Apple I Phone WatchI called one week prior to make an appointment with my apple watch not being able to connect to my Iphone. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday 25 Sept 2021- 2:30 PM at The Falls location. I arrived there at 1:30 PM. There were two lines: one for pick up of items and the other for appointments. I was informed to check in 15 minutes prior my scheduled appointment. At about 2:15 PM I was reminded by an Apple attendant that my name was on the list and I would be called in shortly. I was called in just around 2:30 PM to go in and shown to a work station where I was informed someone would be with me shortly. 2:45 arrived and no one came to my station. I asked a nearby Apple attendant how much longer to which I was informed not too long a wait. 3:00 PM arrived- still no one to attend to me. I am very old fashioned and believe in appointment times being met. I arrive on time for my appointments and I expect to be served on time. I eventually left at 3:10 PM - NO ONE EVER CAME TO ME AID. I am extremely disappointed and vexed.
Great customer service the person that helped me was extremely nice, I was in and out with in 10 minutes and my issue was fixed.BUT. They are requiring mask They are the only store that is doing this in Florida This makes no sense at allThe people take their mask off outside and go into other stores with out them and here you force them no wayAlso don tell me is to protect the employees because we are in Florida masksAre optional. As a matter of fact they employees go outside and take them off
My 2019 MacBook Pro wouldn’t charge. After speaking with an Apple 🍎 representative the set up an appointment for me at The Falls Apple store. First impression, the tall dark security to be specific was really nice and very helpful. A warm welcome ❤️. While checking out my device it started to smoke. I was devastated because I use this computer for nursing school. If you know of any nurse you can understand why I was so devastated. From the initial gentleman helping me to the lady that came and helped him. They were all very attentive and cared about my situation. The Genius Bar worker that I spoke to on the phone, all excellent customer service. I was able to get my computer back in 4 days and at no cost to me even though there were minor cracks on the keyboard. I can take my test on Monday🙏🏽. I am so grateful for everyone that helped me at this location, literally brought me to tears. Apple care at it’s finest. God bless them all 🙏🏽. Strongly recommend.
I had a true phone emergency that required me to have a working phone while dealing with a medical emergency for my young son. Juan Mercardo at The Falls Apple Store was helping me out. When all I needed to complete having a phone the hospital could reach me with was my SIM card to be activated by my carrier company and they did not help me, Juan spent an hour and a half of his personal time after the Apple store closed speaking with various people of the provider until he successfully got my cellular service turned on just hours before my son goes into surgery. He was so extraordinary and my family is forever grateful that Apple not only has great customer service, but that an employee went above and beyond to assist and help even when it meant going over store work hours. Thank you to Juan. You made me an Apple customer for life.
I bought these headphones 11/10/2020 it has 1 year warranty. And apple does not want to honor my manufacture warranty i have my proof of purchase and Alberto manager try to blame the authorised dealer and ignored me rather have a conversation with his employees than solve my issue i asked him for a card that he never game me he was just talking to another employee that was more important.
A pushy attitude as if you are not welcomed in the store. Also was not even able to place an order at the store for merchandise that is not in stock. Just extremely rude and not helpful to eldery who might not feel as comfortable ordering expensive electronics through an app without assistance. I will not be returning to this store.
Really bad experience. I recently purchased a case just to find out that it won’t be covered on warranty if the case get damaged. They will exchange it only if the case has no damage, then what’s the point of change it. I’m a new customer on Apple and I’m already regretting my desition to switch
On May 8, my family and I were waiting outside the store ready to buy a cellphone. The employee standing at the door had us stand by the door to wait for the next available assistant, who would be accompanying my mother (the only one entering) into the store. We waited for over 30 minutes outside the store for said assistant only to be ignored — I mean no eye contact when talking to us, the customers, and no straight answers as to when she would be entering. There were at least 3 other employees standing at the door at once casually talking to one another. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I think their customer service needs some work; some basic politeness and communication would work.
I bought a phone in November 2020 financed by AT&T,then I returned it in December to upgrade for more capacity(), what happened is that AT&T keep charging me for a phone that I don’t have because they say that apple should never received that phone because it was passing the 14 days return policy of AT&T, now Manager John say the phone was recycled what I complete understand, what I don’t is that He refuses to prove to AT&T that I returned the phone here, I have been back and forth dealing with this matter since January 2021 and nothing change, I will have to take this to the court and see

A disaster! Damaged phone since July and after almost 2 months of back and forth with Apple and T-Mobile, still couldnt walk away with replacement phone.
Went in for a genius bar appointment. It was quick, waited about 10 minutes to be served on a weekday. Explained to the person my issues with my iMac. Apple employees most of the time get it right when it comes to customers.

