Their smells are amazing! The candles last a long time and do make the entire house smell good. Wait for the sale prices and you can get them as low as $9! Their hand soaps, and wallflowers are amazing too!!

This is a great location for Bath and Body works, as you can park easily and jump out and in the store, as opposed to going into a mall! The also have a large White Barn candle area there. Most importantly the people there were really nice and helpful!!

I hate that their scents go out of rotation and you kind of have to buy in bulk or wait around until they decide to do a throwback during their semi-annual. However, I was in for my Bergamot waters and Maria was the most helpful human, hilarious too. Great little store!!! Great customer service.

Wow moment I had to get the Managers name! I was so pleased with this store how well Vivian the Manager and her team ran the store with the candle sale today. What I loved about her, under-so-much- stress she always kept smiling and kept informing the customers about what is going in the store and moving traffic. I was in the store 3hrs and I observed. Kudos to Vivian and your team.

I went to the store today, I was very sad because when I arrived to pay the cashier doesnt accepted my 20% off coupon that I had in my phone, I showed him the picture but doesnt work he told me that the coupon have to be in paper .Is there any new regulation ?I always use pictures coupon in every store. Please can someone has the answers.Thank you

Smells amazing all the way into the parking lot. Super attentive staff. Variety of scents and formats to enjoy them in (lotions, sprays, bodywashes, candles, soaps, etc.) Great layout, orderly. Sink available for testing product on hands/face. Lots of deals and coupons. Lots of time to return unwanted purchases. Lots of fun on a date.

My 9-year old daughter had an emergency on Monday evening (12/18) in which she had to use the bathroom immediately. Bath and Body Works at The Palms of Town and Country did not allow my daughter to use the restroom.I understand that there is a policy in which the bathroom is only for employees. However, isnt it obvious that if a child has an emergency, that an exception should be made.I also understand that it is corporate policy for safety reasons that the bathroom is not for public services. However, knowing this, my daughter could have been escorted by an employee and myself, to make sure that she was safe.The truth is that an exception should have been made. The name of the store manager was Monica. On top of what was mentioned above, Monica was very rude in delivering the policy, not at the caliber of how a store manager should deal with an emergency.

My cousin attempted to shop at this location the other day during the candle sale but upon attempting to enter the store in her wheelchair was told by employees she was not allowed in because her chair would be in the way of other customers. This is clear violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act and completely unacceptable so I urge others to not shop at this location.

All their locations are really good, but the customer service in this location is superb!! huge selection on candles, plenty of parking, always promotions going on, and the quality of their products are fabulous!

What an unbelievably disappointing experience I had at this store. I should have listened to the other reviews. Rude doesnt even begin to describe the people who worked there. No one asked if I needed any help although there were multiple workers just standing around. And then to boot they left a register to chase after each other!!! What kind of business is this? I explained the candle was for a gift and asked if they could wrap it for me, and I was told by Cristina NOPE, we dont do that. Are you kidding me? I will NEVER return to this store.Instead, I will drive the extra 20 mins to the Falls location. Even without air conditioning in 80 degree weather, they were all AMAZING. Offering to help pick scents, getting me a bag, OFFERING to wrap (I didnt even have to ask!) and just being so much nicer. I spent 4 times as much money as I was planning but did so with pleasure because if the people there. Take my advice, skip The Palms and go to The Falls.

Its not that I dislike the stire, its like they change their philosophy. The place is expensive and the items on sale are still expesive for the average consumer. Havent actually bought anything lately over a year. I check around once in a while, but my money goes longer at other stores.

The manager here by the name is Janet store # 2289 located at The Palms in Town and Country mall in Kendall, has no customer service skills... She let me leave the store without my purchase because she didnt want to take a coupon code without the physical coupon, which she stated that she was going to throw away anyway. Its hard to deal with stupid people. tried to give me some drama that she was being whatched by a camera and that if she entered the code without the coupon in her hand, she was going to receive a call from security.... Hahahah...What does this lady think? That I am an idiot...They give out coupons by the dozen. I have shopped at 3 different bath and bodyworks this week and no one has asked me for a physical coupon... All they need is the code...Going foward I will take my business else where. This lady just made bath and bodyworks loose customer of years over a coupon code. I will make sure to tell everyone of what happen to me there... I can buy creams anywhere.
