Came to the Apple store in Dadeland to get my IPhone fixed. I had a Genius Bar appointment. Arrived on time and was asked to sit and wait for the Genius Bar tech to come get me. As I see the tech walking towards us, calling my name, he stopped before at another person waiting, asked her if she was Denise and even though she said no, he replied well how I can help you…and totally left me standing there. When I asked to speak to a manger (Jennifer) she looked at her tablet and after a few adjustments said well you are next so please wait here. Clearly there is no sense to making an appointment if they are just going to help everyone else in the store.

The staff was distracted talking to their coworkers instead of greeting us, we had to stand for a few minutes before we were acknowledged. They let me walk out with 6 new iPhones in my hand without a bag kind of weird. They said they were out of bags for 4 days. They were fast in fulfilling our orders which was faster than most apple stores i went to.

The staff are very accommodating even though you can tell they spread very thin. Spacious and clean, and an amazing big big BIG screen TV. Easy access from the mall and the street. I have better experience here than the ones in Houston, The Woodlands, NYC (grand central, Soho, etc.)

I went yesterday (08/24/2021) to the new location and it was really stunning, everywhere you look was just breathe taking, I felt like I just couldnt stop looking around. Besides the point, I had an appointment and an amazing gentleman under the name of Marven that was attending me and several others at the same time, which quite impressive if you ask me, although my situation seemed very minor and by looks of the others he was attending they seemed like a much bigger issue to prioritize, he still managed to attend all of us with attention, care and assurance which is something that all of us look for when it comes to customer service, I sincerely wish Marven the best and i would wish him luck but he doesnt need it!!!!!

Im giving it one star because it cant go any lower. Whats the point lf a pretty place if they wont help you? All the employees are standing around doing nothing. We had an appointment for 12:15 and when we asked somebody to help us, they just told us to waste more. I dont know how they earn money because nobody is doing or selling anything. The employees where rude and the manager was incompetent like the rest of the staff. She must have friends in high places because she is not qualified for a position like that. In conclusion, rude and disrespectful employees and incompetent managers, with the worst customer service i have ever seen.

Worst apple store Ive seen.All staff seemed to be lost.We could see some staff gathering casually having fun talking to each other, and every time we reach out to them asking about our appointment, theyd always answer that someone would reach back to us soon.

Some staff, frankly, you can tell they don’t want to be working there. They seem lazy, unmotivated, & sluggish. Hence, one less star. For the employees that do want to work there, they are all very accommodating & quick to answer my concerns about various products I purchased.

Sadly my first bad experience with apple. got a issue with my phone and no time to wait for an appointment, at the store i spoke with a representative and he told me that i have to wait around 1 hour to speak with someone about my issue. I just wait 1 hour 15 mins until i decide to ask how much time i have to wait, he just told me that now i need to wait 5 more hours to speak with someone. That is very annoying, making me loosing 1 hour 15 mins of my time for no reason. Later he told me that i have to get an appointment, but not at the time i arrived to the store.Playing with the people`s time is not how you get a 5 star review. and sadly this is the only way that i have to express my anger.

What is the purpose of an appointment, if I have to come and stand in a line, behind how many others—holding my desktop computer…This was after trying to reach someone in the store, to see where best to park. Was on the phone while driving—stick shift, and got various people from around the world, but not the local store.Once here I asked the security to speak with the manager; I was told to stand in line like everybody else—can’t skip the line!Again, for all the extra Apple charges for the appearance that they are different from any other computer/phone retailer, they are really full of themselves.

I love apple products but dislike the appointment system in stores. It smacks of self importance and gimick. Despite that I was able to speak to a sales person who answered the question I had and that allowed me to buy a computer then and there. T he online store is not straight forward when what you need is not the latest configuration.

Waste of my time … we walked in and no one asked us if we needed help when I finally asked an employee for help he said we were going to wait for 30 minutes to be helped by another employee. After seeing like 4 employees just standing around doing nothing an hour later they advised us that we had an appointment for 3:15 which was an hour and a half additional to the time that we were there waiting. We then advised them that we were told that it was half hour wait and that we’ve been waiting for an hour. Then they asked what we were looking for to just see if they had the iPad we were looking to purchase and they didn’t even have it. What a bad example of efficiency and customer service. This is why people buy online now. 😡

If i can give -5 stars i will give it to this store. I am in a situation that i need a new iPhone i was going to buy it cash but they work only for appointments. The security is a joke she called the manager Jenny over the phone to see if she was able to do an exception but she said no. She told me to go to other store because she have the product but she can’t sell it to me because i didn’t have an appointment. At the end of the day they are loosing a customer and loosing money. I will not come back to this store anymore it where only 5 customers in the line and you are telling me that i can’t buy a phone because i don’t have an appointment. Most ridiculous excuse that you can’t use.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I purchased a MacBook and AirPods at this location through the website. I checked in and was able to receive my items after 5 minutes in the store. The service was great and efficient. The reason for the low rating was because I WAS FOLLOWED FROM THIS STORE TO THE PARKING LOT AND TO MY NEXT STOP AT DADELAND STATION. I went into one of the shops at Dadeland Station to purchase a carrying case for my new laptop. When I returned to my car, my car was BROKEN INTO!!!! Please be aware of your surroundings! The individual knew I placed the items in my trunk and followed me. PEOPLE ARE WATCHING YOU.

The service at Apple Dadeland is just amazing and left me completely satisfied. The staff are very accommodating, highly trained, very efficient and professional. Repair jobs are completed in no time at all. The environment is very friendly to the entire family and you can go in and learn lots of things. I love it at Apple Dadeland.