Made a quick stop at The Apple @The Falls to pick up a new Apple Mouse. They kept the strict social distancing protocol. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.
The organization is terrible, I had an appointment at 2:15 but they do not care about it because someone that arrived later than me, they were attended before me . They do not have organization. This store is the worst .

Terrible customer service. Came in wishing to purchase a new phone but looks like they don’t want to sell you anything. They just kept giving me ‘buts’ and excuses to held me from making my purchase. I had to go to my carrier’s store and was able to get everything easy and smoothly!
I love this store! Its got all the fun stuff to buy. My only problem is you cant just pop in with a phone or tablet problem to fix. Its the appointment setting that can affect us if we are down and this is the only way of communication.

Brought in a MacBook Pro. I had spilled some tea on the keyboard about 2 weeks ago, and everything works just fine, except the keys were sticking, just a bit. Physically sticking, probably from some tea that dried and gummed up under the keys. I was told it was be $999 because the whole computer would be sent out and the faceplate would have to be removed. That is insane and disgusting. Took my computer and left quick, fast, and in a hurry. Thankfully I found a third party repair that showed me on the spot how to pop the keys off and clean them with a toothbrush and some alcohol.
Worst apple in all of south Florida, very rude and no desire to actually help. New staff is required there. Only people with decency were the security guards. What a joke. Go to dadeland mall and save yourself the headache.

I schedule an appointment yesterday AT THE FALLS for 6:00 PM when I got to the store at 5:50 PM the security guy at the door told us the apple store closes at 7:00 PM. We didnt even get the chance to go inside. Then I reschedule for today an appointment at 11:30 AM which I end up waiting in a line outside for 50min. When I got inside they told me my phone had water damage which its NEVER been dropped in water but I learned ( steam can activate the red tag inside your phone) my phone is completely functional but some sides of the screen when you touch doesnt work. At the end the ask me for 500$ to get a replacement.... THIS IS THE LAST I PHONE I GET IN MY LIFE ....

Awful! Poor customer Service. The employee who helped me not was cooperative. She had a condescending attitude along with two other employees. To be more specific but not too detailed, she basically said the new merger between Tmobile and Metro PCS did not exist as far as Apple is concerned. 😡
My daughters phone refused to charge even after my brother cleaned the charger hole, so we made an appointment for 12:35 p.m. today. She has been struggling with a dead phone for about five days. We got there at 12:15 p.m. and were told that we had to get in line and wait even if we had an appointment. 12:35 came and went. I am wondering why the person who made the appointment not tell us that we would still have to wait in line? I would have gotten there even earlier. Everyone thought it was ridiculous. And they wont speak to you if you do not have an appointment. The guy behind us had to leave after waiting for over 20 minutes because he didnt have an appointment. That is why I personally have and will always have a Samsung!

My fiancée and I were helped by Jonathan at this location. He gave us such great service. I cannot thank him enough. I can honestly say the 3 hr drive to get our Reserved Apple Watches was worth it because of him. We left more than happy and he was spectacular at helping more than one customer at once without being ignorant to anyone, very professional. As someone who manages a high end jewelry store, THAT is the type of talent I look for.

