I usually do not write reviews, but Mr. Ricardo from the printing department deserves to be praised publicly. I went to get bond spiral on some pages, and he did a marvelous job. Ricardo was not only friendly but fast as well. He treats clients very nicely, and he always has a smile on his face. He was alone and had many clients, and that did not affect the quality of his job. He is a great worker, and in my opinion, he deserves to be promoted.

This is the best place to resupply your business or home office. They always keep a good stock on products and they always have specials discounts on selected items. If you are running needing some prints this is the perfect place because is most of the time empty. They have great customer service and always available to help.

Do not use the text service. Just make your line, if not, they won’t call you. I got there, there is a HUGE sign that says that there are no lines, so I texted, sent my name and last name when prompted, it was supposed to be my turn, but some people that were just waiting in line were taken care of before even asking for their names. I was trying to follow YOUR rules, but I guess it doesn’t work like that. Gotta check on your rules. Thank you for not helping me.

Faxing at office max is highway robbery. Over 2 dollars a page. A job application cost me 16 dollars after tax to fax 7 pages. Dont ever give them your business. Find another place to handle your documents. Thieves.Additional info as of 10/14/2020. I emailed the owner below at the requested email the day they posted it, and I have had no one reach out to try and make things right.Also additionally my receipt shows $2.06 in tax for a 15.63 $subtotal. That is ~14% sales tax when the sales tax in south florida/miami is 7%. That is just another level of thievery.

Came to print a few pages before work. Apparently there is no line for printing you have to text a number and wait until they text you back so they can attend you. Cool no problem. I notice about 3 people got in a line and were attended immediately. When i finally got in the line the office max employee tells me the computers are occupied and that i would have to wait or i can email the office max email to print. Cool no problem. As i walk to the printer another office max worker calls my name to go to where she is, tells me to use a computer and pull up the things im going to print, so i do that. And i wait...and wait.....and wait....and ive already been standing there for 20 mins. Mine you i had been waiting for my office max text 30 mins prior to that. Walked right on out. Don’t waste your time here. Bad customer service.

Great experience. I went their with a neighbor in search of a labtop. The sales rep was very nice and honest. The two was really customer service oriented.

Employees and managers never say hello, good morning or thank you. Assistance in the shopping isles in non existent. Employees not well versed on return policy, coupon or computer use.

I had a bad experience with this business because I went to send a fax and they charge $1.89 for the first page and $1.69 for additional pages. You think this is expensive and too much money and you think that you will be pay for the Florida tax. No no... they charge additional 2 taxes without telling you. I talked to the manager and he told me that they do not need to inform that to the customer. He did not void the transaction and tried to do a good customer service. Luis did not care at all.🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓

At the copy center the service is terrible, I wait and wait and wait for someone to help me but a guy with glasses will take only the clients he please, they dont even look at you. I left the store after 45 minutes, with out my prints, the printer had the wrong paper :(

Poor service and rude personal....

I came here to pick up a desk chair I ordered online. I was recieved by 3 very puzzled employees who could not find the chair. After 15 min of searching ... The man came back to say, uhhh the chair is no where to be found. The system said we have 2 chairs but I cant find them... We can order for you and ship to your house... What is the point of that?? I wanted my chair today. I am an Amazon Prime member, but I found a chair I really liked here so I took a chance... Needless to say, I went back to my car and ordered a similar chair with Amazon Now. The chair was waiting for me by the time I got home, and it was great!

Dont ever buy the OfficeMax branded Med Ball Point pens. They are horrible. They are worse than horrible. Every single pen has failed, some after only a few strokes. The ink cartridge just retracts into the pen and you cant get it back. The other value added problem is if they cant even make a decent pen then what else is horrible that they branded? What a waste of time and money.

Very good attention from Mr. Ricardo and Jonatan, one of the best user experiences I have had.

I arrived at this place to get 4 copies, use the computer I sent to print and they charged me $ 2.68 0.60 for the copies and 1.90 why the cashier was attracting the copies and charging them for me that is a robbery they dont tell you they charge you that when you arrive you have to send A text message to a # to be attended to and a line is formed that you have to wait, I dont buy again in this place.

The service is too slow to print personally with the team, they only have one person working to help you, little attention from the staff

A star because it is the lowest that can be qualified but they dont deserve that. This semester I visited this place a lot with very bad experience every time I go with my son who will print his plans for school. What terrifies me of this place is the lack of respect for customers from the printing department, every time we print these plans they charge us differently, but the detail here is always the same measures and the same quality of paper that does not It has never changed and has been changing from $ 40 until today that has been $ 131.42. I dont know if it is incompetence of the employees, or if they are stealing, I dont really know. But today I felt like they robbed me and if you say something the employees laugh in your face as if this were something funny. I leave my opinion here I will go to the TV to see if they can look for an answer to so much disrespect to customers.
