I have to say the technique was pretty cool. Seeing how the staff mix and roll the ice cream is an experience on itself. I like the variety of flavor that you may cant find at other places. Great ice cream taster for a ice cream lover. Good portion and taste for the price. We order vanilla/milk base, with cheese cake and reese. Free topings!

Came here several times. Fruit Ice cream is perfect with so many topping choices. Plus it is a great location. Will continue to come.

If you’ve never had “rolled” ice cream before, you’ve gotta go here. I’ve seen videos but never actually seen in person until today. My whiny kids were begging for ice cream while we toured pubs the area and we happened to see a sign for this place. Best idea ever!! My kids said they never want the “other” ice cream again!! To top it all off, the customer service was fabulous. They were courteous to my kids and even topped them off with a drink umbrella in the top of their sundaes. I don’t know the guys name but there was a gentleman there who was super nice to the kids. Maybe the owner or manager? But he was super awesome!!

This place was amazing they really love to provide a extremely good customer service. Everyone is very friendly and ready to help you as soon as you step in to this store. They have a variety of flavor and good topic to select. People that loves ice cream and wants to try something different, will be a great idea to pass by here. Price is not bad, and size of ice cream rolls is good. Thank you guys again for providing us the best of you. I will visit here again 🤗

Quick pros and cons list:Pros- delicious ice cream, nice people, decently clean place despite large amount of people.Cons- not well presented, very slow service, seems as though no one really knew what to do, no clear place to order or pick up, and when I was there the card reader crashed so spontaneous ‘cash only’ situationAll in all the people working there are nice enough, but they work extremely slowly and in an unsure manner, as though everyone there was just learning. The end product is not well presented, but tastes quite delicious. With a bit of improvement could be an amazing spot to hang out.

The employee with the dark blonde was rude and then proceeded to argue with the other employee in front of us. Would not recommend you go here with that service.

I got the nutella flavored and the heath toppings and I tell you! This treat is great! The staff are very friendly, no lie. I highly recommend if you havent tried. They also give out small samples also.

I love this place! Though I have yet to try one of their award winning homemade waffle cones, the ice cream is always delicious! The customer service is great.

I can say that Im addicted to the ice cream and that is the best ice cream that Id never tried before, its so delicious. The manager and the team members are so nice and polite. I recommend that place 100%.

There is plenty of flavors, so everyone should have at least one of their favorites there. The scoops of ice cream are very generous. The banana bread is to die for!

It was decent. It was over $8 for a strawberry cheesecake ice cream. They let you choose between a few toppings at the end like whipped cream, sprinkles, nuts, etc. It takes a while to prepare so if you have people ahead of you there could be a wait.

I would give no stars if possible. Pictures online were misleading. $7 for a small bowl of ice cream with 1 mix in. Unlimited toppings and sauce but no brand name toppings. Everything generic and the ice milk, not ice cream, was not very good. Dont waste your money.

This place is a very good place to eat. This is the first ice cream place I ate at when I moved to Florida from Boston. My favorite person that work there was the girl with brown black hair with glasses because she does her work very professional.

Didn’t even get ice cream because this dude was talking on the phone. Terrible service so it deserves 0 stars but that’s not an option. Guy even looked at us and went back to the back and left us waiting for a good 20 minutes till we left. Never go there if you ever want some ice cream it’s not worth it because you leave empty handed.
