The dermatologist and aestheticians are all great and will make your treatments enjoyable/as painless as possible. Always worth getting a second opinion so that you are committed to and confident in your skincare plan.The center is beautifully decorated and you can tell that Dr Dozier and staff take time to create a pleasant environment.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! I’ve have done hydra facial 3 weeks before my CO2 láser. My skin felt amazing right after procedure and stayed like that for days almost weeks…. I’m almost 2 months after laser and I’m noticing changes on weekly basis (tighten skin and much less fine lines and wrinkles)I have to say that Dr. Lauren is absolutely fenomenal. The energy of BCC is very friendly and positive. You really feel like it’s been taking care of you. Whole staff is very caring. I’m definitely coming back for Hydrafacial and some more procedures. 100% worth it!!! It’s difficult to find Dr. and personnel with energy like that. This is the Med Spa u wanna visit!!! Oh and designe and overall look of the Spa is just wow … brand new, the newest technology! And you don’t pay for consultation!!! My previous Dermatologist charged me 150$ for 5 min talk. I been talking to Dr. Lauren for good 30-40 min and if I needed any answers, her personnel was always available to answer all my messages almost immediately. THANK YOU !

It was good service and attention even though i had to wait 20 min. After that they explained everything but they never said that the consultation was $200 as said on the receipt. I said I did not want the product and a bunch of sharks came at me with high pressure sales tactics until I paid and I was never told the individual price of the products and there is one products that was almost $200. There are no signs on the store with the return policy, you only see that “final sales, no refund” in the electronic receipt after you paid. That is deceiving and unfair. I am expecting a call back as you promised and failed to call me back.

My friend went and got ripped off with $435 in face products. After he paid he saw the receipt says no refunds and there is nothing in the store that advises this. They use really shady and high pressure sales practices. Would not recommend unless you like being lied to.

Bought a groupon for this location for botox and after hearing other patients and their pitch I bought other services. I spent over $6K in this location without results. They are very nice and friendly and will push you to continue to buy, they will offer “free” services then tell you it’s dependent on you buying something else after you buy what they advise. I spent 3k alone on a procedure that showed no results and upon my complaints, was advised they’d offer free services if i spent another 3k to do a different area. Spent $1800 per 9 sessions of emsculpt, did not get all my sessions—the admins make mistakes in writing down appointments then you as the customer are out the money and services without regard. Highly regret wasting my time and money here.

I was referred here by a friend and reluctantly went in for laser hair removal. I was apprehensive as I have never had any cosmetic procedures. But time is cruel and a few ugly hairs had grown on my face.The appointment process was easy. Parking is readily available behind the center. They even called to confirm and and follow-up.The staff was great explaining the procedure and what I should expect. Lisa took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable and secure. Best part is that those few ugly hairs are mostly gone. Ill be back soon for a follow-up. Thanks for the great service!

My skin looks and feels amazing, and I have noticed a significant improvement since I have been doing hydra facials with Liz. Liz is sweet and provides excellent service. She exhibits passion in her work and expresses vast knowledge in skin care. She recommended 3 products that I use at home and they are working wonders.

Absolutely cannot understand why I was charged when I cancelled my appointment. Be careful with this business. Very hard to deal with and get someone on the phone but boy they get a credit card from you for sure. Bad business moves equal bad reviews, less than a star not even in Brickell.

This was by far the best experience Ive ever had getting Botox. They were so nice and so thorough!!! Ive been to several offices in Chicago and a couple in Miami struggling to find the right place. The staff here was so accommodating and the Nurse Injector (Nicole) was the best Ive experienced.

This place does not respect your time and pushes products they probably get kickbacks for rather than what you request.I scheduled an appointment online with their easy scheduling system. Great. Unfortunately, I get called 3 days later and told that I cannot have a appointment that day. OK, so I reschedule. They call me 2 weeks before, 1 week before, and text me the day before to confirm my appointment. I am a busy mom and physician so my schedule is hectic and finding time for myself is such a rare treat. I happen to have a lighter day at work so I scheduled an appointment at 530 (so rare to get out this early) to finally take care of myself for a change.I get to the appointment. The consultation felt like she wasnt even listening. After I turn down the product she is pushing and state exactly what I want, the nurse goes to get what she needs, but they are out. Even though I went in to get this exact treatment.Then the doctor says to me, do you want something different? Im so frustrated I walk out. On my way they offer to reschedule... Does Tuesday mid-afternoon work for you? NO, it doesnt. Im a hard working mom and expect you to respect my time and schedule by being prepared for the services you so eagerly booked.They called on my drive home and offered me a hydrafacial. I wont have time in my schedule to book a facial, so hardly a constellation for the hours you wasted being unprepared.Overall, Im very disappointed with this experience. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I love this place. I got the Spahh Facial with Elizabeth and she is the best. It’s really hard to find a spa to get a great facial back home in Pennsylvania. I remember getting a facial 3 years ago at Brickell Cosmetic and i loved it. By far the best deep facial I have ever received. Elizabeth was thorough explaining every step to me and giving me advice on using Obagi products and made me realize the harm I was doing to my face. She did an amazing extraction which is the #1 thing I look for in a facial. Overall i give them 5 stars and I would give them more if i could. Love this Spa.

I visited Brickell cosmetic center to get rid of my underarm darkness and they suggested me to go through laser treatment. After the 3rd treatment they say its not possible to remove the darkness at any cost.I am not impressed with the service at all.

They are great sales people!! Ive been going to this place for over a year now and tried many treatments. When I brought up to their attention a concern I had with two of my treatments, they did not seem interested at all in listening and the person in charge just sent me to speak to one of their attendants. Julie, the owner, never had time for me.... Their solution the attendant offered was for me to pay again for the treatments! Are you kidding me! There was no sense of care or customer service. As long as you are ready to keep wasting your money, this is the place for you. I even spoke to Julies husband, Ernesto, also an owner, and didnt get back to me. I really tried, but clearly my business was not important to them.

Not children friendly!I went there for appointment for a regular microdermabrasion and it was already suspicious that I was barley able to get in because there is no stroller/wheelchair friendly entrance! And then the woman let me know that I cant bring my 1 year old baby inside and also they dont watch him while the 30 minutes treatment. That said its dangerous to bring a baby inside the room! Crazy!

Ive been going to BCC for many years and it has always had great customer service, very professionals cosmetologists, with a wide range of services to choose from, and if you need help, they can always tell you what is best for your skin type.

Services and equipment are really good but prices are still a little higher compared to other spas’. I have been seen by Eli and Liset and they are very kind and provide excellent service (microderm and lumicell, respectively).
