Lovely place with a great vibe and vintage style. The owner is just fabulous and I loved how she was hands-on and serving and creating the treats herself;making sure that she was delivering the best experience for us.The ice cream was DELICIOUS(C-is for monster was a total surprise!)And I loved my toasted coconut milkshake. This is totally a gem that made our Sunday even better.
Cream Parlor gets an A++ from me. If you’re a local and haven’t tried this... you’re slacking! It was hard to choose between the flavors of ice cream. By far the best customer service I’ve had at any ice cream joint out here. I had them for the 1st time 3 days ago and will definitely be back! C for Cookie, PurpleRain, Up All Night and Monkey Bizness were Fire. I didn’t try the rest because I didn’t want to OD it lol. But they even had sundaes and brownies you can order. Throwback 80’s vibes. To park you should probably park on 83rd st.
***This place ROCKS!!!!*** The owner is an absolute pleasure. Made our family feel right at home. The bacon Turkey cheese panini was awesome. She had the best mint chocolate chip ice cream I’ve had in my life. Cotton candy was heavily on point too. The kids got Unicorn Poop with disco glitter. They loved it. We loved it. What a great ice cream flavor. This place has imagination. Great ambiance as well. Make sure you check out the back patio for a chill place to eat your treats.
I found the staff and the owner to be very friendly and attentive to me as a customer. The chicken with curry mayonnaise in a wrap was the absolute bomb! I also had the Louisiana chips which were not hot but packed with spices. Nothing wrong with that just not my cup of tea. I especially enjoyed the owner who talked to me in quite detailed fashion. Would I return and recommend this place? Yes yes yes!
What a hidden Gem one my new favorite could be service a bit quicker but till a lot to see like a vintage Michael Jackson record thriller in store and many more. The owner was nice enough to take a picture of me and my girl and ask how everything went can’t wait to go back. Not just coffee in morning but some ice cream at nice. Buy some candy and received a nice note welcoming me to The Cream Team.
This is a major discovery of a charming restaurant with a delicious menu everything on the menu is superb I can’t recommend this enough. I think you’ll enjoy it and really be delighted. Jamie
Best ice cream and better atmosphere. This place is really a cute.
The vintage vibe takes me back to my childhood (80s baby). Theres seating indoors and out. The owner is such a doll and gives you that real southern hospitality, and youre able to sample ice cream flavors before making final selection. Theres plenty of yummy desserts to choose but also healthy meal options on menu as well. And everything is made with love.
I love this place! Such a cute hole in the wall! The ice cream was so yummy with many selections and the service was amazing such nice ladies working there! I loved the decor and the cute outdoor patio. Will be back :)
Owner is lovely. Beautiful atmosphere and customer service. Clean, imaginative, and tasteful. Also, Ice cream is bomb.
Yumminess! Not sure it is a word but the ice creams are SO good that it needs its own word ;) The girls are super friendly. I just love this kind of hidden gem in Miami. The decor, the back patio just make it even more special. The ice cream I got was death by dulce de leche with little caramel candies inside mmmmmmmmmh! I love to support local friendly artisan shop like this. #shoplocalorbyelocal
Second time here, had to try more of the flavors. Tonights selection was cookies & cream (regular) & praline &cream with a splash of hot fudge. Husband had coffee & chocolate chips & salted dancer. Combinations were good, ice cream smooth and creamy. Little skimpy on the scoops, but guess we always would like more. Enjoy the quirky names and the vivid colors (blue cookies & cream!). Cant wait to bring the granddaughters here when they visit, theyll love the place.
Kind owner and staff, delicious food, and amazing flavors! Great for a meal, a midday snack, or if youre craving some sweets!
This ice cream parlor is without a doubt the best, plus theres so much more! This ice cream shops food was fantastic!
