Rent a center is the worst place to ever buy furniture. Theyre ceooks and thieves and dont care what the circumstances are. I would never refer anybody to go to rent a center and get robbed.

After applying online and being approved for two items I went to the store and was told I only could get one of the two items that I paid for and Im currently financing I asked why only one and I was told I cant get anything now. Then the mill employee currently on shift offered me $50 out of the register. Which must be illegal then after being told he will not be giving me anything or refunding me I contacted the police. And he stated he doesnt know what Im talking about. I tried to call corporate or customer service but he stated he was the owner and the police informed me not to return. I have a police report andI currently have the Rent-A-Center rental order completely filled out I also provided bank statements and pay stubs.Doing this he also became irate and disrespectful to a separate customer all these events occurred from 3 p.m. to 3:20. I later found out that amen name Louis is the real ower and Im still waiting to hear from them DONT EVER GO HERE TERRIBLE STAFF DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL..... I WILL BE CONTACTING LOUIS THE ACTUAL OWNER TO LET HIM KNOW THAT A FIRST-TIME CUSTOMER WAS TURNED AWAY AFTER PAYING AND OFFERED MONEY OUT OF THE REGISTERSINCERELYSTEVEN COOKUS Army Vet** Someone in corporate or customer service please respond back to me this is unacceptable

Disappointing. Customer service terrible. Try to pull a fast oneregarding prices etc. stay well away. They are not pleasant at all and falsely run business.

Rented a refrigerator about 4 weeks ago, it stopped working properly, I called to have it picked up. The phone is not answered, nor is there a answering machine. When I was told the refrigerator would be picked up for additional fee of $25, for same day service, that is ridicules! I will never use this location again! Horrible customer service and people skills.

I wish there was a zero star review! DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!! I rented a laptop there for $129 a month and ended up paying nearly $200 a month! I was double charged on my credit card a few times and was never refunded for that! So o decides to pay cash instead, when i asked for receipts they claim no payment was made!! That is theft! I decided not to continue paying until i received my money back. I provided bank statements and proof of charges and 2 month later still no response. The hispanic manager kept breaking and entering into my apartment complex screaming and hitting my front door asking for payment AND laptop! The employee with the scar on his head even harrassed my wife into providing my work address! They showed up to work, demanded to speak to my manager and claimed they were there from a call from me to repo the laptop!! I work in a professional environment and it was humiliating! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!! THEY WILL LITERALLY STEAL FROM YOU! IF YOU DO THEN KEEP COPIES OF YOUR RECEIPTS! THEY PLAY WITH THE NUMBERS AND PRINT FAKE RECEIPTS!! I paid $924 and when i asked for my receipts in their records it shows only $479 even though my bank statements say otherwise!

Ive rented from them before but from a different location a few years ago and my experience was great. Im not sure if its only this location but this time my experience was horrible. When I arrived, I began picking out furniture and filing out the application. The lady asked me for my leasing agreement and my check stubs. So when I asked for them back she argued w me that she had returned the documents already. I know she hadnt because I keep everything very organized in a portfolio. After arguing with me that she had returned it, she then found the documents in the office on the desk. How unprofessional. Then both her and the manager attempted to force me to pick items I did not like or want. Asking me what dont I like about this or that. Like who does that. If I dont like it I dont like it. Im not about to pay for something i dont like or want just to please your sale. Then after I finished, we scheduled a delivery date and time. My condo is very strict about deliveries. They have to reserve and pad the elevators between a specific time. Needless to say they did not show up and didnt even call me to let me know they couldnt make it. So im home all day waiting for my furniture to be delivered when I could have been at work. I certainly do not recommend this place. Worse experience ever. Upon returning for the 3rd time to receive my refund for the deposit I gave for the furniture I never received, the manager had me wait 3 hours and 15 mins for my refund and refused to give me a receipt. I told him I would wait all day and he finally gave me a copy of the receipt after standing at the counter for another 10 mins. Do not come to this place. They have roaches.

Please dont ever rent from these people they lie they tell you one price then jump it they dont deliver on time then expect you to pay for the full two weeks they came to my parents home threaten my parents went into the garage threatening my step dad my step dad has a pacemaker and my mom had a stroke so shes on her walker threatening elderly people thats not the way you do business I was one day late my job does not allow me to answer my phone when Im at work so I call them whenever I get a break or whenever I can they threaten to call the police this is ridiculous this is not how you do business especially when someones only one day late on a payment arrangement this whole staff should be fired I will be calling corporate and I will be calling the police myself for the threats made to my parents I spoke to the manager Landy and he acted as if he didnt know that he sent people out to my parents home this is just crazy do not rent from these people

No one knows what they are doing. Takes 8 minutes and two transfers to make a payment. If you dont pay in full within the first 90 days, the price of your used appliances or furniture almost doubles and by then its too late to return because youve already paid so much money. Save up money and buy cash. Dont use RENT A CENTER.. especially this location.

I had the worst experience ever at this store. Hector came to pick up my stuff and didnt come back to give me the paper to sign that states that I gave him the stuff IN GOOD CONDITION.

Service is tebblie as ever when its time to deliver stuff they tell you its coming but never show up at all but let you not make a payment they coming
