I saw online a huge selection of nice masks, I thought it would be a great idea to buy one for my wife as a gift. The mask was way too small and Falls off her face, like a children’s mask when I called the store and explain this to the manager he says that they just come that way and there’s nothing he could do only give me 20% off the purchase of another mask which I feel is an insult. If I’m not happy with the product and you’re not able to take it back you should either offer me a replacement, a store credit or a refund. I am a business owner and deal with things like this on a regular basis. Plaything Miami handled this the wrong way!

No refund today but yesterday was an exception!?! and then I can’t even try on the costume before purchasing. && VERY LITTLE OPTIONS FOR PLUS SIZE WOMEN IN BOTH COSTUMES AND LINGERIE THIS IS DISRESPECTFUL. I just wanted my refund because there largest size didnt fit me and they don’t have anything larger in ANY OF COSTUME. - I work with celebrities and I gotta say never will i ever refer you guys to any of them. Sukihana would’ve roasted your store on live.

Always a great place to come by for any sort of bedroom needs. Angie had to be the funniest and most well informed employee at this store. She steered me in the right direction for a superior product. If you have any questions I strongly suggest asking for her. As usual the store is very clean and doesnt have any weird vibes at all. This place utilizes their No refund policy to sale defective items, which means they have legal reasons to steal your money. My friend is opening a court case because of the awful way she was treated at this place. There was no manager at the store. They even asked her to leave the store. It was very embarrassing.
