I lost my iPhone and all the drama that comes with it and when I visited the T-Mobile store in Brickell the one man who knew what he was doing is Rodrigo. He helped throughout the whole process making it much easier in what otherwise would’ve been a very frustrating experience. Promote this man!

This location was hands down the best place I’ve ever gone to purchase a phone. I came here after a long day of work, to see if I could get my phone fixed, as the microphone had all of a sudden stopped working that morning. I was first greeted by one of the store reps Alexa who was very kind and accommodating. After an hour of being on the phone with customer service, inside of the store, I decided to purchase the new iPhone 12. Rodrigo assisted me with this transaction and was very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting me in the breakdown of trading in my old phone and purchasing a new one. I spent over four hours inside the store between being on the phone with customer service and trying to decide on whether or not to purchase a new phone. Both Rodrigo and Alexa made this process very smooth for me. I would highly recommend this store to anyone based on the terrific customer service I received.

The Store is fine, just be really careful with Rodrigo, this guy is a real shark 🦈 youll pay $40 more on your bill with him for sure!

The wait was so long, that after ~ 20 - 30 mins of waiting I went into the app contacted via chat and they shipped what I needed. They solved in quick 5mins, what the people in the store didnt bother to check if they can do. I was so glad I left the store, I was really wasting my time. Maybe they should do appointments.

Prior to me arriving to the store I spoke with Armondo on the phone he told me they had SIM cards available. Once I get to the store both of the doors are locked, and this is during normal business operation, I’m told to walk from the south door to the north. Only to not be greeted, but confronted with an attitude, Gladys has poor customer service skills and Armando, is practically a child. I would never come to this store AGAIN! They should train these people more.

Every time I go into this location I see different faces. Do not ever expect to get familiar with a representative here as they change them every day! I went in recently and had a terrible experience with the team that is at the store and especially the manager Gladys. All the other managers have been polite and ready to help and after going in to the store and getting a terrible attitude from someone leading the store I now am going to switch to at&t next door where they are actually nice to you. The whole staff gave me terrible customer service. All they do is lie to you and pressure you to add things to your account. My friend even had a phone get added to her account while she wasn’t present. Long story short if you actually like sprint, do yourself a favor and do not go to this location. Unless you like getting an attitude from some fat lady with a baby running around the store like a playground. What a mess Sprint needs to do better when they hire people !

Worst customer experience EVER! How can Sprint allow their locations to be run by such incompetent staff with lack of customer service. The worst thing is that when I asked to speak to the manager, the woman said I’m the manager. By the way, I was the only customer in the entire store and the staff were slouched over on their phones.When asking to speak to who she reports to she refused. Good job! If you are so miserable then maybe this isn’t the right career path for you. I’ll be canceling my 3 accounts. SPRINT: Hire some adults and not millennial brats.

I used to come to the store lot because the staff knew a lot, the old manager was super nice and she and wanted to help me especially since I wanted to open a business phones for my family members about 10 phones and now the new management is extremely rude there is a guy with a long nasty beard dark Hispanic dont go to the store the attitude he has towards everyone is disgusting and honestly if it wasnt for Andy and Carlos I will never come back. The guy doesnt respect customers like a manager and doesnt look out for their best interest only his... Its bad.

I came to this store to open a Family Plan account with 4 new devices, When the Sales Associate pulled up the numbers it was nearly $100 more a month than the online price for the exact same plan and the exact same devices.When i asked he said it was because of the warranty that I needed to get, I mentioned to him that on the Sprint website you can decline the warranty on the devices and then he says that they would add it anyway, At this point i had heard enough BS* and just walked out of the store.So basically this store (at least this employee) is forcibly trying sell a warranty by making up a false Sprint policy that doesnt exist.I could have just easily purchased the plan online but i wanted to go to the store in order to help an employee out with commission, Instead of being happy that i am opening an account with 4 lines he just tries to rip me off and in the end looses the entire sale.

