I called multiple times trying to get a quote. They kept taking messages and kept saying someone would call me back to coordinate. No one calls me back. I call again and they keep telling me the same thing. Seems like they don’t want new business. Horrible customer service.

What a horrible experience with Miami Boat Lifts. Avoid this company! Over budget - they hit you with change orders. After a year of completing one part still dont have final permit. Not to mention that the Owner is completely disrespectful.
