This location is always full from open to close. But the reps there are always willing to help. Good store to visit if your in the area

Its not ok - to NEED an appointment to Drop Off a broken item (under your warranty / Apple Care). I dont mind to wait in line for my turn, but there was no option for me to drop off the computer that day. I had to make an appointment to DROP OFF my computer (for 2 days later). The other option would be to request a box, which also takes 2-3 days! This is my main computer - so its important to have it repaired right away. We pay for the repair package so its horrible to have to wait in total over 2 weeks without my work computer.
Worst apple store Ive ever been to. Spent $1000 dollars on a Mac Book online and I had to wait for 2 hours to pick it up in the store because of their inefficient operations. Recently I had a part reserved for me in the store, that was confirmed to be in the store. I went during business hours and the place was temporarily closed even though I got an email confirming the tech I ordered was in this store and available for me to pick up. Its like they are stuck a year behind in covid while everyone else is over it. They should fire whoever manages this branch. Apple should cut their losses and shut this place down permanently. Lincoln Road store is way better
I drove 45 minutes to get this store. Paid to park and walked 3 blocks to the store. I wanted to buy an Apple Ipad Air. They had many in stock, but informed me I needed to.make an appointment to buy the product. They had an appointment available for me in 3 hours. The definition of poor service. When I asked why appointments were needed to buy something, when I didnt even have any questions They said they didnt have enough people working there. To make it even worse, one of the managers, Moe, who referenced herself as a leader, was very rude about the situation.
This is where you trully understand that Apple doesnt care about you, they know you going to buy an iPhone. My friend lost his phone this morning and we went to the store to get a new one. We spoke to a rep who said we gotta wait 20 minutes to speak to someone to help. This is after I made it clear we know exactly what we want, and just want to grab it and checkout. But nope. Alright, so we wait. And finally get someone to help us 50 minutes later. And this guy was condescending. It was clear from his manner he knows you are going to get the phone from here no matter what he does and well, he was right. My friend noticed the same thing and he assured me this was the first hes been treated like this at an apple store. Either way, if I was a new customer trying to switch to an apple product, this would have been enough of a turnoff to never consider apple again
The worst attention, anybody want to help you.I went because I want the new iPhone and wen I ask for it two employers told me that don’t have the iPhone in stock in a rude way. Every employe was chatting and no one want to work. Sadly that a big corporation like apple have so bad and lazy workers.
Love this store and the people working here! Got my new iPhone and Apple Watch here and they answered my questions clearly and made sure I understand. The store is a bit busy in the evening but it’s great !
I had a good experience here. But my problems werent resolved at this visit. This is a very busy store. Primarily used by local residents. Walk there or rude a bike. Take a cab or public transit.Have your original sales reciept. Know your Apple 🍎 ID and have advanced reservations. Have a case numbers and all your original case numbers. You do this by contacting Apple Product Support.It will be a not worth it trip if you do not have this information! The waiting line with no reservation midweek us more than 100 people in line. This line is for people who dont know any better. My recommendation is but an Android phone. T-Mobile is your best customer support place. I use Apple phones and support as a last resort. I welcome Apple to prove otherwise. I have 2 Apple 🍏 phones purchased at the AT&T Corporate Store that havent worked yet. Am still paying $174 00/ month for two mobile phones that dont workDont buy an Apple Phone unless you buy it from an Apple Store! Blessings.

I got there 11:15 on Sunday to buy an ipad, but I was told I need get an appointment. The store was pretty empty with apple workers roaming around. I guess it’s too much for apple to sell you something less than 5 min and rather waste the customers time.

Unbelievable !!! They just lost another customer. It turns out that because you dont wear a mask, you cant enter. Its like a direct threat, they dont even ask you for it, its either you use it or you cant enter. Okey;), IM NOT COMING TO THIS APPLE STORE EVER AGAIN
What a massive waste of time this people is. I needed to change the battery of my MBP, asked for an appointment, 3 days later I went. They didnt have the part and they ordered it and I kept my MBP until the part arrived. 3 weeks later I got an email telling me my order was completed... what? They never called me to bring my MBP.I called and no one answered, I went there and they asked for the part again on a Friday. On Monday they told me they had the part. I took my MBP and left it there. It should have been ready by Friday at a cost of $200.I called on Friday and no one answered and my case number was not recognized by their online page.I went to Saturday (I have been already a month into this). The girl was freaked out when she looked at her iPad like... they havent touched the MBP. She told me it would be ready by Monday or Tuesday. I left.Monday morning I received an email: it will cost $900 because it has water damage ¿WHAT? I went there because they do not answer the phone. They didnt want to fix it or sell me the batter or anything. It is a fully working Mac Book Pro and they do not want to fix it unless I pay them $900.I left the store but after making them feel my sentiment and the detailed details about their generation and sexual orientation.I did a search for an independent Apple repair shop. Got a nice guy on the phone. He gave me a new the battery, trackpad, one year warranty, and had the computer ready same day in an hour... $200.Stay away from the Apple stores...
Awful place. I will definitely not recommend it. Its rediculess to me that a store doesnt actually let you shop in the store. Its pick up only. I was look to buy a MacBook but this place a joke. I took my business elsewhere. I got my book somewhere else. Dont call yourself a store if you cant actually do any shopping in it. Its simple common sense.

