Awesome service and nice perks to pay if you work there. Prices are decent in general with some great discounts from time to time. There is typically a way to get some things for cheaper elsewhere specially if you are fine with Bestbuys open box items but the prices are never higher than they should be.

Screen replacement for iPhone 7 Plus: The service was fast and convenient; however, the quality of the screen they used is not good. My phone is significantly less vibrant than before and I have to turn the brightness up much higher, which will drain the battery faster. The installation of the screen seems to be perfect, which is a credit to the technician, but overall, I expected much closer to a perfect phone considering this repair cost me $139.

In need of purchasing another new laptop, I went back to Panthertech and history repeated itself. Once again the service was awesome, the education and guidance I received was above normal. Not only did Larry answer all my questions (I had a ton) he did so in language I understood!! It should go without saying however I highly recommend dealing with Panther Tech!!

If I could give it less than one star, I would. I went here just to check if my laptop had a messed up battery or if the charger was damaged, since it wasnt charging, and they wanted to charge me 50 bucks just to run a diagnostic on the computer. They kept pushing that even though it was clear I wasnt interested. Youre better off going to Geek Squad who will look at it for free than this place. Im sure any other computer repair shop is more worth it too. This place is a complete rip off

Great store for Apple products for FIU students. Got my iPad Air from here a few years ago with student discount. My IPad helped me get through undergrad, and now I graduated. 😎 Thanks FIU Panther Tech for the great deal!

The services are nice here. The prices are okay, and they have lots of student deals. Even though they might not be the cheapest (of course) they still have graduation and beginning of semester offers.

BIG RIP OFF!! They over charge students making them pay APPLE store repair prices even though they are NOT an Apple Store...Screen Repair for and iPhone 7 was $160.00 with tax... Anywhere else is less than a $100.00 dollar bill. The Dean should either get them in line or shut it down because they are gouging his students and their parents that pay his salary....

I bought a 1,200 dollars laptop plus a 300 dollars protection. They showed me a very nice laptop for me to buy. Unfortunately they didnt had it with the specs I needed, so they order it for me. The seller told me my laptop would take a week to arrive. A week passed, I went to the store but they had no clue about my laptop. They didnt order it, so I had to wait a whole week more. A week later, it eventually arrived but surprisingly for me, that wasnt the laptop I was expecting. Apparently, I had bought an older version of the laptop they showed me two weeks before. Not only that, but it also came with Windows 7 (and it came with a Windows 10 CD), instead of Windows 10 as they had told me. I went back to the store and ask them to please update the software. One of the tech guys wasnt able to update it for some reason, so he called the manager. The manager said that all Workstations came with Win 7 (he later released he was wrong about that), and told me that they had to charge me an extra 25 dollars to update it to Win 10.I will never buy anything from them again. They are really unprofessional and dont care about their clients.

Always get thorough service

Bought a software, never received the email with the key to access it; called them and was informed the software guy was gone for the day. Came in next day in person, software guy hasnt arrived yet... waiting since apparently nobody else in the store can get the key for customers... very unprofessional
