The Manager is so overwhelming, she didn’t even let us go inside asking insistently what do we wanted. Also treating the staff so rude. We bought just because our daughter was very exited with the Christmas stuff. Otherwise, I would turn back and go away from that store. The Owners should do something about it.

LOVE coming here. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. While I get annoyed that they discontinue many scents, the ones they offer ere are really good. Bought my new favorite candle there, scent vanilla rose.

First, let me start by saying I love Bath and Bodyworks products and have been buying them for years. I also have visited the Dolphin store numerous times, I went yesterday with my son to browse and pick up a few things. Before I could even walk in I was asked a thousand questions given a sales pitch then proceeded to walk in about 5 feet before the next sales person came at us, long story short in the 3 minutes we were there 5 different sales people (felt like) attacked us. We left without spending a dime. And quite fankly will never go back to that location again. Very inexperienced staff!

Bath and body works is my favorite store to buy body washes, however I would like to see more 75% off retail prices more often. That kind of sale is for budget-conscious people. People who want great smelling lotion for less than 15.50, less than 7.50

It has all the new products.

We went to this store to purchase a gift for my friends birthday party. As we walked in, we saw these bright pink gift boxes on the shelves with the words “You deserve the best.” We also saw the three wick candles and other body products wrapped and tied with a ribbon in beautiful rainbow cellophane all along the top shelves everywhere in the store. They also had signs everywhere you looked there were signs advertising free cellophane. When we went to check out we asked about the pink boxes (which were taped together in a pyramid), the associate was so sweet but said they were out- understandable, it’s likely a high demand item. So we asked about the cellophane. They pulled a clear version of it and so we asked if they had the rainbow version, they did not. As I saw the candle I was purchasing for my friend was already pre-wrapped in the rainbow cellophane on the top shelf, I asked if we could swap for the pre-wrapped version. We were told it wasn’t possible... which was disappointing. The associate folded the clear cellophane with no ribbon and put it in our bag. How do I tie my gift like the advertised product without ribbon? I could tell the associate was put in a hard place, so I thanked him for doing what he could and for being so sweet, and to also to let his manager know they were making a mistake. In my 10 years of retail management experience, my advice is don’t advertise something you don’t have. And in this case it wouldn’t have been that difficult to let us have the pre-wrapped one (no point in advertising it if you don’t have it anyway) or take the signs down. Just disappointing and not very delightful. Might not be back here, but thank you to the young gentleman for trying.

They like to rush you, I had barely made it halfway into the store and they were trying to get me to choose what I wanted and leave.

I SHOP HERE A LOT AND DID NOT FEEL WELCOME! Next time a man comes in with his WIFE AND CHILD dont ignore her. Especially if shes the one paying. Cashier literally looked past me and my daughter, turned her back on us and only spoke to my husband. We proceeded to the checkout and she was steady only talking to him. I tried to engage and ask questions ever time. She even held out a candle for him to smell, but only him because when I reached in she put the lid back on.Anyways, its time to pay. She asked how would you like to pay. I stand there with a Are you serious? Look on my face, and hold up my bank card. It was then she looked at me and saw Oh, the black girl thats been following him around is paying. So her attitude changes real quick.Now all fairness, this is my first bad experience with this store. So please, train your employees to observe who they are engaging with.

Clean and lots of inventory! Very busy at this time of the year, but I loved the excellent customer service with a genuine smile! They went out of their way to help me find the back scrubber I was looking for as well. Theyre were super busy, but they stopped what they were in the middle of what they were doing and walked me right over to the section and handed me the very last one on the shelf. The cashier was so kind and caring as well! She offered her assistance to find the right scents of hand sanitizer if I couldnt find the ones I wanted! WOW!! THIS PLACE ROCKS!!

Something is always on sale or clearance, NOT just those silly buy 2/get 3 free promotions... like I need 5 lotions at once, and like I would ever pay $14.50 for a regular bottle of lotion... just no. So I dont know why anyone would shop at a regular Bath and Body works when this one is huge, has the absolute best selection (yes, current selection, too). On my last trip, I had a FREE BODY CARE ITEM up to $13.50 with ANY purchase coupon. Well, all Halloween items were 50 percent off, so I got a foaming hand soap (50 percent off of $6.50=$3.25) and a Stress Relief Eucalyptus and Spearmint body lotion (MSRP $13.50) free, so each item technically cost about $1.50 each... now THATS my mind of pricing. Several associates have been here for a long time and are very professional: look for JoJo (pronounced Yo-Yo) and Jorge. Spanish and English spoken here. Great place. Get there early on Black Friday... one of the first places to fill up like a madhouse.

Horrible experience! I go to bath and body works every other week. It is the first time I decided to go to the dolphin one and Im regretting every bit of it! Disrespectful cashiers, the manager goes back on his words in terms of coupons, just completely disappointing all around. I am never returning to this store! The international mall one is WAY more prepared and have better customer service. Completely dissapointed at the bad management at this dolphin store. Go to the international mall one instead and save yourself a bad experience!

Always seems to be really busy and frantic, but usually there are great deals to take advantage of. Youll find great buys but be ready to deal with the lines that build up and are kind of disorganized. Regardless, youll find the perfect gift here.

This store is NOT an outlet store anymore!!!!It means that you wont find the retired fragances there anymore!I went to get one of the fragances they discontinued and they told me that they are a regular store now and they will not carry discontinued fragances anymore!!! What a waste of time!If I want to go to their regular store I will go to International mall instead cause it is well located, cleaner and bigger than the ine in Dolphin.FYI...avoid going to the store and instead go to their website...it has good offers all the time!sometimes includes free shipping...offers are better than in stores!