HIGH END shopping.The open air mall is a seriously high class visit.Many of the high end shops were the newest high end shops.The layout and the ease of moving thru this space is something worth seeing even if you dont have much or anything to shop for.New and clean

Apple is the most bought item. My home alone has 12 Apple items that we use often; not counting the accessories. With such high demand Apple has forgotten how to properly treat its clients and the meaning of customer service is non existent. When I called the 1800 the service is completely different than when you speak to the store. I am not even referring to the fact that both although same company do not work side by side. Thanks to the volume of money taking from us, there is 0 (ZERO) room for accommodations or assistance. I purchased an item online my husband wanted for Christmas, delivery from Dec 11 to Dec 28. Today my daughter recommended to call, when I did they gave me the option of curbside pickup for tomorrow with pick up times from 10:15 am to 9 pm. I chose 11:30 am. An hour later, I realized the location of my 10 am appointment and decided to move the curb side pick up to later in the afternoon. When I called Apple to make the change, no help was provided, no accommodations given. I even requested to change the date to a week or 2 weeks as long as it was before Christmas. No assistance what so ever and when I requested a manager, I was told that the lines were too long. Maybe Apple needs a wake up call that without us the customer, there would be no sale, without us the customer there will be no jobs. Apple is getting to big to care about its customers and the meaning of customer service.

I made an appointment for 1:15pm and arrived on time but wasn’t seen until 2:15pm. Apparently they looked for me but I wasn’t helped until I talked to a technician myself to see about my appointment status. I then had to wait another 20mins to be seen all for a replacement AirPod. If you know Brickell City Centre, you know the parking situation. Not a happy customer at the end of it all.

I bought an iPhone 11 online today and picked it up at the store in Brickell. So far, everything good. I set it up in a coffee shop nearby, and surprise my SIM card doesn’t work with the new phone. I went back to the store, asked for help, and I wasn’t even allowed to enter the store. They just told me “call the apple support”. I didn’t accept that answer and told them that I just spend 700$ an hour ago so someone can take 5 minutes to help me. They asked and came back, told me “the manager said no, we can’t help you” and send me away. What kind of customer support is that??I finally found the problem myself, it took me 2 hours. With the right support it would have taken literally 2 minutes.
5 guys outside the door doing nothing but confusing customers! What is the need for 5 people outside! Too many incompetent captains in this chaotic ship. You hear a thing then you hear the opposite of it from a different person and when you ask why they are wasting your time and why the the other employer told you the stand in the wrong spot you can’t get any accountability, too many of them! You get I don’t know, It’s not me who told you that. I first went to stand in line where I was told to stand by one of them (after check in my appointment information), another one came and told me that I am in the wrong line and put me in another line then after waiting for 40 minutes, it turns out that I am in the wrong line again and that I should’ve stayed in the first line that I was taking out of it by a different employee from the same branch“. Did the person who came to tell me that put me ahead of the first line where I was standing initially, no, he put me in the middle behind people who came to the location 40 minutes after me! Such a mess! Good luck finding a reasonable person to talk to in this location. Not even an empty sorry. The Genius Bar guy also said that is a third party company that is hired by Apple to organize lines (organize lol what a joke!) but when you ask those guys they say we are just securities you need to ask apple!
I made an appointment today with this store, when I got there 5 minutes before the line to get service was huge, the guy from apple told me to wait just 15 minutes, I spent 20 minutes in the line and the line did not move a bit, Apple should not schedule appointments if they can not offer the service within a reasonable waiting time, they play with peoples time, this company is starting their descent, thru the year Ive seen how big companies like this fail because they forget how to treat the ones that keeps them alive. Finally this is not the only bad experience I ve had in this particular store.

