Amazing gelato that is a company based in Italy. If you want an authentic Italian ice cream this is the place. Not too many choices but enough to make a choice. They also have a selection of chocolates. It is a company named Venchi from 1878. The chocolate is absolutely delicious. I tried it once on a cruise and I was hooked. It is just as good as any other type of luxury chocolate.

For me, its the best gelato Ive had in Miami. Every time that were in the Brickell area, we stop by.

Superb - super creamy and rich gelato. The pistachio flavored one had a very natural green hue, almost like olive green, not that bright radioactive green you get from store-bought stuff; and the flavor was BOMB... it was like a was eating pistachios, the real deal.I also tried a few other flavors my mom and sister got. I can’t remember exactly what they were but they were delicious, all of it.I am definitely coming back for more when I get the chance.

I never write reviews, but I had to do one for this place. Everything that you could possibly want out of a small business you get here. Cute location, wonderful lady to service you, keeps up with Covid 19 guidelines, extremely clean and of course the very tasteful treats. I got a normal shake and it was the best one I ever had. This is well rounded business that everyone should look up to.

I was happy they opened in Miami as I discovered Venchi when I was in Italy. The chocolate is amazing. Try the chocoviar and the creminos. The giandujottos are heavenly. The ice cream is great too.

Its a small but delightful store, you can get ice cream, coffee and shakes here, they have little tables for you to sit and enjoy your buy. but the best is the chocolates, you can go with pre ensembled boxes or select your favorites and buy per weight. Now I have to say, the chocolate boxes are just whimsical and make a great gift.

We first tried Venchi in Rome a couple of years ago and it was great. Then we were glad we have one accross from where we live in BCC. We used to get the pistachio shake and it was excellent. Today it was a total disappointment. Shakes were watery (the consistency lacked the quality we were used to), no cup holder, not even the tops to cover the cup. Very unpractical for take away and unacceptable for a $10.16 each shake! I guess we’ll stop coming here.

I bought a case of mixed chocolates for a friend as a gift, we opened a few and tried and to be honest for the price and all, not worth it. The texture felt old as if (for sure) they were in there for a while. Very disappointed :(

The first time I ordered the house specialty (crema venchi) and I fell in love. Too bad it was the first and last time the flavor was available.

This is the only ice cream parlor that manages to get me out of bed to BCC to find parking just to get ice cream. Absolutely amazing! And don’t skip the truffle wall!!!! so worth it. The best customer service too. Always!

Hands down best gelato in Miami.. Period. My go to is the stracciatella and Venchi hazelnut with the chocolate drizzle from the chocolate fountain. The ice cream shop is also beautiful.
