I generally enjoyed this pharmacy and they have the most experienced drug specialist who addressed me with the right medicine for my migraine. Much thanks for your thought and for your convenience. I was worried about the possibility that that the prescriptions I need to purchase may be excessively exorbitant. Fortunately, there was an exceptionally huge number of prescriptions in this pharmacy. Many thanks to the drug specialist.
I arrived 5 minutes early waited 45 minutes for a “Scheduled” COVID-19 test at 4:45. When I finally arrived at the window, I was told the system shuts down after 5. Save yourself the trouble and schedule multiple COVID tests. Waste their time not yours.
Horrible service.. they seem to be short of staff. I refilled my prescription with the automatic service when I went to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready they said it wasn’t ready to come back later not only wasn’t ready but they were rude too.
Decent service. Long pharmacy lines. Small selection but variable. Probably better to go to Publix 1 block away if needing groceries
Consistently excellent! I do not dress anywhere nearly as nicely has residents in the area but this location always treats me respectfully. This place is clean and almost always has anything I want in stock. Also with convenient hours and in a convenient location, it is possibly my favorite Walgreens.
Ive never gone as far as giving a review to Walgreens in my life. But this one case merits the review, because its necessary. The amount of neglect that you see in this store is unprecedented. Lets put it this way. The drive thru speaker system doesnt work and it has been like that for months now. You have to shout all your personal details and sensitive information to the store clerk/pharmacists and he has to hear you across the drive thru security glass. You can imagine the effort this takes, plus the implications of customers health sensitive information. HIPPA straight to the trash-can really. This is the only 24 hours Walgreens location in all of downtown Miami and anyone would expect given there is no other way for a customer to get prescriptions after hours, this store would be treated with such level of importance. All that said, its massively short staffed. Ive been at this location trying to pick up prescriptions using the drive-thru between 9 PM - 11 PM and I can expect to sit in line for over an hour at a time. And its been happening so often that I am inclined to move away from Walgreens and give up all the convenience of RX access across the country for sake of a more seamless experience. This store is an absolute disaster and no one seems to care in the corporate headquarters.
I was schedule to get my first COVID-19 vaccine as I waited the people in-front of me got their doses and their was out in less than a minute. They didn’t let you seat there for the 15 minute to make sure everything ok after receiving your vaccine.
This pharmacy has been extremely helpful in helping me locate the supplements I need. The pharmacist was friendly and helpful, and she patiently answered all of my questions. Their customer service blew me away.
This pharmacy has been extremely helpful in finding the supplements I need. The pharmacist was nice and supportive, and she kindly answered all of my questions. Their customer care completely surpassed my expectations.
This is in regards to the pharmacy. It has gradually become a nightmare, I think it started about 5 months ago. I’d show up to the drive through and wait 30 minutes for a prescription that’s supposed to be ready. Expect to wait 10 minutes for someone to even notice that you’re there, oh and forget about calling! They’ll just put you on hold forever until you give up.
I have been to Walgreens all over the US and many different ones here in Florida. However, this location is a nightmare and the pharmacy here is maybe the worst of any Walgreens locations in the entire country. I really hope they make some serious changes at this location.
The pharmacy is good. They always have my medication and that makes a huge difference in my life. I dont have to waste time of my life going to different pharmacies for my medication. Thank you
Slowest pharmacy Ive ever been to. Do NOT go to this pharmacy if you can help it especially at like 6-9pm. Youll be waiting at least an hour. Everyone in Brickell apparently goes to this pharmacy. (It doesnt help that they have like seriously 2-3 people working in the pharmacy despite having 5 different registers). Im not sure if theyre trying to save money or just short staffed but be ready to WAIT if youre going here.
This drug store will never fail to astound me! Ive been to a couple of drug stores, but this drug store has surpassed my standards. Im so impressed with the support Ive had in this drug store.
After I drop my RC off and wait for almost hours they rudely tell me 1.) that they can’t find me, I’m not in the system. 2.) after giving them my ID they find me and say that the pharmacist is just about done with the RX, (he took another 20 minutes from that point for the pharmacist to tell me “We’re not contracted with your insurance.”Thanks so much!
This drug store amazed me with its amazing customer service! Im so happy I found out about this drug store. Now I know where to go any time I need some medication and supplements to buy! This drug store needs to be known to more people!
The pharmacy is a 24 hour pharmacy but their service at night is not adequate nor dependable. I called the pharmacy at 11 pm to inquire about a prescription that they have not filled for days. They put me on hold for 27 minutes and then hung up on me. What a waste of time. It appears that the pharmacy is not properly staffed or the management does not care for quality of service.