Truly and utterly pissed off! I ordered my phones on Black Friday. Now its Thursday and my phones arent here. Come to find out they werent even ordered! So how did I get charged? This isnt for me its for my kids that worked hard in handling their business in school. Now I have to go home and say hey guys no phones!!!! Im mad as hell right now but the customer service was nice. I just want to make my boys happy!!!

THIS IS THE BEST STORE SPRINT HAS IN MIAMI. Hassle-Free service, No-Pressure Sales and Smiles by the boat load. They even have a landline in the middle of the store open for customers and outside traffic. Who has a landline anymore, let alone one available for all to use?! I have been purchasing my phones, tablets, and services from this store for many years. The Manager Brittanie Cruz is very professional, takes the time to meet with each customer that enters this store. She listens and understands her customers needs. She is very customer service friendly, and knows her products and services and helps her customers by going beyond their expectations! The employees of Mary Brickell store go out of there way to help customers. They listen to their customers needs, take their time with them to actually help customers with their needs. Every one who works at the Sprint Store at Mary Brickell Village is professional. I crashed the OS on my old S4. I was distraught because as we all know our entire lives are on these devices. Well I went to this Sprint location not expecting much. Brittanie was very helpful and honest and not just trying to sell me. She tried to reboot the phone but it wouldnt. She told me to go to a service center, and I walked out. But since she was so nice and helpful, if they had told me they couldnt do anything, why give them the business if I needed a new phone, so I went back because I wanted to give her my business. She hooked me up with a new gold S7 in less than 6 minutes, and no activation fee. I appreciate that type of service so I will be back!!

Today I went to the store and had the pleasure of being helped by Carlos Infante. I had a problem with my email that several call to the help number did not resolve. He was able to fix the problem within seconds. Great combination of good personality with competence.

AMAZING customer service. Came in to add 2 lines, though we had to wait Id say it was worth it. While I waited I witnessed Brittanie & Lukas deal with more than one irritable customer with ease. (the irritability was due to other companies customer service being closed and not by a mistake of theirs) Through it all they maintained a friendly demeanor and a smile. Brittanie was a shining example of customer service, taking her time to make sure we walked out of there satisfied and with all our questions answered despite my 2 young boys being rambunctious and it being over 2 hours past closing time on what was obviously a crazy day.

Went there after leaving simple Mobil a couple days ago, needed some simple special help so i asked for the manager i think her name was josmar, she took a while and she didnt help me much, had a slight condescending tone and had visible trouble helping me. The salesperson dropped something out of my container I purchased and couldn’t find it. Then I tried to call the store and he number didn’t work -it said Verizon. Then I called the kiosk store at international mall on 6/6 at 4:30 and the guy who answered said he didn’t have the number, when I asked for help he put me on hold, disconnected me and hen wouldn’t answer when I called back. THATS why I’m a Verizon customer...not happy.

The store clerk asked for my password. Later there was an attempt to scam my account for two ipads. Luckily Sprint caught the scam. I gave noone else my password. I was surprised when I went to another store and they also asked for my password. The ipads were to be sent to a Miami address. I asked Sprint for the address but they refused to give it to me. I remember the knowing look the customer service people exchanged when they found out my credit was good enough for a large amount. They looked quite excited.

All the phone companies that ive been to i think this particular location there was an employee named Anthony and he gave the best customer service.

I went to the Sprint store located on 38 ave and Flagler, never had i had such a bad experience, i spent 1 hour and 45 min in line and didnt get attended, frustated i took off and went to this Sprint store in Brickell.Got helped as soon as i went in, the sales rep was Ariel, extremely professional fast., and honestly, i will never go to any other store but this one. Hopefully i can get attended by the same rep or one as near qualified as he was.5 star for service. 1/18/17

The attention of the agent of the store in Brickell, called Armando was terrible, I did not get any help from him, nor good attention, on the contrary I had to call 611 to help me solve my problem and she asked me to speak with him, neither collaborating with them and having an unfriendly response. I think they should better choose the staff that works in that store. It leaves much to be desired.
