If possible I would give them negative stars. This location is full of nasty employees. My mother called the store to let them know that she received a notification that someone was using her CVS account at this store and that she did not make the transaction, it was fraud and she wanted to remove her card information from the account. My mom explained the situation and the employee that answered the phone said “hold on” and then proceeded to leave my mom on hold for over 40 minutes. I also called 3 times and nobody answered the phone. I was able to get through the line by calling the pharmacy and having the call transferred. Then I was also put on hold for over 10 minutes. When the phone was answered I was greeted with nastiness. When the employee finally asked what I needed I stated “my mom has been on the phone on hold for over 40 minutes and she needs your help” the employee said “what’s the issue”, I explained the situation and she said “you need to calm down, I can’t even help you” I said “well why didn’t you say that to my mom 40 minutes ago when you told her hold on?” Then the employee hung up while I was talking to her. She was extremely nasty and rude and literally wasted 40 minutes of my moms time and never actually answered the phone for my mom. My mom hung up after never being acknowledged. This was extremely unprofessional and rude and CVS should not have employees like this working at their stores.

On hold over an hour no answer then disconnected

I needed a mask and the manager gave me one. The cashier was extremely nice and patient with me as I tried to figure out what number matches my CVS care card account.

The employees at the pharmacy are very nice, but the outside area is not well kept.

This drug store really helped me find the right supplements for me! The pharmacist was very kind and supportive, and any time I asked questions, the pharmacist answered them thoroughly! Im so impressed with their customer service!

The pharmacy doesnt answer the phone! My mom calls & stays on hold for long periods of time only for the call to be dropped!! She needs to talk to someone & cant!!!!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Spent 40+ minutes on hold trying to figure out if my meds were ready. It’s insane to me that a place that carries things so vital to people doesn’t have a more efficient system. I will never ever ever go here again. This place is complete and utter TRASH.

Before you go please read this cautionary note. When I arrived there was no line at the pharmacy to pick up my order and I thought I had really lucked out! Unfortunately, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to finally help me. Im a very patient person by nature, but during this pandemic its especially important to not linger inside with strangers for too long.When the pharmacy staff member finally came over, they would not ring up my one additional item (a lip balm). Thats fine, I went to the front of the store. Again there was no line and I thought I would be on my way soon. Unfortunately, the one cashier working was busy chatting with her friend at the counter and the TWO MANAGERS nearby discussing the setup of a display case also apparently were unbothered by the failure in customer service. At this point my patience had been worn thin and I left.I am transferring my prescriptions and will definitely not be returning to this CVS location. With so many options out there, why spend your hard earned money at a store that treats you like you dont exist???

I never give bad ratings. I think of it as a waist of energy. When I receive great service, I always give 5 stars. . . There is a CVS on every corner. If you care about being treated with respect and do not want an argumentative, rude pharmacist, go a block away. I couldnt have been nicer & wouldnt want anyone else to have their good day interrupted by this pompous pharmacist.

WORST CVS in all of Miami. You wait FOREVER for them to pick up the phone regardless of whether youre calling from home or at the counter watching them work. Its like they cant hear the phone ring. Then when they finally get to you, theyre the rude and disrespectful. And if your doctor leaves a script over the phone, SURPRISE! They dont check their messages either. Do yourself a favor and go to a Publix pharmacy.

Prescriptions ‘seem’ to get lost..& Drs Can’t understand why Not received when sent, while I was present. In the last 3 months, a Nightmare of ‘havent received’..& after bringing ‘in person’.. I Have Had to Ask for it. RightNow, I ‘can ask Why my prescription hasn’t been filled’.. BUT when am NO longer ‘sharp’.. ???? Can No longer trust this CvS.. gave them 6 mos before..NO More.. shame on CVS..

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Miguel and Jorge always welcome you and everytime I need help they always there to help. The store is coupon friendly and is very clean and I find everything in here. I love this cvs.

I made a order in the CVS store at Brickell av, unfortunatelly I could not pickup the order, because it closes at 8:00 pm. Sonal was really nice and with great customer service helped me to solve the issue! 👏👏👏😊

Bunch of liars workers. I came to shop and spend 200$ at this location and i asked the black worker to use restroom he said no bathroom at this time because there is a problem with toilet (lie) I had to ask a manager to use it was kind to at me use it and absolutely was nothing wrong with the bathroom also they had sign in both men and women bathroom that says out of service (lie again) horrible employees that dont care about customer service. Those people are just too lazy to clean bathroom for customers IF YOU LAZY JUST STAY HOME i think its time to have new team member at this location.

I needed to transfer a prescription from CVS over to Walgreens, but those guys dont pickup the phone... The lack of service is absolutely ridiculous and appalling. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

I have now bin in this store twice over the last week or so, and the photo lab has been down each time. I had to go to this high traffic store because the photolab of the nearby CVS on Brickell and 12th street is also kaputt! Nobody has the slightest idea (nor did they try to find out when I went there), when the lab will be repaired. It is sad to see how far the photo department of this company have fallen.

DO NOT come to get vaccinated if you do not have an appointment (either first or second dose). People without a shift are at the bottom of the list and people with appointments never stop arriving so wait two hours for nothing

When you call the pharmacy, you have to be prepared to wait 30 minutes to an hour for them to attend to you if they do.

The attention for me has always been very good with the managers and the staff I always say good morning, good afternoon and good night when they help me I say thank you and if I ask for help 20 times they give it to me I was pregnant and also with my baby in the stroller and they have always been very kind to work with custom is not easy at all but when one goes to approach an employee before asking anything they say good morning and ask him how he is to empathize a pleasant conversation and ask for help. Many pharmacies close to me and I prefer to deviate to this one because the pharmacys treatment is the best

Yesterday I went to print a photo at 6pm. and the mananger was too listless. Paola. Duty to have more vacation of service and tie. Additionally, I went to the pharmacy to seek advice on covid and asked the pharmacist to attend to me and he left me waiting for another 30 minutes. A pharmacy out of focus. And apathetic. I really withdraw indignation and very sad to see how there are companies that have people without human quality and less service.