This store should be shut down immediately. On top of the dirty unsanitary store, I have been lied to by two different pharmacy employees. I have waited in line for 25, and 35 minutes separately only to be told my literally life saving medication was not only not ready, but hadnt even started being processed.
When I head to the store, Im still anxious, but that has changed thanks to this pharmacy. They kept a close eye on me and tried to help me with my worries. Im overjoyed to have discovered this spot!
This pharmacy needs to have better customer service. Its always a hassle to get refills here.
Had a recent medical procedure, needed pain meds for post-op and got them here. Pharmacist seemed overworked.
Good place
Awful pharmacy. The pharmacist made me call twice to tell me to come in to pick up a prescription in two hours. He sounded annoyed answering the phone, and then two hours later I called BACK and he said it would be ready in a second. When I arrived at the store, he called me to tell me never mind. That they actually didn’t have it. He sent me an email while at the store stating he ordered the medication but at the store said he had to order it the next day. Which is it? Awful customer service and customer experience
In and out on a late night considering there was a party bus gearing up in the parking lot
I have been a customer of this Walgreens for almost 16 years, I have seen it going down in service and in stock. The ladies that have been working there for a long time are extremely nice and efficient. I was just there 1/2 hour ago to print a picture 5x7 which I couldnt print 2 days ago because they didnt have that size of paper. The machines and the system are obsolete and dont work most of the time. The manager on duty who I saw leave at 11 pm is a lazy, rude and inefficient employee who shouldnt be in that position AT ALL. First he was listening to music through earphones and didnt hear me, I was standing by the photo section and he wouldnt ask me if I needed help while he was fooling around in a little display of batteries near by. When I finally got his attention and ask for the cable he gave it to me in an unhappy way. When I was sitting trying to work on the AWFUL photo computer he came to tell me that I couldnt have the pictures printed anyway until the following day, seeing that I was having problem with the OLD computer, he didnt offer to help. Then he went on to tell me I was supposed to refer to him as SIR, and continued saying I was rude. He obviously was provoking me. After all that, I did say he was inefficient and lazy and that I will report him. So here is the report.Oh...and by the way, there was no butter nor margarine in stock, and there were no normal size bags either, the small purchase I made went into a humongous bag.
DO NOT GO TO THE PHARMACY HERE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in to pick up my prescription and the Pharm tech for NO REASON was giving me attitude.. she asked me what I was there for I told her and she said nothing was there which was fine. Then I asked what prescription was sent maybe they sent in a different prescription and she said NOTHING IS HERE. Then she slammed the container and threw it toward me in the sliding door. I asked her if there was a problem and she just kept rolling her eyes and started laughing. That’s not how you treat your patients or customers. Or PEOPLE. She had blonde highlights and was working the window. I did nothing to her and could barely hear her because of our masks but you don’t treat people like that coming in for their medication.
They can’t even hand you a bag. I had drive back to get my stuff that were missing.
Never pick up the phone
Let alone the exorbitant prices, the only nice thing about this Walgreens was the fact it had a parking lot in Brickell and carried what most pharmacies carry. That was until yesterday at 4pm when they broke into our car parked right in front of the store. The people that work there didn’t flinch or make any attempt to help. They did not talk to us (the customers) only talked to the cops after we called 911 and they showed up. Later a member of the staff only approached us to ask our personal info because they had to write their own report.Their cameras were bad enough NOT register the tags on car that was idle right in front them while they broke our cars window and stole our belongings. So they didn’t even help us or the copa on that regard. To make matters worse they could not even lend us a broom to help us clean up the broken glasses. We don’t claim Walgreens for any liability (on their property) but a little compassion would have gone a long way.The last time I go there will be today to pick my prescriptions up.
Pharmacy is very unorganized. They promise 15 minute turn around on script fulfillment but they have no visible process. The lady who fills scripts literally throws them into a pile and they need to sort thru them for every customer. My experience took over an hour for a very simple script fill even though they promised 10-15 minutes. Very disrespectful.
The people working in the pharmacy are great with the exception of Sultan M. I have prescription that is a controlled narcotic and I see a doctor every 30 days to refill. Regardless of my doctor allowing to pick it up early he still denied to fill it. I went as far to go home, bring in the bottle showing him the date it was last picked up and that I was clearly 30 days to the day and he still refused. I asked him if he understood the importance of it and he said he did but alluded to me doing illicit things with my prescription. And he’s supposed to “help people”. God forbid you lose your prescription, or even take it as directed and if the computers wrong good luck. He will not help you. Have been going here for 15 months and he could see the history that I come 30 days to the day. Forget what your doctor tells you. He’s going to dictate when you get it.Update: My Doctor called Sultan and he still refused to fill it told my doctor “not his problem” .
