I ordered a belgian chocolate milkshake. Very tasty and consistent flavor as in other locations.

Terrible customer service. We got there a 1/2 hour before closing and they were putting all the cones away. The people in front of me took 20 minutes to order their ice cream so I asked the guy that was putting away the cones f he could help me and my son. his answer No, cant you see Im working? So I said I dont think the franchise owner would be happy knowing that you are losing up shop early So finally, 5 minutes to closing I was able to order, I asked for specific cone and the girl said we are all out of those and I said o your not, ask your co-worker to take them out b/c he just put the all away. Horrible, so bad I complained to corporate and they sent me $15 in coupons for ice cream. Horrible service!

The ice cream was awesome. I was determined to find something with brownies in it and the employee was eager to help. She allowed me to try different flavors until I finally picked the Brownie a la mode. Delicious!!!

The staff is nice if you are going only for ice cream is fine, but they have to learn how to make shakes, i got 3 “chocolate” shake last night and we were supper disappointing, it was literally light brown cold milk with wipe cream... we throw it away and end in McDonalds...

I just had been kicked off this place with my two little daughters and my husband with the worst manners. 5 minutes to closing time which I really didnt realize. The attendant in the worst way ran to the door almost throwing my 4 years old daughter to the floor to let us know again is the most rude way the store was closing. I almost call the police when I experienced the way he treated us in front of everybody. Very bad :(

Today was free cone day. Horrible service and gave a lot of attitude. First time going there, the lady at the cashier was rude, but I still stuck up with it. Only 1 worker was nice and kept a smile on her face, and the other that stood by the door the whole time greeted us with manners. Went back 2 hours later cuz my brother wanted another ice cream and was curious if we could get seconds. I also wanted to ask a question but all workers stared at my brother and I and gave us dirty looks. The last time I checked the flyer it didnt say we werent allowed to ask questions. Super racist and workers have stinky mouths. Having a different skin tone not white or brown, or perhaps not being white or Hispanic doesnt mean we should be treated like this. I guess their mind was so fried that they have completely lost their knowledge of oral hygiene.

Is there a bad Haagan Dazs? Service was good/ friendly. Prices are always on the high side but...their ice cream ANYTHING is outstanding. Note to management...CLEAN UP THE TABLES OUT FRONT WHERE WE SEAT. Zero attention to this area. Dirty...Dirty.

This location doesn’t accommodate for kids with allergies. Häagen Dazs in Miami Beach and Sunset care and know how to deal with this situations extremelly well.
