Been coming to this baskin Robbins for years now and it never disappoints! They recently renovated this location and it looks incredible. Also, the guy who works the ice cream counter is so friendly and really does his job well! It’s hard now a days to find such good workers and this guy who serves the ice cream is very funny and kind. If I could tip him, I would. Not sure if the franchise owner reads these reviews but you have an awesome employee working the ice cream section!

I ordered a Reese’s sundae through Door Dash and they literally sent vanilla ice cream with peanut butter and whipped cream. No Reese’s, no chocolate.

The ice cream choices were plenty and delicious. My daughter and I got the hidden treasure (Belgium chocolate)while my niece got the vanilla. The customer service was outstanding, Jeffrey was patient with us and took the time to suggest various flavors. The facility was clean, the space is shared with dunkin donuts, and parking is free. Definitely recommend this location for a nice ice cream afternoon!

Bravo! This ice cream was just fantastic! Ill have to return because its a fantastic one. Their front-desk disk jockey was really nice, accommodating, and welcoming.

A good place for late night ice cream. I had the brownie sundae. It was good, but because it was so late, the brownie was a little tough, but nothing that cant be solved by smothering it with ice cream.

Not a good Experience Customer service was very poor, The ice cream flavors was very limited and some of the ice cream looked like it was freezer burned, And also the cashier was not friendly at all needs to do better I’m pretty sure their rates have went down due to poor customer service and cleanliness

If you want some great ice cream, I suggest you to visit this place. Their ice cream were really good and had a good variety of flavors. It was hard to choose only one.

The place was completely empty and waited a bit before being noticed. Ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 doughnuts, the 2 team members were more interested on the conversation they were having and cursing at one another. It literally took about 10 minutes to receive our 2 milkshakes and again we were the only guest at the shop. The doughnuts were also swarming with gnats I would not recommend this Dunkin to anyone

The shakes and ice cream cones are delicious as hell, service could be better. The ladies behind the counter seemed a little bit annoyed that a customer came in ....

I love this place for its prices. I also love that they have huge waffle cones. I wish they had a few extra flavors.

Ice cream doesnt always look frozen nor that appetizing quite often. Staff is nice but ghetto at times airing out other staff problems and things they wont do because of extra work load.

In the mornings the staff is very helpful you can get in and out there pretty quickly the foods hot and fresh. the afternoon to get a little weird the staff isnt as quite as friendly you can be waiting in line which line isnt very long for quite some time there is ample parking in the afternoon gets a little hairy in the morning

I went here 3 hours ago and the service was so bad. I didnt even receive a free ice cream. The cashier wasnt interested in what I have to say and ignored me. Im disappointed and I was looking forward to receiving good service from them but it was terrible. I dont think Ill be coming back here anymore. I wouldnt recommend going here with how poor the service is here. They should improve on how to talk to people and treat customers.

My best friend gave me a gift card for Baskin Robbins. She knows that there are 2 things I cannot resist - the second one is sweets. It is of no importance whether we are talking about chocolates, cakes, ice cream - send them my way! Although I am not a kid any more to sin daily with sweets, I can go for a muffin (or something like that) 6 or 7 times a week :) Just kidding. What I wanted to say is that the gift card turned out to be one of the sweetest presents I have ever had. Literally. The variety here is vast and has nothing to do with worsen quality. Thank you for the inspiration!

First time in a place that they make you feel at home, the best smoothies of my life, congratulations, especially Jefrey.

This unit is bundled with a Dunkin Donuts. The clerk sold me a banana split and only later said they had no banana. And in the end I still had to order the cherries that are part of the plate, if I was not going to eat 3 balls of ice cream only. A damn place.
