Love the Ice Cream options and selections. Definitely would be nice to have a display of the ice cream (like online)But I need some Excitement in the Workers. Kinda felt dry, and it was my first time at location. (Customer Service needs more energy).

I’ve been to this location 3 times, and each time outdoes the previous visit. Their portions are generous. Ice cream is delicious! They used to sample, but due to COVID19, they no longer sample flavors, which is understandable. There’s usually a line but it moves fast! Their cereal bowls are yummy, wish they were smaller!! Sweet cream is my favorite with either a brownie or the cereal bowls! Can’t go wrong with either one.

What an experience! Walked in at 3pm NO LINES! Delicious. The service is amazing! Great people. Friendly. Delicious ice cream. Staff is so proud of their product and it shows. They are eager to introduce you to all their favorites! The cookie ice cream was my absolute favorite. Cake batter was YUMMY too. It was all very good and cool vibe seating is limited but not that big of a deal since the view of the city is always nice to enjoy. Had an adventure visiting here. At 3pm parking was plentiful in the area. The fruity pebbles cone was to drool for. Great flavor texture and just perfection. Cant wait to go back or take a friend or two there for another adventure!

Boyfriend took me here for ice-cream as a surprise and the experience has been one of my favorite of my vacation so far. The atmosphere is so unique, it really stands out, the ice-cream is to die for and the workers are so friendly and down to earth. I had the salted caramel ice-cream and they are very heavy handed on the scoops which I love. 10/10!!

Certainly you don’t need that much amount of ice cream for one person in one sitting, but this is ‘Merica! Eat without thinking of tomorrow, once you pass that it is out of this WORLD!!!! Keep your diabetic doctor on speed dial. He will even say it was worth it and be in line behind you! Heaven on earth! - the girl that work there are pretty awesome too! Great service always!

Update: Owner replied to correct my price error. He’s right it was $6.99 including tax. Sorry about that. Still pricey but we did enjoy it.Cool flavors and nice toppings included. Still, pretty pricey but good ice cream. I think our 2 scoops were something like $8.95 (!)

We were drawn to this place by all of the unique related ice cream offerings.Covid-19: they only allow 4 people inside at a time which I appreciated.It was really hard to choose what to get. I was really tempted by the cinnabun waffle sundae/sandwich, but we ended up going for a bubble waffle. We got a scoop of coquito and a scoop of caramel/cookie butter, topped with lucky charms, cinnamon toast crunch, and condensed milk.It was fantastic. If you have never had a bubble waffle, you should definitely try one. The caramel/cookie butter ice cream was fantastic. The coquito was good, but it was a little boozy for me.There are so many other unique offerings that I wanted to try. If I lived in Miami, I would frequent this place.

OMG!! One of the best ice creams Ive ever tasted in my life, nice selection of flavors and treats, I didnt mine using my cash for payment. But at some point they need to grab an efpots machine.Other than that, great store keep up the great work

Terrible customer service. We had a horrible experience. We were eating our ice cream at a couch inside the local and we got kicked out. Stating that they don’t serve any dining in food, but clearly they wanted us out. If you don’t accept any dining in then please remove the couch from your local. Like I said… terrible customer service and the Ice cream was ok. Definitely, not coming back. I do not recommend this place.

Ice Cream is okay at best. However, the customer service is garbage. The night shift was definitely the worst experience I have had in a small business.They have a couch, but when people use it to have a one on one conversation or group setting, immediately they push you out with excuses and bad attitude.Not the best vibe and very unprofessional behavior. If you as a business don’t like to have a good customer service, just don’t have a business. Specially about ice cream.

I was introduced the Guava Maria Cookie Trio a few months ago and WOW. This combination works so well. Its delicious! Plus reasonably priced. It comes with three cookies so you can put other ice cream flavors in it but I really recommend the guava flavor. Great place!

A hidden gem in the outskirts of Wynwood. This awesome creamery has a creative selection of ice cream flavors as well as a wide variety of sundaes ranging from a brownie sundae to their famous Cinnabon sundae. Oh and most importantly, they have unlimited toppings!

I remember thinking the best ice cream ever was Franco Mulo a Enego back when nocciola was 200 lire. Well this place takes the cake! The waffle cone is awesome, the mint Oreo is to die for. There are a bunch of flavors which can be stress inducing but they offer samples so you can make educated decisions. Everyone is super nice, friendly and helpful.

Service is great, they are friendly and chill.Mr. Frieze used to be my spot, but pales in comparison.This place might not look like much on the outside, but trust, there’s no ice cream better in Miami. Also, the owner is from up north which probably explains how this amazing anomaly came to be in the first place. Miami people could never produce a spot like this organically. Lookin forward to them doing well and sticking around!

Awesome place with some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Owners and staff go above and beyond and are very personable and generous. Very creative and highly customizable menu options. This place deserves the popularity they have (there is typically a line out the door) and then some. I’m a repeat customer and have never been disappointed. Bottom line, if you haven’t yet been to this place and you love ice cream like I do, you need to get there ASAP.

The staff was friendly and funny. I liked the funny signs. My vegan sorbet was mind blowing. I expected some basic sorbet... This some gourmet s***! I had the pineapple and coconut sorbet. It had an amazing texture! It was grainy almost like old fashioned homemade ice cream. I loved it!

Yep, delicious ice cream. Standard flavors and a few unique ones. A couple different ways to craft them all together, so this is a spot that requires repeat visits. Associates working the ice cream counter were very helpful and kind. Not much room inside but cant fault anyone for that.

We have been following Midtown Creamery for over a year on instagram and love seeing some of the delicious desserts they make. We finally stopped on my wife’s birthday and it didn’t disappoint. The scoop of ice cream was massive as well as the generous amount of toppings. They let you try as many of the flavors as you would like. It’s always good to come across a good quality ice cream joint. Struggled to finish the whole cone it was huge.
