I was there way back in 2016 . One of the wonderful experience from Miami .

Dropped off my surface pro 6 to get the screen repaired as it was cracked. Upon pickup, I immediately noticed silver scratch marks all around my screen (my surface pro is black). Leo advised that this is due to the process of removing the screen.... Seems like I went to get one thing repaired and left with another issue. Apart from this, there is visible glue all around the screen. I chose to take it to CPR miami because I wanted a clean job done, had I known I was going to receive my surface pro in the condition I did, I would’ve done the repair myself and saved me some money ($320 repair). 2 stars because the guys were nice, however, I think the work done on the surface pro should be rated 1 due to the scratch marks around my screen. Had they warned me in advance that this was a and had I accepted this possibility I would not be bothered. Won’t be doing business here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The team at the CPR were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they went the extra mile. After 2 days of trying everything to save my daughters photos and not succeeding due to the iPhone 10 glitch they didn’t even charge us anything. Thank you so much for the professionalism and great service provided. I recommend this crew to anyone with phone issues. Don’t even bother going to Apple they just want you to buy a new phone, that’s what they suggested as the iPhone 10 in their opinion is already old 🙃. Go figure.

Went here for a cracked screen. The tech broke the back of my phone. So they had to find it since it was a new phone. It took them 3 months to get it. They fixed it for free but now the finger print didnt work. They ordered new ones. 6 months later they attempted to fix it and to this day it doesnt work. To add dust gets into my phone and covers my front camera. They refunded my money since they refused to buy me a new phone, which let me add the manager said that they would replace the phone if they couldnt fix it. Just save your time, money and patience.

Truly amazing, great service, took a look at my tablet and actually advised me against fixing it (even though that meant not using their services) and helped me find a great deal on a new one (not purchased through them). What an amazing experience. I have an iPhone 7 and it had a cracked screen. Apple would have charged $150 minimum to replace it but Leo fixed it for $100. Leo is a very nice guy and knows what he is doing. He fixed my phone in 30 minutes max and it looked brand new again. I highly recommend this business to fix your phone!

I had a great experience at this store! My phone was shattered and I was told by Apple that they could not replace it- and I would have to buy a new phone. I did not have anything recent backed up, and luckily the manager of this store was 100 percent confident that he could fix it without issue. Two hours later, I walked out a happy customer with a good as new screen! Highly recommend giving them a try before heading to Apple or your service carrier to save you some money!

I would recommend this place to anyone if you need your laptop fixed. They provide great customer service and they are quick. Ive gone to other electronic repair store and CPR is the best!!Both my husband and I needed our laptop fixed and the tech Leo made our day. Key points: Overall great! Prices are always amazing and reasonable, staff is awesome and the store is easy to find. I highly recommend CPR, I have fixed phone a MacBook Pro and an HP laptop there and I leave a happy customer. The staff is very friendly and always explain their process clearly, I also appreciate their energy when answering all the different questions I threw their way. I recently went to do a physical repair for my HP laptop, it was suppose to be a one-hour job they did it in less than 20 minutes!

My Samsung Galaxy S6 Edges screen broke back in October. I was visiting Miami and found CPR after going to several places. I just stopped here to see about getting my bfs iPhoneX repaired. The screen is busted, but also it wont link to cell service. Scott was way more about getting me the best option than he was trying to make a buck. He told me that he could swap the screen, but that probably wouldnt touch the cell issue. He may have lost a sale, but he earned a customer. This is the first place Ill recommend to anyone looking for a repair.

HORRIBLE! Went to have my screen repaired. After receiving a new screen, the camera and flashlight did not work. I visited an Apple specialist, they ran a diagnostic and two specialists at the Genius Bar confirmed this was a direct result of having my screen replaced by a third party vendor. I spoke to the person who repaired my phone and he was extremely rude and refused to accept blame for the broken camera and flashlight. He would not compensate in any way. GO TO APPLE DIRECTLY TO REPAIR IPHONE!!

