I went to make a purchase that I needed for my job as a stylist. The associate requested my cosmetology license document which I no longer receive in the mail and I have not been asked to show it for a long time. I explained this to the associate and tried calling Tallahassee, which put my call on hold for a long time. The associate then said that they could charge me a fee and mail the products that I really need for my customers. The customer service was not pleasant, and also when I called about the product no one informed me that I needed proof of cosmetology license.
