I like the service here, the staff is very courteous. They sell the obvious, ice-cream plus coffee, hot chocolate, natural fruit smoothies, cinnamon twists, muffins and more. It sometimes gets crowded but the line moves quickly. I give it 4 stars just because I think it’s a bit overpriced.

ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED! The staff was super knowledgeable on the products and courteous! We ended up getting the cookies and creme sundae as well as the dulce de leche sundae. Both were fantastic! Super tasty. We’ve been here twice and four days and we will probably be back again. Thank you to the staff for making our first time a great one!

Lady serving me was very nice and helpful. I was getting two different flavors and one of them she informed was not the most popular and asked if I had tried it before, which I had not. She let me try it and I can see why she said something(I think it was the flavor in front of Carmel cone). It had a unique taste and was happy that she suggested I try it!

The shop is small, the line can be confusing between ordering and paying.When we walked in, it smelled DELICIOUS. like fresh cookie or brownie battery.I ordered brownie a la mode in a cup, in there 2nd smallest size. Great portion size for me. Price was what I expected, very happy. My server was polite and speedy.

This place has no menu and no prices, so they can literally charge you whatever they want and ypu would never know if you were over charged.

What a blast it was to go here! Actually was here for a friends birthday. She was able to rent out the space from 11pm-1am on a Saturday night. The ice cream shop is on the smaller side but she had about 25 guests and we all fit comfortably so there was definitely room for more!

Delicious, creamy sweetness! Had French Roast Coffee and Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake and the French Roast was my favorite. The Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake had chunks of chocolate cheesecake in it.

I love Häagen Dasz but... Häagen Dasz seems to keep the temperature of its ice cream at a set level anywhere in the world. Bad idea, as on a rather hot winter day it melts way too fast. Hence youre forced to eat it as fast as you can before youre left with a molten mess. Rather expensive ice cream too.

I walked into the store to buy some ice cream. Although I was taking a look at the flavors, when I went over to the counter to order, the associate, named after a flower, took care of two customers who stepped into the store after me and even though I tried to call her attention several times to let her know that I was waiting there first, she completely ignored me. They clearly dont care about their customers here. But thats fine - if they dont get their act together, theres other options for ice cream in the same exact mall.

This was by far the WORST experience! I was really excited about eating here for the first time and in Miami at that! My boyfriend and I got a cup of ice cream and after taking a bite he found a piece of hair, disgusted at this point we give it to the cashier and he apologies and fixes another cup..... ok thanks... as we walk out the door and I’m indulging in .... what do I find? An even longer piece of hair in my cup!!!! I was absolutely done at this point!!! I give it again to the cashier who wants to fix me another cup and I tell him throw the entire container away, he looks at me and says would you just like another flavor!!! Are you kidding me? Two incidents of hair the same container and you are going to continue to serve it!!! Good bye sir!!! Never AGAIN!!! We could have gotten a refund, a meal or anything complimentary ..And we got nothing but hairy ice cream and a worker who would even correct this issue!!! Highly disappointed

As always this ice cream is awesome, a little bit expensive, even though pasion del cielo is not cheap they have better price for cofee and extras and is full all the time. I would lower the price a little bit to get more clients.

My fiancé went in for ice cream i waited outside...he came outside with his ice cream 2 mins later a African American girl with a red bonnet on her head claiming to be the shift manager said that his card didn’t go through he responded the other lady said i was good he showed her the transaction (needless to say his card was charge from what we could see 4 times). The girl got really loud and called the security guards they came he showed them he had paid (actually 4 times) they explained to the shift manager there was nothing they could do! Now she was really upset yelling talking out loud so i politely went in and paid for the 6.40 ice cream. First of all her announcement was embarrassing next bonnets aren’t professional second of all it was $6.40 your going to cause that big situation for what? We will never ever be back!

After my ice cream fell I went back inside Haagen daz to see if the manager would replace it for me after spending $11 on an ice cream and the manager Mitchelli clearly told me she would not be replacing my ice cream because she didn’t want to walk outside to see if I actually dropped it! As if she didn’t see my empty cone with no ice cream in it! Horrible customer service! Not only did she deny me the ice cream she was extremely rude and arrogant I guess cause she was a manager and felt entitled! Trust it is not about the money but about the service! She should not be working in brickell city centre!

I come here almost every day for some Cuban coffee on my lunch break at work and its always great Yomali the manager and all the other employees are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for the price!

Not very happy with the customer service recieved on 5/25. Everyone was very hospitable all except for one particular individual, wish I could remember her name. She was the only Caucasian on shift and this was around 1pm, I asked if it was possible to make a milkshake using the bannana split ingredients and she replied no. This is understandable, she spoke to my family and I extremely sarcastic which I ignored simply because I was with my wife and daughter otherwise I would have canceled the full order. This shop is located at the BCC, a location focused on providing an upscale shopping and dining experience and to be treated the way I was today came as a total shock! I will not be coming back, this place was not inexpensive and i did not pay to recieve attitude. I will no longer recommend this location to my hotel guest in fear that they too will recieve negative service.

The service in this Haagen-Dazs is horrible. I went and asked for a Cookies and Creme shake that I have ordered plenty of times in the past in other Haagen-Dazs locations. I asked for a regular cookies and creme shake and it lacked a lot of ice cream. This shake is usually of thick consistency and vary flavorful. When I received the shake it was very liquid and tasted like solely milk. I politely asked the employee for more ice cream and she and the others employee started laughing and making me feel very uncomfortable for simply asking for a milkshake that is Haagen-Dazs quality. I received a slightly more thick milkshake that wasnt to my liking but stayed silent due to the discontent behavior of the employee. She then comes to me and tells me that if it still tastes like milk is because is a milkshake and I just nodded and left. It is simply unacceptable to feel attacked by an employee when simply asking for a quality product I am used to have daily. Definitely dont come here unless you want to be mistreated by the staff.
