This is by far one of my favorite stores. This trip I had a bday gift coupon so we were in and out in under 10 minutes!

The best customer service I ever have in a Sephora store! All the girls are so nice and they help you in everything!

This is one of the best Sephora locations I have been too. The employees were able to quickly direct me to the product I was looking for and i was in and out within minutes. Gotta love that.

I am a chill person. One of the check out ladies dark hair Hispanic, mid 28_34 average height. She was so rude to me because Im darker. I was in front of the line waiting to be assisted to check out and she told me to go to the back of the line. The line was in the back. I was awaiting for at least 7 min. She saw me, but got firm as she told me to go back . The white couple that was next were signaled to step forward. They hesitated and told the counter lady I was correct and I was first. She apparently didnt want to help me because she wanted someone else to come off the floor to check me out. I told her she could do it herself why choose the people behind me. She proceeded to check me out. I did nothing but smile and say to her wow, you were truly out of line. This was all in front of my son who is 10. So way to go, Maam and Sephora. Last time I go to there even the store. I will be spreading the word that at that store they dont all take politeness to darker skin tones. Truly sad

I went into the Sephora in the design district today for some skin care products, and immediately Amanda helped me out! She was extremely informed and helped me find a daily exfoliated as well as very moisturizing facial cream. Just got home and did my skin care routine incorporating the products she recommended and I’m already so thankful for her knowledge. Thank you Amanda!!

We end up at this Sephora by coincidence and it was great because my Mom needed to check out some products.The place, as usual, was neat, with nice background music, all the products and prices we are used to but I didnt like the fact that no one came to ask if we needed any help.If it wasnt for a computer they had, we wouldnt find the cream my Mom was looking for.

I always like visiting Sephora at any location. This store, in the Miami Design District, is relatively new. Staff are friendly and helpful. I got some great moisturizer and it was on sale.

The ladies here are normally awesome. Always willing to helpand go above and beyond. I had broken my little Sephora mirror that I have used for years and one of the ladies searched around until she found one even though they dont really carry them anymore. ❤️

Went I into store looking for something specific... an Eyelash Curler - The Girl Greeting didn’t even know what an Eyelash curler was!... after I explained... she took me to the Lash section... then Quickly I noticed the Eyelash curlers were on the other end. Didn’t see the one I Liked... so I inquire about Nars eyelash curler... and Bobbi Browns. Both weren’t available.... because they aren’t sold?! What?! - A friend of mine Needed Nail Polish Remover and THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY - What!?

Great service and big selection of products

I went in to purchase the JA Palette and some fenty products however no one assisted me. Its so sad because they literally run to help the white customers. After helping myself for about 15 minutes I over heard the sales clerk telling another customer about the Sephora perk where you can get a free facial if you spend over $75 well I spent nearly $200 and no one even mentioned it to me so after checking out I asked about it and cashier said that I would need to come back another day because they were too busy but I noticed another lady receiving the facial and there were only about 4 customers in the store so its a week later and I am heading over when they open if they try to deny the facial again Im returning everything and taking my money somewhere else.

This is my new favorite Sephora !! The staff is amazing! I went looking for a foundation and wasn’t sure where to even start, they made it such a great experience and helped me find my perfect match !

Difficult to park and not as much variety as other branches. I definitely hated the loud reggaeton as soon as you walk in. Staff is very unwelcoming and unfriendly.

I liked the location, they are kind to customers. The only thing is that they dont offer you product samples unless you ask for them and they still give you almost nothing ... its a shame because they dont give you the opportunity to try new products and maybe buy them later.
