Ordered OEM part, got unmarked generic. Created a Google account so I could review because of the super rude customer support from someone named Francine. Im stuck with it but fortunately it was cheap. Looks like I should have checked the reviews first!

Sorry but they are not honest in my books. Bought a Yanmar belt from them on ebay for $22 and they send me a cheap non-Yanmar belt worth about $3 I can buy on-line. They send me a business card, so I call them up to set things straight and they basically call me a liar!!Follow up to their response:Does anyone see the name Yanmar on the photo of the belt they sent me?!?!?!