I went to the Apple store today and the lady was very rude. I told her what was wrong with my phone and instead of looking into it all she did was clean it. She also tried to say that the reason my phones speakers aren’t working are because of the storage on my phone?? Then she proceeded to say that morning was wrong with my phone but wanted me to leave it in repair. If my phone wasn’t broken why does she want me to leave it in repairs? Doesn’t make sense.
After lots of issues, I was told by customer support on the phone that I needed to bring the iPad into the store for a return. Unfortunately the man who helped me was extremely rude. He was the top supervisor of the store and I couldn’t believe the way that he spoke to me. Very curt not wanting to listen to what was going on. He told me he already got the gist of it and he didn’t need to hear anymore. That I was taking up the time at the window that was meant for somebody else and that I needed to leave. I asked for the names of the other two associates that had helped me, he did not want to give me that information and told me that it was irrelevant. The only name that I needed was his because he is the highest ranking associate in the store. His name is Steve Slimak. This is the second time that I have had a horrendous experience at this location. I am very disappointed with the customer experience at this location. I literally went straight to my car and cried because of the way he spoke to me. Very very disappointed

Terrible. I made an appointment through AppleCare support. I got there with less than 2 hours til my appointment and the woman working with Orange hair was so rude to me. She has a bad attitude problem. She told me I could only come there within 10 minutes of my appointment, which I understand but it’s how she treated me that was so rude.
The responsibility always falls on management, this location has given intentional misinformation for the past few years. I’m always amazed when a company would spend more money paying their employees spending countless hours explaining a lie then it would be cheaper to resolve an issue. Nothing short of a change in all the management can help.
This team at the Apple store at the Falls is so professional. I visited this store yesterday after a bad experience in two different stores with my phone provider. I was almost losing all my hopes to get my son’s phone fixed and seeing this place so crowded I couldn’t believe that as soon as I walked in, one of the representatives asked me “do you need help?” I even reply . “Are you sure you can help?” And he said “if I can’t I will get someone to help you” 😮His name is Tony. (Best customer service ever and recommended) We explained to him what was going on and he quickly found another representative to assist us. Since it was a little to late and I didn’t have an appointment, they suggested us to come the next day so we did. We did the line, gave our names etc. I was impressed how all Apple employees applause the customers when they open their doors. But most surprising Tony recognized us. He greeted us with a welcoming smile and said. “ you guys are back! 😊Cool! Please sit and let me get someone to help you” 😧He sent us Christ Kennedy. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and outstanding customer service.It was in overall a great experience. I always think that with age I’m getting too demanding, but the thing is that it really make the difference to meet service oriented professionals like Tony and Christ! Thank you guys for making my son and I feel so welcomed and important. You guys rock!

All technical issues is with an appointment and it is several days later if you have an emergency with your computer you have to wait until the appoinment....
Edit: Sadly they have either new policies or new senior manager. I didnt even get a call back after a rude genius employee stopped testing my unit mid diagnostics because he was incorrect about the issue according to the test and I was correct. He then tried to get me to send it off to Texas for expensive diagnostics. Definitely do not go to this location!Apple store is always nice. This is one of the stores staffed with nicer employees. It it’s to set your Genius Bar or service appointments here. I’ve had them go out of my way and service out of warrantee products because they didn’t want my son to have a broken phone. They have replaced my phones just on customer satisfaction override. Bottom line is be nice, be polite, and sometimes they will go out of their way to find some way to help you. Courtesy goes a long way in this store. That said the location is good, the store organized, the staff knowledgeable especially the genius staff. They also do some camps for kids in summer.
I just left the Apple Store in the falls I’ve been there in the past they have fix my screen with no charge They replace it four times for free basically told me I was lying they never done that in the past 10 years telling me if I have any proof of that when they could pulled up my account and see all the invoices all the time that I’ve been there so what happen when the customers right I filled the burial found it the way he talk to me basically told him I Faysel I was a liar I call for the manager Julio Iglesias and he came basically he apologized but he couldn’t pull up my account to prove craze the technician that I was right so I felt very probably talk to as a customer on iPhones another Apple products for more than 10 years I don’t know what kind of training they gave the guy Chris the technician towards customer service he seen already bother other teens before they called out my name it was complaining to another coworker telling me that was never done in the past for 10 years i’m never coming back to the store they made me look like a fool........

Apple always has plenty of sales people on hand to get you in and out as quick as possible with a purchase. Also, they are always very informative on all of the different products in the store. Yes, the store is usually packed but they handle it pretty well.

Quick and easy. I was in and out of the store so fast. Of course Josh the rep who took care of me told me I was ahead of the lunch rush since it is in a mall with a lot of restaurants. But I knew what I needed and was not delayed. He helped me find what I needed and paid right on the spot. Convenient fast and easy.

