 15 -20 year old high end electronics, still better than the new lower end stuff, FIX IT! Customer support is old school! Ask for Javier Mederos, this guy knows his stuff. My brother and me sent a bunch of stuff in to be worked on, even bought a reconditioned Dome for our boat. Called several times, on parts not in Seawires wheel house and Javier pointed me to other sources to get electric / electronic parts I need for the boat. Even sent me the links! We are doing a compete boat restoration on a Grady White. Start here!! Thanks Javier!

I sent my raymarine in for repair, checked when done it would be back before a big trip and then it went sideways. Seawire miss placed my package and did not ship it out when promised. Once i finally got ahold of them, started friday late and and did not get a call back untill monday late afternoon they went above and beyond in getting me a unit and ate over night fees just to make sure i had electronics fishing. Excited to get my unit back and see how it works.

Everybody told us that our Raymarine E120 are ruined. Than we found and wrote Seawire, friendly contact via email, competent consulting, perfect Fault diagnosis and repair for a fair price. (Much cheaper than a new one) Shipping from Germany and after rhe repair back to Germany without problems in 14 Days. Next time in any case again... SEAWIRE!!!

A ray of hope! I had to send in my legacy Raymarine C120 chart plotter for a new screen. These are the guys! I had it back in a week and it looked great. I had a small wrinkle with the old chart plotter and updated software and chart reading. Javier Mederos is sharp and connected me with the deeply embedded guru on legacy chart plotters at Raymarine who walked me through the integration. You can’t ask for more than that. I’m very impressed.

Sent my E120 Classic to Seawire as my backlight was really dark. Seawire inspected and repaired my gps in a very timely manner, shipped it back, and everything works just as it did from the factory. Would definitely recommend Seawire again and would use them again if the need arises. Javier was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and prompt with the replies.

Our Raymarine S3 autopilot quit working on our recent trip. We called Raymarine customer service and they gave us Seawire as a company that repaired legacy systems. Javier answered the phone and discussed our issues and told us they could expedite the repair since we were on a trip and would only be in Islamorada for a few weeks. We shipped the unit to them and they bench tested it with no problem found. Their communications were great, as they wanted to know more info to further their testing. They were finally able to replicated the problem and then complete the repair. The repair included a 1 year warranty and the system worked flawlessly on our 500 mile trip home. Thankfully Seawire supports legacy Raymarine systems.

We purchased a refurbished GPS to match our existing setup. Unfortunately it soon failed. The owner at Seawire was extremely helpful and was quick to help with tech support. When that didnt work, he arranged to meet us at the marina we were staying and replace the defective unit. His sympathy regarding our troubled situation, being onboard our sailboat with no car access and in unfamiliar surroundings provided confidence in his company. He stood behind his company, his warranty and provided a timely service.Kudos to Javier. I would definitely recommend Seawire Marine to anyone who needs repairs, a refurbished unit or a new purchase.
