I was going to turn in my phone (I bought a newer iPhone) and realized the back was cracked. After getting a high price quote from another store I googled and found this shop. I got a professional service at an affordable cost. I appreciate good and honest service providers. I would recommend anyone here who needs a phone repaired. It looked perfect when he finished. I have not needed a computer repair in a long time. But Angel has saved me many times with my older computers. I feel that many people price gauge and overprice their services to fix computers or salvage lost files. Angel’s prices are the most fair. He has fixed my older computers various times, restored my files when My computers have crashed. These computers still work and one is 17 years old (I use it when I need autocad or to retrieve old files) !! I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

My Alienware R8 crashed with Blue screen of Death, try every thing and contact Alienware customer service ( since my warranty was expired they never returned my calls. They gave me a good competitive quote for replacing the power jack on my laptop. Keep in mind that I was really anxious to install new parts that I had just received. PC911 maybe took an extra day than I expected in checking the laptop for other issues, but it was comprehensive and they were able to explain the process as I probably called one too many times. Scam artists! Every time I have brought a laptop or a phone in it always coincidentally the “logic board “ that needs to be replaced. They have told me 3 different prices and then call me back an hour later after they have the product in hand and tell me another price 2 to 3 hundred more than the original quote. Save yourself the time money and headache and just head over to CPR (cell phone repair) located on us1 they fix everything quick reasonable and without trying to scam hard working people out of their money!

I took a mini laptop to PC911 and they did a fantastic job fixing it. The staff if very friendly and courteous and I am very satisfied with the the job they did and the price they gave me. I went to fix the LCD screen of my Mac Book Pro mid 2012 and they fixed it in a few short days. Although a bit expensive, they called me a few days later letting me know it was done. They even had the courtesy of cleaning & charging my mac. Their service was amazing, they explain everything really well, and they did an amazing job rather than waiting for Apple to fix it.

Really good place, the owner is straight forward and will tell you if the repair is worth the price before taking the job. I fix my computers, but at the time of the repair I had my grandfather in the hospital and couldnt spend the time on a repair; so I brought it here. I knew the PC needed a clean OS install, the owner agreed w/ the diagnostic, the price was right and the results were EXCELLENT. This place should really get more visits, the only problem is that the parking lot is somewhat hard to get into.

They wanted to charge me $60 just to tell me why my macbooks screen wouldnt turn on. Not to fix it; just diagnose it. It is a common problem that can usually be fixed in five minutes by reconnecting the screen circuits to the motherboard. I took it somewhere else and they did it fast and for free, like that sort of repair should be.Scammers that werent even welcoming.

First time I walked into this establishment I was surprise how attentive the technician was. He automatically did a diagnostic on my laptop . Found the issues that plagued my laptop. Gave me a very fair quote. Lap top was ready on promised date. Working perfectly. I have recommended this establishment to several of my colleagues. Let me start at the beginning to see how great this place is! Bear with me... I found PC911 browsing around the internet to get my macbook fixed. I had taken it to the apple store 1st they told me it was something small to replace, they replaced the part within a week but still would not work. They called me later saying they can send it to a service tech out of state to replace the entire display and they would charge me almost $600 but they could not guarantee that it would work! I called 3-4 places all said min around $300 without even looking at the computer. So i find pc911 and speak to Angel he said pass by, when i arrived he gave me a quote that was so low i didnt believe it. I figured they would hike up the price but man was i wrong!! He fixed all the issues and put in a new OS for me no charge! The price stayed as promised...an fixed the issue in a matter of days! If you are on the fence about coming here dont! I’ve had my iPhone screen repaired, I’ve had the charging dock on my iPhone repaired. I’ve had my iPhone camera repaired, I’ve had my laptop updated from 8gb of ram to 16gb of ram and antivirus installed. I’ve had another laptop wiped clean and a new OS installed, and now tomorrow I’ll be taking in another computer because the screen is deciding to not turn on while the computer is. I also referred a coworker of mine to fix the power button on her metro ZTE to this place and they delivered. A review of this place is LONG OVER DUE. These people are fast, professional, and reliable. I will never take any of my devices anywhere else. Worst experience at this place. Please stay away, not only is bad professionalism but personnel are sadistic, very impolite. I was in hell dealing with them.and they knew it, they did nothing to alleviate my agony, on the contrary,I was mistreated and offended. Less than zero I give the place.

Less than two years ago I bought I bought a high priced Macbook from Bestbuy this is perhaps the fourth Macbook I have purchased from there in the last 10 years. When I purchased this particular laptop I remember that the sales staff was much more interested in selling me the extended warranty than in finding the computer that best suited my needs. I declined when I was told that for warranty, they ship to California to analyze the issue and then get back to you within several weeks to a month wether it is fixable or not and often times send you a refurb. As well I recalled that Apple no longer qualified the battery under warranty which is what had made it worth it before.My Macbook, which uses the usb-c to charge stoped taking a charge and after doing some research I learned that it was a pretty common issue with my particular model which was the first to come out with the touch bar on top.I took my laptop to the Bestbuy on bird rd., where I had purchased it hoping that maybe there had been a policy change or that since it had been a known defect they would be able to help me. At this point I will not fault the geek squad employees as they are bound to their script and told me what i had already known that they would have to ship it out for analysis, that it would be several weeks, that i would have to pay shipping and return, that their was no guarantee it would be fixed, that it would cost me minimum $1200-$1800 dollars......... but they could sell me a new one and full price along with an extended warranty that would leave me in the same place I stood than.I resigned myself to keep searching for a better solution and as I left the store and the shopping center I noticed a small computer and phone repair shop close buy and decided to pull in and speak with them because I had nothing to lose and a quick glance at their reviews seemed mostly positive. Meeting the owner and staff right away you get a sense of how knowledgeable they are and that they enjoy what they are doing. They took the time to discuss with me the issue and plugged my laptop to several chargers to insure the issue was not the charger or cable. I was given a very reasonable quote, outlined all my options, asked to pay a small deposit and given receipt that they were holding my Macbook. I was told to give them 7-10 days to hear back from them, and after two weeks I called to inquire. As soon as I gave my information they new who I was and what I was referring too. To my great relief and delight they had it working and asked me to give them a few more days so that they could run some tests. The next day they called to say it was ready and I picked it up a couple days later when I was in the area. It has since been a month and my laptop is working just fine and I have had no other issues. The other factor in why I would definitely go there again and recommend them is the fact that they held to the original estimate even though the agreement I had signed had left wiggle room for a higher cost and that as my primary pc I would of had no choice to pay it. In the end I payed less than a quarter what B.B. had quoted me and had confidence that my personal information was not being shipped from one Coast to another, with goodness knows who having access to it. I highly recommend this establishment.
