Arrived at the store a little before 10:30 and the young lady at the front counter refused to serve me although the store is open until 11. Claims she already shut things down

This place is a disgrace. $10 for an Ice cream cone and it was soft almost melting.

Mold inside the glass and on top of the ice i cant believe that nasty thing

Where do I start. The locations stinks. Ordered 2 shakes and 1 smoothie. The shakes were gives to us with no shooed cream. Then I was charged for 3 smoothies and 1 shake.The floor is filthy. The staff is rude.Horrible experience.

Hi. So let me start by saying, this business is being run by careless and unprepared individuals. How can you run an ice cream store that supposed to serve milkshakes and scoops of ice cream, without actually having those ingredients. Does it make any sense to even be open? The location is horrible for people having to drive to get there, as well. Total waste of time. Dont expect to get what you think they should have on their menu. They have nothing! Horrible customer courtesy as well. An ice cream store without any milk or vanilla ice cream. They did have strawberry and chocolate ice cream. 👏 Thats it. Make your own milkshake and ice cream at home, its better. At least you get what you want if you do it yourself. Have a wonderful day.

Terrible! Do not order them through Uber eats! Order was reassigned multiple times, tried calling store to find out what was going on and they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. They ended up canceling my order after an hour.

The staff was so rude. the prices are more if you compare to the other stores they have in florida. they are stingy and calculating the ice cream amount.

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars! I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream and they charged me to 3 scoops and when i mention it they were so rude to me. And this business runs by careless individuals. While this happening my ice cream got melted. I am not happy at all with my experience

Oh my goodness! I wish I could rate this place 0 stars!!! Just left from this location without ice cream because they had mold !!! My husband noticed some of the ice cream was melted and didn’t make sense...Then we noticed, mold all over where the ice cream is stored!!!!!! I’m shocked and disgusted.. left immediately after we noticed and purchased some delicious ice cream down the strip.

The location was convenient, however, the service was very slow. We also were overcharged for our order, but noticed after we reviewed the receipt and didnt feel like it was worth disputing with the long line inside. At least the ice cream was very good.

I wasn’t too pleased with my smoothie probably because it was non dairy however my husband enjoyed his ice cream and the service was great! The woman at that front who served us looked and sounded like she enjoyed her job and was super friendly :)

This container filled about halfway cost $5.50 not to mention extra for toppings, which was not mentioned when I was offered them. Wish I would’ve spent the $10 on a picture of fake Donald Trump in the stand next door.

It was so fresh. the service was very friendly and kind. food is similar to a cafe in portland i loved.

I dont want to brag but as Italian Im used to pretty good ones and Haagen Dazs has left a mark in me with its delicious scoops. Perfect ice cream - try extra black!

The staff is extremely nice, Melida one of the ladies who works there was super attentive! As soon as she saw my girls she told the lady serving us that one of my daughters had a nut allergy, that definitely left a soft spot in my heart. For her to remember something like that meant so much to me. Wish more stores had staff like this.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an ice cream shop. I came in at 10:30 PM on 03/27/19 wanting a smoothie. When I asked for the smoothie the woman who was working told me she was making anymore smoothies. When I asked her why? She told me because it was late and she did not want to make any smoothies before closing time. Pure laziness from her part

Nice location, did not like the layout of the hotel as the lobby is on the 25th floor.. you need to change elevator banks to get to conference rooms.. elevators are slow... but at checking they greet you with champagne and the staff was very pleasant...

Really bad experience. Firstly, they took soooooo long to charge me because the finger print device was not working and they couldnt open the computer.Secondly, I had 2 rewards to redeem (2 ice cream free) and I had to pay for it since the system was down and they were not able to redeem my rewards. I was so disappointed with the service and the way they didnt solve their problems. Im a regular costumer and Ive been always able to redeem my rewards at every store I visit. This is the first time I have this situation. The manager in charge was not capable to handle the situation. I had to pay almost $20 when I could save it with my rewards. They had limited flavors and the front area was dirty with melted ice cream. Another patron advised the employees and they did nothing about it.

Ive never given such a low rating before but its certainly appropriate in this case.Such pushy deceptive service. I walked in without any intent on buying anything(my friend was buying for herself), and walked out with an $11.50 receipt and a small sorbet.Firstly, let me say that the sign with the prices is very small and on the right-hand side in a corner. You have to stand in the opposite corner to see the board at an appropriate angle, but from there the sign is far away.She points to the cone display and tells me to pick one out. There are only waffle cones and waffle bowls there (and no prices). I ask whats the difference in price, expecting to hear actual prices. The same. Didnt say anything about the extra charge for either of the options. Waffle bowl = +$1.50. Nor did she say that there was even an option to not have waffle (who gets waffle with sorbet anyway?)What are the different sizes? We have two sizes- small, 6.70, and regular, [dont remember]. That was a flat out lie. Later looking carefully at the sign, sorbet and receipt already in hand, I saw that there are definitely THREE size options- Mini, Small, and Regular. No mention either about how each little scoop of topping that she offers is an extra $1.50. I could go futher into the details of other subtle manipulative tactics she deployed, but I wont, cuz Im already tired writing about this uncomfortable experience.Btw my friend got duped into the same thing. And shes the one to ask a million questions before ordering something.What a dishonest way to increase sales.

Absolutely horrible customer service from a lady named Martha G. We were confused on how the total price came to be and she was unable to show us the receipt of a breakdown of the prices. She was vulgar and should not be working in front of customers.

Prices were on side of wall (board that is not even mounted on wall), not facing customer so it is somehow difficult to know how much one will be paying. Paid $11.00 for medium and mini ice cream, left $1.00 tip (stuff will remind you to enter tip). They acted like $1.00 tip for selling $11.00 (almost 10%) already overpriced ice cream is not enough... I guess even souvenir seller would ask for tip nowadays in Miami. It is not like restaurant when you receive service, it just ice cream place. I do not leave tip in fastfoods, donuts place, souvenir place or gas stations and did not hear about that being custom to do so. Also there were some I guess friend of stuff pal from hood sitting on shelf violently laughing and playing with his cell, taking space in already small and crawded place, making whole experience even worse. I guess they are counting on fact that tourist doesnt matter, since new one do not know. Well I hope they will read this review and owner of this place would do something about it, but really doubt.

They have a terrible service.All the times I have been there they barely served what I want. They just got an ice cream ball and closed the check.Tonight I went there at 10pm and they were closing (they were supposed to close it around 12am).I have been at the Haagen Dazs in Nikki Beach and they do a great service. They always receive me vey well, they are very kind and also I can order what I want on my ice cream.

The people here are so nice and look like they love what they do, the ice cream is amazing beyond description, i love it.

If i can give 0 stars i would ! How unprofessional !!!! Ordered from ubereats and my order was cancelled 3 times . It says they close at 12am and i ordered around 10:45pm second order was around 11pm when i noticed they cancelled the first order . I go ahead and call to see what’s going on and the girl picks up says hello and hangs up right away . I call a few more times and she picks up the phone and hangs up right away, last time i called she stayed on the phone to hear what i said, and i told her i would notify her manager and she answered the phone and said Huh, what, excuse me .. Very very unprofessional and i will never think about ordering from here again !

The ice cream always tastes very good at Haagen Dazs. But $ 10 for 2 balls + extra cost for waffle and topping is extremely expensive! Almost rip-off ...Our service here in the shop was very slow.

Quite full, small place, uncomfortable. There is no place to sit inside, there are no tables outside either. The prices are very high for the product they offer. Its not bad, just that it doesnt have anything outstanding, nothing that sets it apart from others
