These people sell cheap cheap junk products. My underwater lights filled up with water on the very first use and quit working. Amazon refunded me but I was still out $200 in labor and parts charges from the installation. Baron was unwilling to help whatsoever. All I wanted was for them to send me some better quality lights to make up for all the money I was out and the hassle. They quit responding to my emails and decided ignoring me was the best option. I would not buy anything from this company, stay far away buy somewhere else.

Nice guys! I had troubles finding initially as their name has changed, but they were very cooperative and helpful. I saved a bundle by going down and picking out the items. I also bought more than intended because their prices were so good. I will be returning this week!

There products are subpar, and while their prices are good, they are cheaply made and my experience id that anything electrical will not last more then 1 season,I bought a 900w windlass that the motor seized after 3 months of light use - they would not honor the warrantee because I opened the unit to investigate to try to not have to go through the trouble of taking it on and off. I also bought a macerator pump that stopped working after 9 months of use, after the 3 month run around with the windless, i will just eat that too!By quality items else where, save yourself the hassle of replacing and reinstalling so often cheap Chinese inferior products.PS= their one positive review is from the guy (Roland)who gave me the run- around for months....

I purchased 2 identical pumps on Ebay and but 1. I attempted to contact Baron thru Ebay with zero communications for 2 weeks. I finally filed a complaint with Ebay and for no reason, Ebay decides that it wasnt valid and denied the complaint. I then googled Baron Marine and found this direct telephone number. A 5 minute conversation with the person answering the phone found that they in fact had only shipped 1 pump and that they would be shipping the other immediately. The person on the phone spoke very broken English but got the job done (if the pump arrives as promised...).

Purchased a Marine ladder for swim platform on new boat from their Ebay store. Picked up locally and skipped shipping charges. Would buy again!

I went to BARON USA recommended by a friend and now it is my 1st option for all my boating needs, prices are way less than any competition and the quality is above standard, spoke to their sales manager while I was there and made me feel very comfortable purchasing their products.