It’s no surprise that Cream Parlor won New Times “Best Of Miami” award for best ice-cream parlor a couple of years ago. I think it should win every year. Indeed, Cream Parlor should win many awards as it is more than a fabulous ice-cream parlor (although it does have the most impressive, inventive and delicious array of ice-cream choices imaginable). Cream Parlor is also a tea room, a great place to grab the best cup of coffee in Miami, as well as the perfect choice for breakfast or lunch or an early dinner with its stellar menu of delicious options which includes salads, sandwiches, bowls, paninis, tartines and more (cookies, cake, shakes and of course ice-cream). It is the charmer of the Upper Eastside, located just a few blocks north of the main MiMo district, with a bright exterior which invokes an old-time ice-cream parlor. I’ve been popping into this lovely and popular spot since it opened several years ago. This past weekend I was there twice and enjoyed great coffee, a delicious wrap and yummy ice-cream. The robin egg blue interior is an eclectic, colorful and cozy mixture of vintage finds and curiosities. Lovely mismatched china plates and cups are used to serve the food and beverages. The staff are wonderful and the owner, Ainsley, always greets everyone who comes through the door with a warm hello. Cream Parlor is the most welcoming treasure on Biscayne Boulevard if not the whole of Miami. It’s unlike anywhere else in town and I continue to recommend it over and over again!
Took my dad for his birthday and it was the best ice cream ever. Definitely try the ice cream sandwich!!! 100% recommend!!!
The owner was so nice and professional. Going back before my vacation ends. The ice cream was wonderful!
I love this place and its because it tastes so good that I cant come back! Its too dangerous! In all seriousness, if you are a desert fiend like myself, this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed, trust me.
We are amazed by how their order pickup process and not much waiting room work well, but the crowdedness is a sign of their thriving business.
This place is so retro and beautifully decorated. It really caught me by surprise! Very crafty and handmade vibe. The ice cream is delicious! I got the “What’s Up Doc” which was a carrot cake flavor and my partner got a double chocolate flavor. The prices are extremely affordable and the atmosphere of this place is relaxing. They have an outdoor patio that is decorated with cute lightbulbs and colorful fabrics, a cute date night idea. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, made us feel very welcome. Can’t wait to try their breakfast and food options!
The place is very cute but wow how dirty. There is old food and sprinkles in the spaces on top of the table. Cobb webs all over the back patio and the lady who served us today seemed impatient despite us being in There for less than a minute and being the only people there. She also missed 2 items I ordered. I was pretty grossed out because of how dirty the place and the womans tone so I just picked at my food and my daughter just wanted to leave. That being said I would go back if the clean properly.
This place has hands down some of the best ice cream Ive ever had. Not only do they have a good selection of food for meateaters, vegetarians, and vegans, they also have vegan ice cream flavors that are top notch. A few coworkers and myself came here on a hot afternoon and immediately loved the collection of art around the business. A good homey feel and clean. The women who were working there were very friendly and warm which made the experience all the better. First time here and if Im ever in the area again Im definitely coming back!
Just saw the sign driving by and pulled in.So glad we did. The owner told us about some of the popular choices. We went with the chicken panini, delicious.Oh course we grabbed some ice cream to go. Would definitely recommend stopping in if your in the area.
Best ice cream in miami
Venue: vintage, small with a cute decorated patioStaff: super friendly and niceKid friendly!!!!This wasnt my first visit, certainly wont be the last. This place is great if youre an ice cream+sweets lover. You pick your flavor of ice cream and add your preferred toppings or you can get a milkshake with the rim of the glass decorated with sprinkles, cereal or whatever you want (as long as it is possible to put on the rim of course). The very first time I came I had a cheese panini and a unicorn poop ice cream milkshake; they were both delicious... that milkshake was amazing. Second time, I had unicorn poop ice cream topped with salted caramel popcorn, delicious! This last visit I wanted to sit outside, but it smelled funny, so stayed inside. I had an avocado toast with goat cheese, bacon and honey... best thing Ive had with avocado in a long time and of course a unicorn poop milkshake!!!***One suggestion I have is that the tables indoors are way too close to each other. The guy sitting behind me kept hitting me with his chair until I got annoyed and left, situations like that are still the business fault because the chairs are way too close. ***
I can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet. This place is the bee’s knee’s and the cat’s pajamas. I love everything about this place. The owner is extremely sweet as well as her staff. I’ve never been disappointed. I highly recommend dropping by if you find yourself in Miami.
Weve been going here for years. Everything is amazing from their famous desserts to their lesser known lunch paninis! We recently ordered ice cream from them for our wedding and as usual it was delicious. They were even able to deliver just before serving time so we didnt have to worry about storage/melting!
Oh my god, the vibe in this place is amazing. The people is so nice and friendly. They have really cool ice cream flavors and all kinds of sweets. The spot in the back of the place is sooooo cool, is like boho, hippie happy place. The unicorn poop ice cream is my favorite and the rose lemonade is AMAZING. I cant wait to come back!
