This Staples location on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami is a great place to go for all things office supply needs and printing. I really like the location and being able to get in and out with exactly what you need. The staff here is very accommodating and involved. Good experience each time I have been here.

It’s a shame4-30-21 UpdateThe copy area has been getting super crowded lately. The self-serve area machines may break every now and then -which happened to me recently. The closest clerks to this area are handling the customers in the long line for the copy center. This area is packed in comparison to the check-out line by the door. I was seeing more employees at check-out, some even wondering around when I think management should be sending the copy center some help.I’ve been coming to this Staples since I moved to the area back in 2017. I buy all of my kids’ school supplies here, masks, do printing, get my work supplies here as well and do quality printing for work and my son’s school projects. The print quality is impecable and they also use a special kind of paper for color prints so it definitely looks more professional. There’s a self-serve area with 3 machines that you can use to print, scan, copy. They are simple to use and you also get the same quality as if you went to the associate at the counter. Good thing to know is that Staples will price match to popular competitor. The list is on their website.

I was greeted by a sales person as soon as I walked in the front door. Try getting there at Office Depot. Staples didn’t have much of a selection of display models for laptops so I will have to go somewhere else but I still had a pleasant experience and found the sales help around when I needed them

This place literally has nothing in stock. I feel like im shopping in Cuba when I come here. What kind of place that specializes in office equipment doesnt have printers and essential items in stock. I ask the manager to please sell me a floor display item because there was none in stock and she flat out said no. Rude manager poor customer service and lacking what you come to buy. I went to target and found the printer and items i was looking for at a better price. F U staples!

Terrible customer service in the printing department and they started charging a convenience fee of 30% if you want your project completed at that time, otherwise the fee is waived if you come back the next day.

Worst service I’ve seen in a while. I don’t know why I insisted in getting things printed here. There’s always a massive line, the staff is extremely slow and inefficient. I stayed in line for 40 minutes without anyone being taken care of. Went to Office Depot and got what I needed in 15 minutes.

Really nice and helpful staff for printing and faxing. Dasha was so very kind and courteous as well as everyone. It’s nice to have local supplies and office services in the neighborhood so you don’t have order online. Note to new landlords - Renew!

Why do you offer store open up to 9:00 pm but scanning closes 8:30?I arrived 8:34 and even though someone was attending at the printing area, he didnt want to scan something for me? I arrived 26 minutes before store closes, not 5 minutes before

Nice store and good selection of products, but why cant you just walk to the register and pay for your stuff without being asked 21 questions? You dont need my telephone number and email address!? Why would you offer me a warranty on a $10 item?

The place is fine. Good useful stuff and good selection. Location is a bit questionable. I have seen homeless people walking in and running out with stolen items. I won’t go after dark

Horrible customer service, had a custom banner for an event this was supposed to be completed in 4 days but it took 8 days and no valid reason was given. The workers are in a blur, horrible customer service, provided a “I don’t care” mind set. It’s okay 👌 I’m one person out of many....

Great customer service. An order for my company was messed up and was set for pick up at the store our of my area. The employee Erika drove the order to the location near my company to help fix the issue. And then when i asked if i could just have them ship it to my office, they did. Erika left a sweet note with my shipped order that arrived this morning. Apologize for the mix up and wishing me a good day. Thing like this will keep my companies business. Even after an issue surfaced it was easily resolved and beyond expectations. Great job Erika! submitting more reviews to show she is a asset to the company. Way to go staples.

If you have around 2-3 hours to spare and you need to print a small document, this is your place. I’ve been to this place probably 4-5 times and every single time it’s been around 45 minutes just to print a simple document (even if there’s literally 1 person in front of me). The staff in the printing section is so slow and they just not care at all how many people are waiting in line.

They charge you 90 cents per page printed out of the internet PLUS 30 cents per minute you spend there with a very slow server. It took me 5 min to print out 2 copies of my personal email PLUS taxes. My bill came up to almost $5 for two printed copies!! Biggest rip off!! Best bet is to bring your flash drive with the file you want to print already saved and have them print the copies out for you!

Sooo slow. Every time I come to this location to do a simple printing job, the line goes on forever, there are rarely enough employees and little to no customer attention. I dread having to come to this location but unfortunately it is the only one that is accessible to me. Please attend to your customers with a bit more respect. Thank you!

Best to come off peak hours. Weekdays copy center is packed. Came in during the evening had no problems getting my printing done with no lines.

Middle aged male Cashier was rude and unhelpful when I politely asked him a simple question about my reward card membership. If I could give it no stars I would but a young guy was helpful with my ink purchase. It was new years day and the cashier was such a jerk who clearly does not need to be in the customer service business. Not sure why they would hire someone like that.

The printing department needs to improve its customer service skills. They had 3 associates, the place was empty, how ever none of them wanted to move out of the chair. I asked about the poster sizes available & prices, their answer was that depends. This makes no sense, I was asking for what they offered... frustrating.... 😒

Was there yesterday to buy a laptop. Sales associate ROSA was extremely helpful.