CPR Cell Phone Repairs staff is rude and inconsiderate of customers time. After making me wait 2.5 hours to get my phone repaired, I return to the store to pick up what should have been the end product and they proceed to tell me that the phone will have to be picked up at the end of the day (it is 3pm and they close at 7pm) or early the next day. This is after me telling them the phone had to be ready yesterday but I waited to come back because they assured me it could be resolved in a couple of hours. Now, they tell me they are too busy. Never come here for help! This is coming from a person who never complains and has all the patience in the world.

CPR Cell Phone Repair has become my go-to for all of my repair needs. Originally I brought my iPhone to be repaired. Having such a lovely experience during my first visit, I decided to take my daughters iPad to be repaired. All in all, both experiences were super efficient, the staff also managed to make each customer feel like their needs are the only ones that matter.

I went to apple store to see if they could fix my phone. They said the problem could be the battery, that i had to pay 50usd to check that, but if when they open it, it was not a battery problem they would charge 350 to fix it. Honestly i have never seen such a good phone repair spot. This guys had repaired my samsung S8+ in few hours only. They explained me exactly what the problem was and it even cost less as at the place before. They had all pieces and everything is original.

My experience is that my cell phone wasnt working and the screen was red. In Haiti I was told that when your screen is red it means that the cell needs to be thrown away meaning cannot di anything. I tvld with it in Fla on may 18 2016, and my son brought it the CPR center in downtown Miami and the made a miracle out of it with no promising and no warranty, they told me to manage it until I change it because I had told them that I was changing my cell in Dec 2016.It has been already 10 months and my cell is perfectly fine .Thanks to CPR

Manager and assistant manager were extremely polite and treated you like a guest...not just a customer!Dropped off phone to get screen and lcd replaced..... In a few hours it was done. Store was busy too at the time. I would definitely go back fpr any problem with my phone...... Simply because of the way they treat everyone walking in the door.

Went in with my iPhone 6 that was not receiving a charge, even after I tried cleaning it out. So i have a small samsung tablet, i look online and find a place called youbreak i fixed, i went there and told me that we cant fix your samsung because it was old, and samsung dont repair them anymore . It was frustrating so i went online again and saw cpr dpwntown miami which was a litle far from me but the manager Leo was very nice, even tbough they didnt have the part, he ordered it and got in contact with me when they got the part and fixed everything . I had an amazing experience . I really recommend this place .

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.I had my phone screen replaced here and it was buggy -- Not calibrated, and clearly poorly installed. Had to be re-done. But guess what? A week later, it SHATTERED on a light drop. I had never cracked my phone screen before & I had an original iphone screen with a small scratch on it that bothered me, which is why I brought it in... but now Im discovering that Ive traded my quality screen at this place for a CHEAP screen that ended up shattering in less than two weeks!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

TERRIBLE SERVICE !! Ive taken my phone to this store 5 TIMES and still not fixed . Not acceptable .Ive been without o phone for 2 weeks . Which I terribly need for work.To be honest I never leave any reviews good or bad.But i really wanted to share my terrible experience because i know how important it is to have your phone nowadays and honestly its frustrating .I dont ever want anybody to go through what I have and still am .First day I take it to the store, they usually tell you it will be fixed in around 30 min . Went back to get my phone and the new screen wasnt working . ( ok no problem, it happens) . So i told the guy at the front(the same day) that it isnt working and no problem he says hell fix it and apologized for his mistake . Went back for my phone and grabbed it thinking that after 2 times it would be fixed . Well wrong . Still broken .Went back Monday and again oh no problem Ill fix it for you . Well long story short Ive been to CPR phone repair downtown miami 5 times. My phone is still NOT FIXED. I will take it tomorrow to get a refund and take it somewhere else .ADVICE : if you care about care about your phone or need it for work DONT EVER bring it to this store.

I had a terrible experience at CPR. I went in with a hairline crack in the glass of my HTC phone. In the first round of the repair, they accidentally glued the SIM card shut. After denying that it was their fault, they agreed to repair it. The second weeklong repair left me with a chewed up looking SIM card, that could be popped out only one time. After that, no amount of coaxing would permit a change of SIM card. I travel extensively and need SIM cards for many nations, thus my phone has been rendered useless. Leo ignored two of my emails, but did respond to a telephone call, in which he refunded me the original service charge. The whole experience has been painful, and I ended up worse then where I began.
