Poor customer service at the Pharmacy Department specifically on Aug 2-4.Firstly, the unanswered calls for inquiries. Secondly, once someone actually picks up the phone, you receive an inaudible voice and then a hang up. If you do receive a human voice to assist, the staff person provides incomplete or incorrect information leaving customers frustrated. This specific location needs proper training and professional competence. Its pathetic when customers have to opt to other inconvenient locations just to obtain acceptable customer service. Management get your act together.

Extremly bad service. They never have the full amount of our monthly supply. I would suggest everybody to avoid this pharmacy!

They open the store when they feel like it and the customer service is horrible won’t go back here ever again!

This one of the worst stores I ve ever seen. It doesn’t exist costumer service at all. It’s dark. No positive energies . The employees at photos doesn’t know how to operate the machine to print the photos. Each time I enter at store I don’t see person around . If there are someone is always far away. They never ask if u need help . At this store no one is profesional. When u live the store u fill robbery.

On October 30,2019. I went inside Walgreens to use the western union machine. I sent 200.00 dollars to western union. The store manager Juillen never printed a receipt. He stated he transaction never went through. So I went in the car to call my bank and check my online. It showed on my account Walgreens took 200.00. I tried the transaction again. And Juillen stated it still did not go through. Called my bank and my bank stated two transaction was approved by Walgreens for 400.00 dollars. I called corporate to get things handle. I keep getting run arounds about MY MONEY. I don’t know how Juillen became a store manager . He has the worst attitude and a Liar. He keeps stated corporate suppose to call him, but when I called corporate their saying another things. I just want everyone to know I will be fighting to get my 400.00 dollars back.

Worst store ever!!! Its next to my house and I try to avoid it. Customer service at the pharmacy needs some attention. All of the employeed there look unhappy and are rude as hell!!! The only reason why I stopped was because my daughter really needed the medication asap!! Otherwise I wouldve went else where. Worst by far!!! Stay away from this Walgreens if you can.

Great store went in and got What i needed and bounced out.

Been shopping here for 20 years and while not as many employees as before they have great service and good personal,friendly and patient. The only problem here are the customers that don’t know how to act.

A big store like this and this Walgreens only have one Employee for the whole store how us that fair and ok. Worst customer service EVER

Closings time is 10pm after driving 4 miles I was there 9:55pm. Security guy already locked the door. I saw him behind the glass he said its closed. Horrible store, never again...

Thanks to this store, I decided to switch to cvs and never step again in a Walgreens. I did most grocery shopping here. But the way I was treated the other day, unacceptable.

Despite having appoitment, they go first to forgive without appointments, it is not useful to have a previous cure, after 1 hour I still have not had the vaccine. And no seats to wait in line.