Let’s start this review off by beginning with the atmosphere. When you walk in you’re immediately greeted by attentive and welcoming employees who do their best to accommodate what you’re in the mood for. The café itself is awe inspiring as I have not seen a shop like this anywhere in Miami. The food is delicious and the coffee is to die for as it is made to perfection. The employees don’t just treat you like other places, they go out of their way by recommending new things on the menu (as well as thing NOT on the menu) and always approach you by your first name. Overall, this is a must for new comers and a definite for regulars. 5/5.
Crazy flavors that you can mix and match!
Man this place is the BEST! I came in with my girlfriend today for the first time and we had an amazing experience! we were welocmed by Ainsley and her team when we walked in, grabbed a menu and picked up two Rose Petal Lattes which were great! that was something very new to me and it smelled and tasted great, I ordered myself a chicken and bacon panini and got my girlfriend the hummus with warmed pita. Everything tasted great, my girlfriend said she really liked the hummus (best shes ever had) I finally ordered an Ice cream sandwich but they were out of cookies since they closed soon BUT Ainsley suggested two donuts instead of the cookies.... I rode with it and man I was not disappointed, she brings me a massive plate with my two donuts and two enormous scoops of ice cream, I went with purple rain and the chocolate peanut butter (this was the best chocolate peanut butter ice cream ive ever had btw) *pictured* overall I was very happy with the food and madly impressed with the ice cream, I also cant say anything better about the service, everyone was incredible and welcoming and they were very generous considering we came in a little late and didnt rush us out after they had closed so I was really appreciative of that, I know we all work and wanna go home but Im very grateful they let us stay a bit longer to finish our food and ice cream. I will definitely be back here and we will definitely bring more people. Thannks Ainsley and your team for a great first time
Best ice cream in Miami. Sooo many great flavors. You must tru them all!
Pet friendly location with enclosed back patio for 4-legged friends to play. Try the Purple Rain ice cream. No, seriously, try it!
Great ice cream, cute back patio, nice service.
Cute place with a friendly staff. That said, the price point gets one thinking more of Manhattans Upper East Side than Miamis.
Back again for a second time trying a different meal today black forest ham and swiss cheese with tomato (garlic mayo is awesome) panini OMG this panini is so good and light its the perfect lunch option and its super fresh the bread is toasted to perfection and the black forest ham is is smoked just right and the combination of flavors that hit you when you take that biteAwesome friendly enviroment, staff is always exceptional and great at meeting expectations. The smells of fresh food brings so much Comfort and relaxing vibes.I love the grilled chicken panini great taste and so fresh the juicy chicken crispy bacon cheese is Devine and the garlic mayo
Great food and service. I had The Chicken that crossed road and it was delicious. Will definitely come back to try the other items in the menu.
The owner served us and what a gem! My vegan ice cream was excellent and their non-dairy options were tangerine sorbet, coconut ice cream, almond mocha fudge, and a tootsie roll flavor! So grateful to find a place that has both regular and lactose free options! My husbands ice cream looked amazing too. So happy to have found this place and support local.
What a fun place! Lots of flavors and toppings. I ordered food while my son ate ice cream. The environment is very festive and the staff was sweet and friendly. I recommend trying it out.
Good service but the kitchen needs improve to be better. The specialty is the cod and it’s wasn’t good. Dry and small portion.
This is my favorite place in Miami! The servers are cool and nice:)Foods are great!!
Local fav for many a fam in the Shores/El Portal/Shorecrest/Davis Harbor area. Lots of good ideas happening in one location: deliberate quirkiness, family friendly, baked potatoes, banana splits, a sort of built in play area, and a non-beer garden (lemonade garden?). Staff friendly and pleasant. On the flip, Cream falls a little short on execution though (eg they are often out of cookies or the staff sometimes seems new and deer-in-headlightsy). There is also a sense of non-intentional clutter. A beer/wine licence would be nice.Still, the location is worthy of going back to.
Best local, independently-owned Miami coffeehouse with traditional and original coffees, teas, lunch fare, and of course desserts and ice creams. Cozy, charming atmosphere and a lovely patio area out back. Always friendly and attentive service. Definitely worth a visit.
