I went in for a car wash, interior vacuuming and shampooing. But 2 things that were particularly important to me (that I specifically mentioned) were my rims and the stains in my interior. I spoke to a salesperson and he convinced me that shampooing all 4 seats was a better value. The whole process took quite long, which I would’ve been fine with as long as the quality was good. I was finally told my car had been completed, and under their shelter’s shade, everything seemed to be clean. Later, when I got home I found that they had failed to take care of both details I mentioned. This is by no means a professional service, I’ve seen dealerships clean cars more thoroughly than this. Certainly not worth $90.

I paid over $200 for a full detail of my car and they left dust inside my cabin, streaks all over my car and bugs on the front bumper. The quality of the service was terrible. I was there for three hours and they still couldnt do a good job.

TRULY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I paid for my car to be FULLY detailed, inside and out. It took over 4 hours. Upon leaving, I inspected my car and it wasn’t clean at all. I called Magic Hand and they told me to bring it back the next day. I brought it back, and was told the general manager would come out at some point and speak with me but he’s “busy with other things right now.” After checking on the car multiple times, it was finally “clean” 2 hours later. The car still had water marks and smudges all over it. The layer of dirt on the windshield is still there. The general manager never even bothered coming to speak to me. This place is truly a waste of money. Their customer service and quality of work is lackluster and mediocre at best.

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. One its over priced for horrible service. One they dont clean your car or even the wheels correctly. Left my rims all dirty even after i told them . My back bumper is dirty . Wouldnt come back for nothing at all even if they were the only ones open near by.

I paid 41 dollar for a wash and they gave me back the car with spot all over around. Any car wash machine clean better than this place. I cannot say anymore about the interior, but don’t bring your car here.

I wanted a detailed clean for my new car and this spot is close to where I live so I gave it a shot. They offered detailed clean with shampoo and wax at outrages prices, but I said why not, a lot of luxury cars were there so I thought they should be reliable. After I agreed to this package, they told me it would take two hours and I didn’t have that time today so I went back and changed the package to a more basic one. They finished my Jeep very quickly. The outside was decent, but the backseats and backseat carpets were not vacuumed at all and the cupholders were not cleaned. I can’t help but feel that they didn’t do a good job on my car because I downgraded from a very expensive package. The man who suggests packages was very helpful and nice. The waiting area has a lot of amenities so I thought I would definitely be back, but now that I saw the results I will not be going back.

I came here on a Friday and it was somewhat busy... I like the whole concept that you stay in your car and they direct you. However whats the point in liking that concept when they leave your car dirty. They didnt even touch my rims and after looking at the reviews Im not the only one who experienced this. Youre better off going to a $3 brushless carwashes at the gas station for the same level of service.

Car wash that gives a range of full hand wash options, from exterior only to full detail. And, it truly is hand washed (not run thrive a machine then wiped down). The prices are typical (not cheap) but service is good and the waiting room has space indoors (away from the heat and humidity).

Ive used magic hand several times now because of its convenience. Always a very regular job, now that the price is $30 for my car and there are streaks everywhere i will be using another service.Today was terrible since all they care about it getting you out of there fast without finishing the job. Ridiculous.

The absolute best team! My car was horrid after my dog vomitted and now its squeaky clean. Very friendly and dedicated. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend!

I would give this zero stars if possible on this. If you’re a car guy with a premium, luxury, supercar, hot rod. Just flat avoid it. You’re better off doing it yourself or going to a place that actually takes car of your vehicle as if it was theirs. Payed for a supreme wash for my xc90. Guys are washing the car with dirty mitts, drying with dirty towels and only spraying wheel cleaner on one side. They didn’t even brush wheels or wells. Hardly did any vacuuming and sprayed dirty solution all over interior. Dash and seats not even close to being clean. Employee there was taking items out of my trunk to vacuum and just letting them slam right on my bumper. Top it all off as I was inspecting it. Wheels were awful. Water spots everywhere on body and tires were not even dressed. One of the employees from a distance noticed and thank god. She gave them a earful and did the rest. I ended up going to a self serve place and doing it myself with my own stuff. Seeing some other reviews. I see there have been similar experiences. Do yourself a favor. Don’t bother spending the time and money. Just do it yourself or take it to a place that specializes and washes cars with clean products from the start.