The two young ladies working print 10/28 at a little after 1 were amazing, helpful and patient.

These kids are doing a great job for the minimum wage that theyre getting paid. Theyre handling things for you that apparently you couldnt handle for yourself so calling them Clueless sounds kind of funny. The kid who was helping me stumbled a couple times but he worked through every issue that I had while he was dealing with 3 other people. Seemed to me like he was trying really hard. Cut these guys some slack.

I used to bring me and my wifes computers to this Staples to have the tech Mark fix them and protect us from viruses. However, I come to find from another employee the store no longer employs him on questionable reasons. I find this disappointing and a mistake on Stapless part as he was the only knowledgeable tech in the store and provided me and my wife with exceptional customer service and respect, especially due to our lack in technical backgrounds. I used to ONLY ask for his services, no one else. To be honest, while the staff here is nice, he was the only one who knew anything about the services and products to a level we found satisfactory to our needs.I have since reached out and luckily found my way to Mark recently, he is still providing tech services as his own private business. I am sorry to say I will no longer be doing my business at Staples and will be continuing with Mark. This is a real disappointment as I have also done my business cards and printing here, spending at times hundreds of dollars on my various architectural projects, but upon what I had heard that happened to this ambitious young man, it is a real disgrace on this stores part and I feel should be voiced on my part as a consumer. I hope upper management reads this and takes note on how to hold on to good employees, because Staples on Biscayne is now losing a tech and printing client, and I am sure Im not the only one. Very sad and disappointing!

Never request a print job from this store. EVER. After being on hold for over 35 MINUTES someone finally answered the phone to tell me the color printer was down. Well if the printer isnt working then why does it take over 35 minutes to answer the phone?? Its not like the moron is doing anything! Despite the wait and not getting my prints on time the moron on the other line had the never to cut me off everytime I spoke and was extremely unprofessional and rude. The manager clearly does a horrible job hiring. I would avoid this store all together. Zero star review.

Needed a charger for my phone, good prices and friendly service.

I submit a document to pick up 24 hours to Jacqueline and it was the worst experience ever. For 3 days straight, the document was never printed nor laminate. I kept going back just to get the document, everyday a different associate gives me the run around. I dont know about other ppl but I will never go back there. Office depot just got my business.

I had my window smashed and got my MacBook Pro stolen which was inside of a briefcase on the floor of the front passenger seat. This seems to be a common occurrence at this store due to no visible cameras pointing in the direction of the parking lot or no cameras period. Before I entered the store to say something, one of the employees came out to the parking lot and asked if everything was Ok, he said it was “smash and grab” and that it happens all the time. After I told him what happened to my car, he was quick to point out the new signs that read they are not responsibie for theft or damage to vehicles. The strange thing is I never even had mentioned to anybody what had happened yet when he came out to the parking lot. This same incident happened the day before and seems to be happening quite often. I was only there to print out documents so in a 15 minute timeframe they broke into my car. My hunch is somebody from the store knows about these break-ins. This happened around 4 pm, in plain daylight and my vehicle was steps away from the door entrance to store. Wouldn’t recommend this store.

Print my documents were alittle difficult by Dasha and her team made printing possible for me. I like the way the printers have USB options and other outlets to print, scan and email.

I asked a simple question to find a special eraser and one of the Hispanic stock clerks freaked out on me like I had the audacity to interrupt whatever she was doing. I notified management and they couldnt care less steer clear of this location.

The service at this Staples is non existent! The employees could very well be mummies! The sales assistant, who is supposed to ASSISTING customers is clueless! I just asked for assistance getting something down from a very high shelf and she looked at me like I was from Mars. She supposedly called someone - who NEVER arrived! I think that it wouldnt be (or at least shouldnt be) very well seen if Staples Corporate office knew that I had to get up on a crate to pull and find items myself! Hmmm... TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES OR LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

Had a horrible experience at this staples store. Brushed off by same assistant twice after paciently waiting in line twice to be helped. He disappear on me twice! Not even the manager was willing to help at making a print and faxing it., very simple to do. Left after an hour, feeling extremely frustrated by lack of consideration from people working at this place of business.

This is the most disturbingly inefficient and disrespectful place ever, the employees obviously dont get paid enough to be polite, and they act on that so evidently. They also barely know anything about what theyre selling or the service theyre providing, therefore, you better know what youre going in for.The copy center? I dont think theres a word that can be used to express the lack of incompetence they have. Its sickening. The store NEEDS to be closed down, or NEEDS a new team. The short Spanish guy whos name is Irv or something with glasses, he needs to learn better training and manners.Only reason why it gets a one star is because there is no option for no stars.

Poorly stocked, employees not customer focused

Over priced but one of the last places to go for computer peripherals.

I ordered a resume to be printed and cut at certain dimensions and they forgot to cut it. I pick up my order hours later, take it home, and see that it was a rush job and the paper is not evenly cut at the dimensions that I need it. Disappointing. Waste of my time.