Ariel at the pick up pharmacy window was amazing. Smiling and cheerful, great experience and seamless. In the past I’ve needed to get medicine from the ER and they are always helpful and efficient!
The pharmacy can have 8 people working yet still takes 1 hour just to get thru the line to drop prescription, then another how to check out. I’ve been coming here for years and this is the slowest Walgreens I’ve ever been to.
Great pharmacy but they did not carry condoms in my size (XXXL).
Amanda is just the sweetest girl. She was so helpful with everything I needed and didn’t seem at all bothered by how sick I was. All I needed was some Benadryl and she actually went and got it for me so that I wouldn’t have to walk down the aisle and get it myself. Small acts of kindness like that make a business great. Thank you, Walgreens.
Clean, well stocked and overall a nice location. Customer service could use some work but Im glad its nearby. I do support the franchise and all, but sometimes you just expect more.
Service was great. Walgreens policies are unreasonable. I can print an 8 by 10 photo for 2 dollars but for a 2 by 2 passport sized photo I am charged $15 for two pictures. For 4 small photos I took myself I was charged $28. Service and people there were helpful though
So unprofessional management 🤮🤮🤮Walk in to buy a mask 😷 and got kick out from the store because don’t have mask already. Unbelievable dum manager 🤬🤬🤬
Im just in awe of the fact that I get hung up on every single time I call to check the status of my prescription. Never again.
Dont come here if ur in a rush trying to get a prescription takes forever
Why does this pharmacy have the worst customer service in the whole Walgreens system? While they are open 24h (convenient!), my prescriptions have never been ready on the day they promise/are due.More, I have a couple Rx that my insurer doesn’t cover, so I always private pay. However, every single time I arrive they tell me, “Please wait 30 mins ... we need to call your insurance company.” And I have to explain the whole situation again. And once I do, you’d think that they would just ask for my credit card and we’d be done. But no...they always need another 20 minutes to get their heads around “private pay.” WHY ISN’T THIS IN THEIR SYSTEM?Root causes seem to be Pharmacy Manager who doesn’t train their team. And systems that do not contain standing customer preferences.
I think all Walgreens experiences are hit and miss. Personally Ive always received great service at this location from the pharmacy, the manager, beauty dept to the cashiers. They also give you privacy. Doesnt matter what Im buying, Ive never felt embarrassed or self-conscious (while at other locations very different experience).Like at all of their locations, if you have an ounce of patience and even half a smile, they will take care of you. I think Walgreens employee training is give the customer what they give you.I also like the easy parking at this place, its always pretty clean, lines can build up if you go during peak hours.
Worst anwering phone worst dispensing worst most expensive cant believe anycindurance uses them as favorite pharmacy 400 dollars for snall tubes of generic medication. Patients suffered.
Been here quite a bit of times because I live close by and they always seem to have a teller or two just lingering around instead of being at the register when there is 5 people in line.Over all nice people just service takes a bit long at times
Nice and organized store.Stuff is helpful.
The Walgreens near my house is the WORSE. This location is a 15 mins drive from my house but it is worth it. The pharmacist and staff are very helpful and polite.
Its alright. However, there are two things that dont quite make sense to me.1 ) There are 3 registers for you to pay in, but most of the time only 1 is available.2 ) Most things here are ridiculously expensive. I can find something there much more pricy than somewhere else.
The WORST Walgreens Pharmacy I’ve ever had to go to. It takes half an hour to pick up a damn prescription. There’s always people behind the pharmacy counter and they let a line of customers pile up instead of addressing that first and getting back to their work after. It’s ridiculous. If I had a closer pharmacy, I’d switch.
Bad experience with the pharmacist of the afternoon shift Saturday night October 19. Bad attention and bad treatment, I was not satisfied, no professionalism
This pharmacy has been understaffed as far as I can remember.... : / Be prepared to wait either in line or over the phone.
Ive been using this Walgreens for the past 4 years and Ive never had an issue. It was a little annoying about a year and a half ago when their pharmacy underwent construction, but since then its been completed, its new, clean, the staff is as helpful as youd expect, theres usually parking considering its a small lot in Brickell, the drive through line DOES take a long time, normally Ill just park and walk in and they have everything I need for a quick trip to Walgreens from meds to nail polish to a bottle of wine in a pinch.