USELESS, is useless the right word? when it comes to transferring data/ pictures from your old damage phone to the new one. I had to go to a Real APPLE iPhone Repair Specialists. Easy fix. Probably unworkable or worthless is near or around those words.

This is a post to explain the terrible experience I had.I am a graduate student, and I purchased a new MacBook Air to handle my academic work, as all work is being done remotely due to the pandemic. I paid for the product, and it was not delivered to me. Apple claims they need to do a lengthy investigation before they can send me a computer. In the meantime, like so many college and graduate students, I have academic work to do. We costumer are responsible for Apple’s success, and we need to demand better treatment as costumers. Still waiting for a solution....Update: I would like to say that after Apple completed the investigation, I finally received my MacBook Air. Thank you very much for your ethical standards, Apple.

Had a terrible experience here. No one could help me eventhough I had purchased a macbook pro more than 5 hours prior to doing an express pickup. Called the number given to me and no one knew why my order was being under review although it was paid in full with my debit card. Went to buy it at best buy instead.

The apple Brickell city center is pretty good in terms of customer service, waiting times, maintaining physical distancing.The store employees take heed in customer choice and rely on what to select and why.
For sure the worse Apple store in Florida. They don’t follow any of the procedure instruction for pick up at store in my case. The either take responsibility for their mistakes. The costumer service is non existing. The main branch do the same. They can solve the issue nor investigate. They “lost” my items for almost 4K value without more explanation that: someone came with “an” id and pick up the order ... 26 hours before the appointment. The refuse to file a claim with the police and refuse to block the iPhones too. Maybe someone in the store was involved? Be careful, no one will help you.
I just went to the store and I wasn’t able to buy a MacBook Pro because it was only by appointment. Why do you open if you will not be able to help everybody now I have to order it online and come back tomorrow. And the people who helps in the door are the worst.
Never been told that I need to buy/book online before going to the store. So I couldnt get in. In fact, by phone they told me that the iPad model that I was interested in was available at the store but actually it wasnt..... Time waisted...

I have to say this with all honesty: This Apple is probably the best Apple I’ve visited.I’ve gone there to purchase several products, and have received top-notch support and service.Most recent support was about AirPods Pro. Now of course, you’ll now expect a wait due to COVID-19, but their support was fast and very smooth. They have very clean areas. This puts my safety and gratitude to the max, as I feel safest being in this store out of others.
I just wanted to run into Sephora to pickup some items. I was able to pay and pickup at the door. Even though this was my first time visiting I was unable to look around as long as I wanted so I will be visiting again very soon to look around at the shops. I did see a cooking store that says they offer cooking class so I definitely have to check that out the next time I go.

Horrible. Don’t come to this one. To start with lines are crazy and appointment times don’t matter. I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time only to know that they won’t be able to fix the issue and I had to come and pick it up and waited another 35 minutes. It’s insane. Don’t waste your time here.

Organized, clean, spot on service. What you’d expect from Apple but ironically it’s probably one of the least expensive stores in the entire mall. Come for the phones, stay for a coffee.Don’t forget to get your parking validated!

Slow, slow, slow, slow. This is not “Express Pick-Up”. They should take out the label “Express” cus express is not waiting 30 minutes in line for a simple pickup that you made an appointment for. Super slow service.
This is by far the best Apple location in all of South Florida. Moises Perez is the most efficient member of their team, having repaired and/or replaced my phone, given me suggestions to extend battery life, recommended apps for maintaining my phone’s speed and performance, and a bunch of other tips and tricks he’s shared over the last 3 years. Always shows up to work with a smile and great attitude, as do many of his teammates. You walk in this location and they immediately make you feel like family. Looking forward to visiting this location every year when the latest phone arrives.

The only helpful guy was the security guard he wanted to help me because of my Apple Mac charger 2015 not working. Last week I attended this branch in regards of repairing such apple lap top charger which is not working. Today, They told me that If I was not supposed to buy a new one I could not enter or schedule and appointment. The ethical problem here is that I should enter either way if I want to repair an Apple Mac 2015 which is not working because of your quality product not because I am just interested in buying new products.These tools are made for work, you are affecting daily lives by proposing terrible customer service ideas.We should support Asian companies such as Xiaomi and LG and Samsung to have premier location at Brickell City Center.

Called the Apple support no one was able to help solved the issue. Had to talk with 5 different representatives over the phone. And they transfer me to this Apple store the only the thing the mangers said was sorry sir there is nothing we can do. We have to many reservation.Are you serious?