$25 for inside and out standard card wash. My car still had bug guts on the front bumper when I left. Not the best cleaning job. You can find a place in Miami that does a better job for $15

Very professional on what they do. They leave the car shining and looking like new. They should have deals that are more for a one person car other than the 399 for 25 washes for 160 days. If there was an option for less amount of washed i would definitely be interested in purchasing.

The service was good especially the guys who were washing the cars that were working hard to move the cars along fast. However i paid to have the car waxed and they didnt give me my money’s worth. They left smudges all over the car.

They do great work... when its slow. When they are busy, they rush and cut corners.

I don’t come here very often but every time I came they did really great job!! Sometimes they miss one spot or another but it’s not that bad, since they tell you to look around the car to see if everything is ok!! If it was that bad they wouldnt have Lamborghini, Ferraris, Porsche and a lot of Mercedes, bmw, tesla… So, yes…I recommend!!

Wasnt happy. Wheels were still dirty, had to rag down car when I got home because still had dirt haze on paint. Last visit wasnt great either.

If you have money laying around, do not take it to these people. They will steal your money and lie about it to your face. I guess it’s bad on me for leaving my wallet in the glove compartment 😞 Lesson learned.But still, owner should’ve done something about it. Extremely unprofessional.

This is not a professional car wash place. Overprice by far for the poor quality of work. They also claim to offer window tinting, however that is false because the person who was meant to do it, quit before starting. Additionally, do not trust them to do any proper interior cleaning, they do horrible work. Maybe one day they will get their act together.

Everyone was very nice and the line moved very fast especially considering how long it was. Unfortunately were they excelled in speed they lacked in quality of work. My car was still pretty dirty after the wash.

They need to do a better job with the inside service to the car its always an issue. I hate I have to show them what they didnt do the first time and then have to wait to get it done.

Whem I arrive home, I see the guys not vacum my back seats and floor.

The staff so a great job. I was giving away a 12 year old convertible to my niece, and they cleaned up an abundance of garbage on and in the car from my child, who is not anything that one could call neat. It came out looking beautiful again.

The entire operation seems off. I took my clean Toyota Sequoia, to have it vacuum and place mats, paid for entire cleaning, got it back and the inside was not even dusted off, when I requested the dust off, person had an attitude like they were doing me a favor. Also they have ads that state that downloading the app will get you a 30% discount, I did downloaded and no discount :-( Will not recommend.

I Went to this car wash today for the first time and the person throwing water was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and had no trouble accommodating me . he had a little bit of hair bald almost and a tattoo on his throat & my car came out amazing 10/10 would go again

I was given an estimate of 1 1/2 hours for a full detail and polish. It took 4 hours. There are now scratches on my roof that weren’t there before and they broke my light bar. Because I had been waiting for 4 hours, I was just so happy to finally get to go home I didn’t inspect before leaving, but noticed immediately after an incident free drive home.

The worst car wash ever. It’s just too unprofessional and I got my car back just the way it was even after getting the supreme package. The management is very unprofessional.

The place was great but the last couple of months the quality of the service went down . 4 weeks ago they forgot to clean half of the hood, 2 weeks ago they did a very poor job on the rims the still are half dirty !!! Im disappointed because before that I was always very satisfied !!!

This place is trash, not somewhere I will be returning to. Very inconsistent on almost everything from the soaping of the car to wiping it down properly. Definitely don’t get what you pay for when you have to point out flaws in the work as they overlook several major details on the car.

Ive been here three times already. They dont clean the rims, they are inconsistent with the soap, for example they will soap one side of the vehicle only. they leave unrinsed soap on the surface and dirty patches on the paint where they cant reach it for example the hood or lower door panels. They also drop the mitt on the floor and pick it up without washing it. Also I seen them wash the mitt they use for the body into the bucket that they use for the rims. They also start drying your car while there is soap still on it.

Today, I had my car detailed at magic hands car wash. I was shipping my car to college today and wanted it clean before it left. after coming home and 15 minutes before the car was about to be picked up, I realized how much dirt, leaves, and other dust that they failed to clean. after paying a lot for this service, I expected the car to be clean. my mom spoke with the manager who did not seem to be apologetic and blamed us for not checking the car before we left. the car should have been spotless after the detailing. very disappointed!

Nice place but the system is no consistent.

