Ive visited this store 3 times in December 2018 and have been impressed each time. The shelves are well well organized, the employees are present / attentive, and they seem to have what I need. I always check online to see the quantity in stock at this of what Im in need of which makes for less wasted trips. Much better than some West Marines. Great cleaning products for boats also wax, robbing etc

We need these varieties of marine experiences In the Caribbean especially here in the virgin islands. This guy name sam and his staffs will walk you throughly through your selected items, which is so helpful in determining your choice from their products.

Great customer service, was able to buy my product and they happily help me load it in the car. It is a very small location, and it’s a bit dodgy looking.

Opens early and always has what I need in stock.

They have most boathing need they give me alternatives on replacement parts, I take advantage of those unusual things.

Employees were attentive, they looked up the item I needed and it said they had 20 and they only had 1. Inventory is off a little. They checked other West Marine stores and honestly wouldn’t trust going to another store and they’re inventory be off. I found Mom and Pop Marine Supply, they pulled through for me.

The staff at this West Marine store is very nice and they know what they are talking about. I feel like they really know sailboats AND powerboats. Good store.

18 wheeler deliveries use the second entrance (before the store going south) and do a right-hand hairpin 180° turn to line up to back to the dock which is on the north end of the building where the cars park. The monorail is right next to it and its easy to find. Stay on I-95 south right to the end, dont exit, and it turns into US1 southbound. At that point you have a few miles of city traffic to the store. Its just south of the car wash and almost opposite of the Wendys on the northbound side of US1.

Their selection of most items for the average boater is above average- glad they are here next to the Grove! Super helpful staff- they helped with a complicated return and ill remember that for sure! Thanks guys

You cant beat West Marinefor having the little piece of hardware that you need or the ability to get it. This particular West Marine has experienced sailors that no sailboats and know whats needed for every job. Sales rep Ann keeps me coming back every time for her expertise

Good but small place.

Just give Albert a raise, not too impressed with the staff at first, but they were busy putting away a huge shipment, we honestly thought we were stuck as we didnt have transport of our purchase but then Raul made a call to an employee that was off shift, and we were able to get our new dinghy to our boat. Thank you Albert and Raul!

Great store! The West Marine employees I have met in this store are the best. They provide great service, are knowledgeable, provide unbiased opinions, and go out of their way to help a customer get what they need.Examples: My wife, a novice fisher-woman, needed advice on lures. Ken, spent a ridiculous amount of time explaining what lures WM sold, why those particular lures were sold, and how to best use them in our cruising adventure. What a nice guy! Of course, lures were purchased. When we came back later, lures on sale, Ken remembered my wife, pointed out the ones that would fit our needs, and more were purchased at a great price. We seek Kens advice whenever we go to the WM in Coconut Grove.Ann, a life-time sailor, worked with us to decide the best lines to buy for our dingy davit system during the recent July 4th sale. She helped us order our life jackets, figured out how to pay for them while the 3x points award program was in effect. And, made sure they fitted as needed when we came to pick them up a few days later. This is the experience you hope to find at when shopping at specialty stores.I do not recall the guys name, but in electronics, I needed a hard to get SIMNET starter kit (spare parts kit for me). He spent most of an hour calling different WMs trying to find the kit. Once found, he ordered it, it came a couple of days later, and we picked it. It did not have the correct part inside, apparently the sending store had modified it. No issue, on the phone he went, found another source and two days later, the correct kit was in hand. This is the type of service one seeks when shopping.With WMs new Well beat anyones price program, this is certainly a place to shop for marine equipment. If you can shop at the Coconut Grove store - add this to your blessings!PS - park your bikes by the dingy display inside the entrance.

They dont answer the phones and when they do they say they dont understand and hangs the phone up.. Lol idk what language they understand English? Spanish? Portuguese?? But w.e on to the next store