Cute, and quaint. Ice cream is out of this world. I forget that Im lactose intolerant when I go here. Keep making great ice cream. I love the decor too. Please support them.
First, lovely staff!Outrageous ice cream, rich, creamy, real flavors. Will certainly be going back. Sneaky Weasel for me, C is for Cookie for my ten year old, Mister Midnight shake for my husband. We vowed to come back when they open at 11:00 AM for Up all Night and brunch. Will enjoy sitting in the back garden.Parking was a bit confusing but now that I know, wont be a problem again.
I went there 3 times during my stay. Great atmosphere, amazing sandwiches and icecream. And most of all, the owner is incredibly nice and even gave me a extra bag of cookies for my flight
Delicious food with wonderful service. The ice cream is amazing!
Dessert heaven! The owners are very sweet! The atmosphere is unique.
Amazing cafe! The ambience is so friendly and chill, everyone here is helpful and kind, and the ice cream was amazing! We tasted pretty much everything before settling on Purple Rain and my personal favorite, Butter Pecan.
The best ice cream that I have ever tasted!!! Try the Unicorn Poop and the Red Velvet ice creams. Yummy! Great menu!
I love this place. The workers and manager make you feel very welcome. They will make you feel special. The food and drinks are worth every penny
Great environment and food! A little pricey for some stuff, but overall you get what you pay for. The staff is awesome! Purple rain ice cream is yummy...also the rice bowls are good. Everything is magical here and it always feels other worldly!!!
A must place to eat and grab dessert from. Super friendly staff. Gave us ice cream samples until I found the one I HAD TO HAVE!
The ride alone was worth the ice cream;) Lots of flavors, not just chocolate and vanilla as in supermarkets. And its so different from standard ice cream.
Cute decor, friendly staff, and delicious ice cream! Ill definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!
Amazing! Food was insanely good and the ice cream beyond espectacular!
I come to Miami quite often & had a chance to come here for the first time during my last visit. The place was inviting, the food was outstanding and customer service was absolutely flawless. What a great place to eat or even have a cup of coffee. You can tell the owner loves what she does & loves her guests. I’ll be sure this is the first place I come back to when I’m back in Miami. 10/10!
Incredibly magical customer service ! Loved everything!
The place is closed. Google say it is open, so I drive there, but the place was close.
Our waiter delivered the best service we have experienced in years. She was so enthusiastic and passionate about everything. Our server was awesome. Dinner was one of the best dining experiences ever. Cream Parlor HAS THE GREATEST ICE CREAM EVER!
Great vibes, helpful staff, cute decor, I love this place too bad its not open later in the night but so worth the trip! Parking is in the back, so it gets confusing but nothing horrible. I got a red velvet & toffee cookie, salted peanut & cookies and cream ice cream rolled in sprinkles & drizzled with Nutella! All for around $7 bucks. 👌🏽 sooooo rich and creamy I love it
This place is the cutest. The ice cream is rich and flavorful. The brownies are spectacular. Service is always great. The owners and staff are super friendly and attentive. A great neighborhood gem!
Amazing atmosphere and the best host with Ansley. You can get lost looking all the cool vintage decorations, your kids will have a blast with the toys and card games. Oh, the food is great too! Delicious ice creams, strong coffee, breakfast all day. Win-win always.
Food was great and waitress was very friendly and attentive.
Cute place, we went with our dog. good service
Great ice cream with funny names and homey atmosphere. Definitely worth to come by, we came for ice creams, but theres more in store. The personnel and especially the owner are very friendly, open and helpful. Greetings from Poland... And Belgium :)
I adore this spot!! The ice cream is ridiculously delicious and they have a great selection of comfort food as well as snacks. The staff is always cheerful and they treat everyone like family. I love the atmosphere, they even have board games and a record player with lots of great music to play. One of my favorite things about this place is their back patio 😍 its super cozy and inviting, its a great place to sit and sip while getting some reading or studying done. I highly recommend it, its more than just an ice cream shop its a whole experience.
Super cute ice cream parlor on Biscayne- but they don’t only have really good ice cream! They have tasty breakfast and lunch dishes like sweet or savory crepes, sandwiches, and salads. They also do really fun parties with delicious snacks like salmon and cream cheese on toast, and cinnamon apple pastries!
This is such a charming place! I love the feeling of sitting there and enjoying a lavender latte. A must see! 💖
