I came into the store for Valentine’s Day to buy a NICE gift with a NICE box. I purchased $50 in chocolate because the ADVERTISEMENT said I would get it wrapped in a nice box with a ribbon!I gave the chocolates to staff who charged me, and then I was given a cheap paper bag with the chocolates inside. Not even tissue, no ribbon and clearly not a box. Just a cheap paper box, Aldi has better bags than these people.I complained and was told no refunds, and no boxes are available. The staff never told me that they ran out of boxes months ago. I asked for the box that was on display for CHEAPER chocolates and staff said that he can’t because it’s not for my chocolate. I am annoyed that the staff didn’t tell me before charging me $50 for some chocolates. No manager on site by the way! Waited 10 minutes in line cause there was only one guy working.

The food took more than an hour and a half to arrived. Our waitress was very rude and unprofesional

Exclusive Lindt chocolate shop with variety of chocolates. Its located inside dolphin mall. Similar price with Walmart but with the deal/offers you will get chocolate at less Price.

The staff here has always been very friendly and helpful. They have all the flavours and types of Lindt chocolate that you can think of - plus they sell by the pound and in ready packaged boxes. Decent place to bring kids to let them make their own assortment of chocolate packs. Theyll love it.

Lindt is one of the best chocolates readily available in the US. I dont understand the hype about Godiva here, because it is a significantly inferior chocolate with a higher price tag. This store is small, but it packs a lot of the classic goodies I grew up on in Hungary (especially if you venture to the back). This review is nothing against Godiva, because I love all people who dedicate their lives to chocolate, and they do make beautiful creations. It is simply not the same quality as Lindt. Lindt also has a fantastic rewards program, so if you buy a lot of chocolate, I highly suggest signing up, because you get great perks.

I knew they had some of the best chocolates, but the store experience was very awesome. They really did go an extra mile to get me the gift basket I wanted with a good discount. The people there were very helpful and really did seem to speak chocolate. Will definitely recommend for beautiful gift baskets.

I was in the miami dolphin mall lindt store on March 7, 2020 @ 12:30pm with my siblings (party of 4) we were helped by a very pleasant store attendant (She). first I bought a 250gr bag and my sister was still picking out her choices. I told my sister that she could try one if she wanted to, cause there is nowhere in the store that indicate no sampling. Another extremely rude store attendant (he) came from the back and told my sister when she was paying for her 250gr bag, how she would like to pay for THAT ONE piece that she sampled!!!!!!! We were all in shock and she said she will pay it cash 0,70ct!!! I am a regular Lindt customer and WILL NEvER EVEr return to this store!!!! That Dude was sooooo rude!!! I mean we spent $36,- on chocolates and you charged us for ONE sample!!! I hope you really got a good use for the commission on that 0,70 sale!!!!

An excellent little store for Lindt brand chocolates (which are amazing) and nothing else. They sell every variety here, and the associate (whom I unfortunately did not get the name of) was extremely helpful, and explained the different chocolate types and sale types (buy by the pound vs pre-packaged, ect.). If you love chocolate check this place out ASAP!

Terrible place. Visited interested in chocolates. With concern of distinguishing tastes, I ask for a sample of 2 chocolates. Was charged $1.54 for both notwithstanding that the register indicated $1.34 and that it was defective.... selling samples, weighing on the wrong scale and charging higher prices without evidence....shame on them!!!!

Very delicious chocolate; however, the staff so stupid and have no sense of sales, I am a purchase of $120 and I was curious about new truffles that I wanted to try and asked politely can I taste and she said no not for taste 😐 and then asked if they have a gift wrap or valentine bag he said yes but we will charge you extra $3 for it 🤑🤢.Cheap ass service.Next time I’ll order online.
