I LOVE dairy queen so much that I dont care about the rude person that works there. But you should try do something about it

Ice cream is the same as always.(((((((CAUTION)))))))However, Attendant takes your card to the back and takes a whileZ. Don’t like that feeling because that is how your card info is stolen.

Worst experience ever!! There is just one employee and is so rude !! He took away my credit card to the back ( so weird), he didn’t not provide any receipt or anything, he didn’t hear well what you are asking for and and the end he had really rude comments.. now I know why is the worst DQ in South Miami.... the ice cream is the worst too...

Rude attendant and bad service. He gave us the wrong flavor. The prices are jacked up when compared to other Dairy Queen and they are printed on a piece of paper instead of a regular menu. I will not be coming back to this location.

Most of the items here are inexpensive. Ice cream for 2 people will likely not cost $10. They only accept credit cards for totals over $10. So bring cash. This place is great for positive nostalgia vibes.

It was pretty nice!

Soft server was more like soup server. Guy behind the counter was rude and unpleasant. Not someone who should be in a customer service position. This was a childhood location for me that has been run into the ground. Please spend some money on much needed equipment repairs and get better employees in there. I will not be returning.

Service was extremely quick and nice staff. It isnt busy so there is no line. Does not have an indoor so its meant to be for a quick ice cream pick up. Holds up as a Dairy Queen.

2/28/2018 It was a hot sunny day in Miami, so I was hankering for something COLD. Ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait ($6.50) and a Medium Chocolate Shake ($5.00). Both were awesome. Back in the day, parfaits were 33¢ I read, but people got paid a lot less too. This stores building is a precious piece of Americana from way back. They are working hard to maintain it, so please visit and give them some business. In Naples, Fl, D.Q. sold its identically styled/roofed building to a burger business. DQ started in the early 40s.

I normally dont write bad reviews unless its extremely bad and this happens to be the case. We ordered a plain vanilla ice cream with some chocolate cookie topping. Besides the fact that it was Oreos crunched up which is not bad. We find out that its a $10 minimum and we ended up ordering a bottle of water to make up the amount since the owner said he we do it for a $5 minimum. When he gave us the water we noticed there was a cockroach on the bottle. After we told him about it he said forget about the minimum amount but at that point I lost complete interest in the ice cream. This is a small place there should be full attention to how clean it is.

From the looks of the pics I would not eat there as one comment stated old run down building full of rats and smells bad. Lots of buildings need to be bull dozed down! This is one of them!

Tasted very strange. Both my wife and I tasted this sort of chemical almond flavor. Would never go here again.

Food poisoning!!! I ate here once. And got super sick later that day. I didnt eat anything else. Puking all night! Called them to warn them they must have a bad batch of milk or something and they argued. Ill never eat there again.

Gentleman at the window was nice and service was prompt. Prices are reasonable for the blizzard cup.

The icecream is good, and there are some unique combinations of flavors. No seating, but great for a quick stop.

This dairy queen has been around since 1970. It is very visablefrom U.S. 1 I used to take my kids there when they were in single digits.

I was a big Dairy Queen Blizzard fan until yesterday, when I had the worst blizzard from a staff here who did not know how to make it. He couldnt understand what I was ordering and finally gave me an ice cream which was stale and added nothing but chocolate sprinkles which were like small rocks, called it blizzard and charged me $4.25 for that piece of crap. Never going back to this place again.
