There are many Beauty Exchange stores throughout Dade and Broward, but what stands out for me about this location are the young women who work there. They are always very pleasant and willing to assist you, even if you are not sure what you may need they will work with you unbothered to help you decide on what will work for you. This is why I will pass 2-3 other stores just to come here

This store need to do a better job with displayed pricing. I should not have to carry items to the front to know the price of the item. The merchandise should have the prices on them . The selection is hit or miss, seems like they dont stock crochet hair well. I dont The pricing is a bit inflated to ME compared to other stores. I shop them becasue theyre local but they arent my first choice.

The prices are usually affordable. This is great for people who want to save money. The employees that work here now (1/09/2021) seem very nice and was helpful. The manager is sneaky and you have to keep an eye on him. To me, the way employees make people feel when they come to your store is EVERYTHING. If the owner had better character and paid employees more the customer service would be better. Some people can open up a store and never take the time to work on their leadership skills. If they’re going to hire people to work under them, learn how to be more respectful. Customer can feel when employees aren’t being treated right because it will trickle down on the customer.I AM A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER BUT I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE ANYMORE.

Ive lived in Miami Gardens for some time now and have been going to this store. Ever since I first started learning about weave and extensions, as a young black girl I was proud to have a store close to me where there were other people of my color who knew products that worked for people like me. Natural hair can be exhausting and Im glad the sales associates are always patient and prepared to help. Whether I need a wig and Im just learning lace techniques or a simple ponytail, theyve made shopping a great experience. In a world where they tear down black girls for their looks, I always feel comfortable walking into a safe space that will help me find what I need without judgment. Unlike other places where the girls behind the counter are rude. Their prices are always great and you can always find things quickly because they keep up with their store. Great place to shop! They have good quality hair for any budget. I love it here. Highly recommend

They always have the best wigs but the worst service ever!!! They act as if it is a privilege to shop at their store and they always act as if the customers are bothering them. Thats so crazy to me.

The staff wasnt friendly. No spoke or ask me if I needed help. The lady with the short blonde hair didnt even speak or ask me for help. I stayed in the store ten minutes. No onr never said anything bad business. I will not go there again.

I love beauty exchange ! I been going here ever since I was a young girl, every female in my family shops here. My mother gets all my hair care products from here and I appreciate what it has done for my growth. I recommend anybody to come here for all items that you need.

I love beauty exchange. I just bought this beautiful jerry curly lace front human wig and it is beautiful . It was super affordable and honestly a great investment. The name of the wig is Mayde beauty style is Atlantis curl. You guys should check them out. All of there wigs are affordable and the employees are super helpful.

Best place to get cheap hair and products. Ladies if you buy any lace wig, please keep your receipt with you. You can get it done for free inside the hair store. All you have to do is show the lady your receipt first. Because, she will ask for your receipt so she can do your hair. Without the receipt, you wont get it done. Beauty Exchange have nice workers and great customer service.😍😍💯

Once again Sonia slayed my hair. She does a great job she is fast fair and makes sure you dont look a hot mess. The staff there are hilarious they will keep you laughing. They have tons of wigs human and synthetic. My hair this time was done with Solana from the What lace line beautifully done.