This is my favorite Apple store, the entire staff is great. Whether browsing, shopping or coming in for repair or software support, I always walk out satisfied. While, I have a Apple store closer to me, they are to busy and in hurry. The Falls Apple store is my style of customer service. I dont know the manager of the Falls Apple store but they have got the right combination and that got me coming back all the time.

This is by far the BEST apple store IN THE WORLD (fact) I have ever been to. (have been to at least 50). From the start i was greeted by a very friendly, kind, handsome, young, communicating gentlemen whom i had a nice conversation with while i picked a time for my appointment, not some idiot who didn’t care about my problem.(call center told me they were booked for a week, BS). Then the friendly gentlemen who checked on my phone was a straight up genius, my phone was completely useless and he was able to back it up and everything. Following this another technician (possibly Einstein in disguise) came out to get my phone, went back and fixed it. Then they realized there was another problem and went and got me a brand new phone because i am under warranty. They made my life as easy as can be. The beautiful lady even sat there with me until my phone was fully backed up before i left. I peaked after walking out of this store and I havent stopped peaking since. There is no other store that employs such articulate, understanding, fast, organized employees. I will be severely depressed if i find out Tim Cook himself did not treat this whole store to a 5 star dinner and a night out at LIV. I will swim from Antarctica with 500 pound bricks tied to my feet to this store rather than ever deal with any other apple store or call center. I have been an apple customer since the iPhone 3Gs, i have every apple product known to man. This store may be the sole reason i never get an android, in fact i will be giving out free “Why You Should Get Rid of Your Android and Go Buy an iPhone ONLY at Apple Store, The Falls” lessons worldwide starting now. Hello, I believe that Apple has not had a good service regarding REPAIRS AND EXCHANGES of telephones and other products. Being such a large company does not provide service at this time of Equipment repair or replacement of the same bundle the warranty and insurance APPLE CARE that they charge you every month, they canceled the appointment at the fall location at 1336 St and I had to pay $ 1,700 to replace the phone through the APPLE CARE, supposedly it is a saved money until I sent them the used mine. Thats not fair. Not everyone has that much to do. That puts the company low for APPLE consumers.

Gonna start saying that most of the people that work for Apple or Apple retailers think they are the best thing on earth and due to that sometimes they don’t treat customers the way the should. Beside my little inconvenient with the clerk the store has an excellent Apple products availability as well as some other brands accessories. My last recommendation schedule and appointment, much better than waiting till they can find the time to solve your problems or needs.

The way this store makes you wait is ridiculous they will not even answer a question if you don’t have an appointment after you make the 35 minutes line to speak to someone you have to make another 45 minutes line to pick up Equitment also keep in mind took 3 days to make an appointment very bad customer service overall employees have a get out attitude

Scheduled an appointment to get my phone battery replaced. Once the technician takes my phone he tells me it will take two hours to replace the battery. I complain and ask to speak to the store manager. There is no store manager on site. A store “lead” tells me I can schedule another appointment to come and have the battery replaced in 30 minutes since I already Cosme in with an appointment to discuss the battery replacement. How does that make any sense. I am very disappointed with the service in this store and the fact the store manager is not even on site. No wonder it is so poorly managed

I had an appointment at 7:30 to reset an iPhone and backup the information because I forgot the passcode. I waited 30 minutes and a lady came and “helped” us. It took an hour of nonsense for her to tell us that we had to erase everything and we were doing things wrong so we left. After 5 minutes we retrieved all of my information to my phone and I was able to use it. Nonprofessional, nonethical, and definitely A waste of my time
I agree with the other commenters about the long wait times and friendly knowledgeable staff. They have fixed my iPhone screen twice and it has been quality work but at a premium price. This store also damaged my sisters phone doing the same repair so its a toss up. They did eventually do further work on the phone to repair it. But that was after a few days passed. Where else are you going to go?

The worst apple store that I visited the manager was so rude and unprofessional like the standards of Apple i can’t pick up two accesories that I paid online and I had and appointment by my email account and my name in the system show another name bad customer service and I don’t recommend to visit this store I don’t do it anymore

Great Costumer Service I walked in missed my appointment. The wait was an hour but I was aware and was prepared read a book and I was called in no time. Problem solved they are very knowledgeable. Great experience 1st time ever in the store they have great varity of head set .