I brought my 2018 mustang for a wash and I did not check when I left. This is the second time this happens. The car has black wheel which when wet don’t look dirty (I am guessing)? But the wheel are dirty just in the same wat they were when I brought the car in. I mean the service was fast but I have to say you may need to slow down the many making chain of cars and increase quality. This is not ok.

The line was out to US1. The wait was 45 minutes just to get to start washing the car. When you leave the car for the inside cleaning I had to point out several issues when I came back.

I asked for the ‘supreme’ sedan car wash and the friendly but over rushed attendant acted like he didn’t understand me after I repeated myself three times. He said he had a $40 special for a hand wax, I told I needed waxing which is why I wanted the supreme. He printed the ticket and it was for a regular wash and hand wax which came up to $57 - not what I wanted! They did a horrible job cleaning the inside. The car was poorly vacuumed and there was dirt in the cup holders and side door panels. Oh yeah, and a chunk of paint came off during the hand wash! I had no idea there was even loose paint on my car. No one told me, I didn’t notice until I got home. Never going back!!!

Spent $100 on a wash & wax. They did not clean the rims or apply tire shine to the tires. A fair amount of wax was left on my truck. Would not recommend for that outrageous price.

They didnt use a vaccum in my car, didnt clean properly front grills and lip. I asked 3 times about and nobody response.Be far from this unprofessional place and dirty people.

I have been a loyal customer to them for over 4 years now, and I swear I am not coming back again. I came today and there are about 20 customer before me, I know they are busy but they cleaned my car inside literally with 1 minute (even though I know my car is clean always but I was expecting cleaning with wipes), it does not worth the money I have paid for! 1 minute hand clean for inside your car!! I am super upset! The seats and steering wheel are stinky. I should have stayed in my car when they were cleaning so I could take a video of exactly what they have done in just 60 seconds! This is crazy!

Just Got My BMW X5 Buffed And Shampoo this Morning. These gentleman did a great job really! Richard the Manager & Raul they were really detailed A+

Usually you want to CLEAN a car before you dry it, but in my case the car was still dirty as they toweled in the grime, causing swirls on my dark blue paint. Windows were not cleaned in any sense, and dash plastic was smeared with a grimy film from a dirty towel. For $27 dollars Id expect A LOT more. I ended up cleaning most of the car after I got home.

Worst service ever, just giving them a star cause you can’t live it blank, I left my car for a full detail service and they were supposed to call me, but they left and leave the key locked and never call me or text me, I leave in Naples and had to rent a hotel to spend the night, cost me a lot of money not only for the service but for the inconvenient and the car wasn’t even clean. Took them 3 hours to clean my truck and it was still not clean. There was still sand in the interior and they missed most of compartments in the Interior. The exterior was not done any better and I regret coming here? Definitely not the wait! They could have done a much better job in 3 hours

Hit or miss.I went on Monday, waxing of the car was done great... fast. Great indeed .So, I came back on Wednesday with another car and it was a disaster...They forgot to vacuum the back seats of the car, I told them, they corrected it but they never opened the trunk nor vacuumed it... $100 for an SUV... Someone should be checking that the job is done right.Seems there is no Covid-19 there, the staff dealing with customers have masks but not all the workers...Another opportunity to improve.

This place is very busy... Must be good.

Not sure if they need new vacuums ot something, but I will have to vacuum again tomorrow as there is still dirt, sand and stuff in the car. Maybe they were tired and did not go through the sides; not sure, but they should be more careful about these details as it is what makes all the difference when you use these type of services.

Their facilities are nice, clean and well equipped. Unfortunately I been twice and I havent get satisfied. They have a lot of work and they barely dedicate time to clean the car properly. Im always finishing their job by myself.

I went to vacuum some water from the carpet behind the passenger side. Because I didnt have time to get it shampooed they refuse to vacuum the excess water. And... if they did do it they wanted to charge me 15.00.I

I had my car detailed by this company. I paid $50 to find my floor mats still with dirt, trunk not vacuumed, seats not vacuumed, the area around the doors not vacuumed or wiped down (dirt residue still visible) and the floor of the backseat seemingly untouched by all cleaning processes. Absolutely would not recommend.

They are good and fast but usually miss a couple spots. In and out quick though so I really have no complaints. They can do in 10-15 minutes what would take me probably an afternoon.

Honestly if you can’t come early in the morning during the work week you are better off not coming.Great people, good owners. Been coming here for years.