I bought the new MagSafe case. A month later it had a hole on the side and a crack on the corner, with normal use, never dropped. Went to the Dadeland apple store and spoke to the manager and he says that apple only covers if the case peels. I do not recommend buying this case as it is expensive and has no warranty coverage for normal use.

I went to Brickell center apple store they were so rude, they didnt care about my problem, they actually broke my headphones and they didnt replace it but they want me to pay for it, it was so crazy insane they ( brickell center apple miami) broke my headphone and they wanted me pay for it. I spend 2 hours, i came that place 3 times and they never solved my problem, they didnt have knowledge and they just wanted my money. i Asked to talk to the manager Erick (manager of miami brickell center apple store), i explained to him my problem, i asked him for help because the technician broke my headphone doing the diagnostic right there and He (erick manager of brickell center) didnt do nothing! i beg him i told him: Please im a apple costumer im begging you for help and solved my problem please replace the headphone that technician broke and He Said: No because if i do it for you i have to do it for everyone, I WAS JUST IN SHOCK WHEN HE SAID THAT TO ME!, how is possible a manager with the power to solved my problem just had a loyal costumer from of him begging for help and he just didnt do nothing . He ( erick ) is just a poor spirit persona who only worry about take money from costumers.TOTALLY DIFERENT EXPERIENCE IN DADELAND MALL APPLE STORE WITH STEPH AND DANIELA.I came here and front the first moment they were very kind and worry about find a solution of my problem. During COVID-19 Apple lost the ability to give a 1 to 1 customer experience. Don’t count on walking out of the express lane with a full working phone. They try to get you out as soon as possible with a half working phone and tell you to wait by the seating area. The phone is not fully charge to complete the setup and there’s no charging station near by. You are better off shipping it home.Security guards in the front are not helpful and could careless.

Pandemia....? The store I rated with 5 stars in the past, is no more. Rude associates directed us to waiting lines with no indication of the expected wait time. We finally decided to buy our needs via internet.Times have changed, should one need to have needs cared for in person, then appointments are mandatory which will not prevent a customer to deal with the nasty associates that care for the waiting lines.The positive side of the story is, Apple has good products and followers that will put up with the changes.But the store I knew, is no more.

Horrible experience!!!! I wanted to get an Iphone and I had trouble getting it online so I decided to go to Dadeland Mall Apple Store. When I got there I was told to wait in line. I waited for 3 hours and after waiting for so long they closed the line and told me that they couldnt help me at all. They waisted my time! I spoke to the mananger and he was very rude!!! He didnt even want to reschedule me for an appointment. Very disappoint with the consumer service experience at this store!!!!!

Terrible customer service. The staff at the front put me in the wrong line and basically wasted my time because when it was my turn to get inside, the person inside told me I have to go outside and make an appointment online. And the staff member had the nerve to blame me for incorrectly explaining my situation to the staff outside when I clearly explained to the outside person what I was there to do. Do not waste your time with this store, I highly suggest going to another Apple store.

Security guy is so rude asking costumers “what do you want?!”Waiting time According to security is three to four hour even though jus a few costumers there (6 persons making line and 4 speaking with representative.Total 10 plus last minute costumer ) and for five representatives.No representative to speak directly with costumers instead a security with no manners.No way to ask or see about available products (colors of iPhones, covers or other items) there is no way to see anything at all.

I usually don’t have problems at this store but I put a reservation for express pick up at 8:45-9:00. I get here at 8:50 with three other customers also waiting for pick up and they are already closed. You can see employees still in the back. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. The people in this store were super rude and unprofessional to my mom. They returned my little brother’s phone with a BROKEN screen and claimed that she gave it to them broken. I never expected apple workers lack so much work ethic. The workers returned his phone the same way that they brought it to them, and did not solve their issue at all.

This store is the worst here they never help you with your needs. Managers are very unprofessional. I highly recommend you to go to Lincoln or Aventura apple store because they really know how to handle customers. Does not matter which issues you have, they just care about them. Worst experience at Apple in along time. Wasn’t authorized to pick up phone, fine, no problem, my fault BUT was given no help for half hour trying to add my name as authorized pickup as my phone was not capable of calling, hence pickup of new phone, and primary account holder was on vacation. Finally same guy as guy I checked in with said he may have a trick up his sleeve, which worked; SO WHY NOT SAY THAT TO START.

If you have issues with your Mac you need to see Yoan. He was my technical and was amazing. Great listener and resolved my issues. Many of them It was my fault for not knowing how to use my Mac well but I may go back to take some free classes. It’s worth the wait to see a technician.

I have talked to about 4 customer relations personnel and all of them have lied...they said they where going to send the phone at my home address by mail since a month ago.... This Apple store has mostly quick service, compared to others in the area. And the employees are mostly kind and helpful, but you can find quite a few who’re very arrogant and think you’re less than if you don’t know every Apple detail. I think this happens in many Apple store, but that’s the only reason I’d give it 4 stars rather than 5.

Personally, I believe Apple is one of the greatest technology manufactures in the market. Their service is for the most part good but there have been a few bumps in the road. Their apple upgrade program is amazing and goes by in a breeze. Buying products from Apple is a bit of a challenge because, on busier days, you have to wait for the one person who can charge you for the product to finish with his current customer which means that you are standing there for almost 5 minutes waiting to buy one thing. Personally, i end up in the Apple Store almost every week because of an issue with one of my Apple products and so some employees actually remembered me which makes it feel as if I am apart of the Apple Family Overall, their service is relatively good but it could be better.
