I placed an order online, I paid shipping the same day it never arrived, the next day they only refunded a part of my money, without any explanation, you cannot contact them because they do not answer by phone or mail. In customer service they say that it is not with them. Then with whom if nobody gives you an answer and they keep your money. very bad service at walgreens, i will never order anything from them again.

I CAME TODAY FOR A COVID-19 VACCINE AFTER I WAS TOLD TO WALK IN ANYTIME AND WAS DENIED TODAY BECAUSE I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT, EVEN THOUGH ALL THEIR ADVERTISING SAID OTHERWISE. AFTER GOING THOUGH ALL WALGREENS WEBSITE IT SAYS NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED FOR THIS VACCINE. THE REASON IM LEAVING THIS HERE BECAUSE COSTUMERS SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME.

The pharmacy is horrible!! How could they play with peoples health like this!

Find everything you need here at decent prices. A shop to 7th Avenue and 67th Street store, or the Walgreens located at Northside shopping center 7900 Northwest 27th Avenue in Miami. Both stores have a pharmacy.

WALGREENS should be ashamed to have this store carry its name. Just because the area you serve is primarily low to moderate income, doesnt mean your standards of professionalism should be lowered.I have been on hold now waiting to speak with the pharmacy for 16:01 minutes and I can literally hear some picking up the phone and placing me back on hold while listening to this awful elevator music.Dont let me get started on the staff that swears in front of customers or the shooting on the property last year. SMDH

Very,Im sorry but I have to say it like this. some the employees are f*****g plain rude in this place. Walked in the store went to get a basket, behind me I hear someone say good morning so I say good morning back the employee at the cash register says to me, I wasnt talking to you she and another customer laughed at me. A few years back I Wanted to get some flavor water that was on sale but some Employees were doing stock Right in front of me, One of the employees talk about me as if I wasnt there saying very Rudely! she can go around theres water on the other side! so I did and what I wanted was not on the other side so I went back grabbed the one I wanted and payed left and the store.

I went in there tonight to print out a picture from my phone and a young lady by the name if Cassandra M. helped me. She is such a sweet person. She got her customer service skills on point. Thank you so much for hiring people with great customer service skills. Hard to find.

This is one of the top selling stores in the Walgreens chain. The manager,Ms.Farina,is an excellent person as well as her staff. They are opened 24 hours,7 days a week. From foods to pharmaceuticals and a great deal of goods for the house as well as personal care.

Terrible service, plus they supposed to close at midnight its only 11:25pm 3 employee standing outside (chat-chat)with half -door closed telling customers we closed at 11:00pm it means Walgreens loosimg business and Im sure those employees want their pay-pay-checks!! Nice attitude ! 3 Employees of the month!!

Had an issue with one of the assistant managers . Her attitude is HORRIBLE. Hopefully after calling corporate on her she develops a better attitude.

Worst Walgreens never have anything in stock the pharmacy never answers and when they do they keep you on a hold over 35 minutes and very rude don’t recommend no one shopping there

I love going here to pick up my medicine although I have to wait an hour but I love waiting and sitting in the air conditioner enjoying that cool breeze. The pharmacy department is the best especially the beautiful michelande she is very fast I love coming here when shes here lol good team work

Just a heads up, i come to this walgreens all the time and they close early all the time. it could be 10:45 and they got that door locked like fort knox smh. they don’t care either they just look at you like you got two heads i swear to god. also yall other reviewers can stop with the whole “this area is ghetto” trope like if u dont like LC then gtfo

This location has the 2nd best pharmacy in my opinion, after the one in NMB on biscayne. However everything else in this location sucks, especially the workers, stay away if you have anger issues because this place is a major trigger. Idk what’s going on here but I rarely see people who show their hate for their job and other people as much as they do here...every single time it’s maybe one nice person and everyone else could give a damn. Maybe I’m just spoiled from the service in north miami.

Good Morning We can do BETTER consider to be open at 7:00 am or at the least 7:30 am weekly. There is a large student population at MDC MEEC right next store that are always waiting outside the store at 7:30 am or 7:45 am before 8 am class to purchase one time or another. The New Presidente supermarket across the street is open yet does not carry all items that Walgreens has.

Staff has always been helpful. Its in a ghetto part of town, not sure what one of the reviewers was expecting.

They dont close at 12am. They actually close at 10:50. Which happens to be 1 hr & 10 mins before the stated time.RIDICULOUS. RUDE & unprofessional

This is one the worst Walgreens I have shopped at...like another person said it is un the ghetto but I have shopped here for years ...it needs to be closed down or fire everyone and hire new people that are willing to work