Female pharmacist initially very difficult to work with-didnt want to answer my questions and felt like she was trying to get off of phone. but i called back and she was significantly more helpful, answered questions i was trying to ask her.
Just got my flu shot there. I had appoitment that I got online and I printed a form and filled it up..and the people in the farmacy acted like I was from another planet... Asking How do I get the appoitment and How do I get the form... When i said online they were like WHATTTT I didnt know was.possible to do that... People is 2018... Anyways... The guy who gave the flu shot was very nice and attentive.
Much better store since remodeling. Can be criwded during peak hours had what I needed.
Staff at pharmacy and photo section very rude and unhelpful. You cannot ask a question because they will just ignore you. Wait time to get medication is ridiculous. Also went to collect a single photo which was pre ordered and paid for already over half hour because of their incompetence. They need to train their staff better.
MD; The phone was not answered after two attempts, total time waiting 46min.
Rude and they Never own up to their responsibility. The rudest and disrespectfulness are the oldest Employees. They act as if the medications are being dispense for free. Dont answer the phones after 10 p.m at times. Im done with this walgreens.
Extremely rude employee behind the photo desk. Never going back to this location again.
I had the best service at this Walgreens photo center! The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me create a special photo booth for a retiring gift.I needed to get done fairly quickly and with special details. Yalie and Clide were amazing, these ladies really took care of making my photo book work. Im very thankful for their helpfulness and outstanding customer service. Muchisimas gracias!!! :)
WORST pharmacy ever. Denied access to drive-thru because I was on my bicycle. Thats the most discriminatory thing Ive ever heard of. There was NO ONE in line at the drive-thru, but 10 people in line inside. I was told I was a liability on a bike and had to go inside for my Rx. I already assume the risk of riding a bike, by being a bicyclist in the first place. Most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard of. Had someone stolen my bike while I was inside waiting because I was being FORCED to go inside, you better believe Id have expected Walgreens to pay for my bike.
The most horrible walgreen, every month I must to explain what is my medicacion, on thrurday 11 2016 I order my medication + new order antibiotic that I need, today is Sunday 14 2016 Im sick in my bed, and they do not delivery my medicine yet. They have my credic card to pay every month, and every month they delivery my medication. Usually I have to go the walgreen again, becuse they send my wrong medicine. Im feel bad and I no have medicine. THIS IS THE WALGREEN FARMACY!
THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE WALGREENS EVER!! THE PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS!! I was sent over there by another Walgreens cause they didnt order my Rx and were just BSing me. I pull up and give my Rx and all the other stuff I was given and to come back in an hour. So I go back and its a different person, I tell him Im here to pick up a Rx, he then asks me for my SS number. I tell him I didnt give a SS number, so he then asked me for my DOB. Then he asks me for my last name and then went back to get my medication. He then comes back and asks if I have insurance, so I give him the card and he says he cant give it to me cause Im listed as the husband and my dad is listed as the child (which no where on the card does it say whos the wife, husband, or child) after asking to speak to the manager he just gives me my medication. So I get back home and look, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG MEDICATION!!! So I called them and after dealing with an idiot for 30 minutes, he then acts like he cant speak English. So I get put on with some one else and she starts saying that the doctor put for that type of medication, which was a lie cause my doctor said he was keeping me at the type I was on. NEVER GO TO THIS WALGREENS!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s not open 24 hours closes at 11pm
No reception and no WiFi.
Good place to find what u need
Fabulous. Great. Place.
This pharmacy is a joke. Associates have no idea how to handle a line of people. Working very slowly and unprofessional. Run away to a different pharmacy, save your health and nerves.
Good place to shop
Was called a drug addict for simply trying to fill a prescription that has been to different pharmacies for several emergent reasons, the pharmacist Ariel V is the person in question.
Very good customer service
Friendly and efficient staff.
Excellent service!
Pharmacy takes forever. Go somewhere else
It took them 10 minutes to open the bathroom whitest three customers waited. One employee said the bathroom was closed for cleaning.
F*** you charging 69 cents per banana
Pharmacy service sucks! They make you wait in line twice, when you drop off and pick up. Avoid this store at all costs.
Very good

American pharmacy like all
Geraldin thanks for your attention, delicious food
I loved
Good attention. Very clean
The lady where they sell perfumes seems to have a better deal with some who were in my line with others and attended two people before me and I had to go with another cashier
Everything is fine. ..
I didnt want to see the reviews, and I really didnt.
Because they have a good deal
