Amazing service and fair price! My IPhone 11 shut down and I directly went to Apple Store, they ran their system check which is useless and got the conclusion my phone was unrecoverable and I’d have to pay 600$ for a new one. I went to this store which is close to Apple at brickell told what happened to my phone and he instantly told me the actual problem, related to my storage being full. Long story short he fixed my phone in 20 minutes for 40$ without even having to open it.

I happen to be in the shopping plaza of 305 Wireless and asked how much it would be to repair the cracked back of my iPhone. Not only was it cheaper than the other places I had been to, but the customer service and repair were both great. My phone was ready in about 45 minutes and the gentleman was very professional. I ended up being back my sister in law’s phone and the same gentleman remembered me, fixed the front at a great price, and added a screen protector. They are definitely in a convenient spot and not highway robbery like other places.

Do not go to this place! The quality is the worst and the people working here are SO RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! They do not want to help when the display was broken within a day! Total scam! These people are the real heroes. Always easy to drop off and quick turn around. Ive been here quite a few times and the guys working are friendly and efficient, My phone and my husband’s have broken several times and they repair them right away, so very pleased to keep giving these guys my business instead of other stores I’ve gone to and had bad experiences. Beats going to the apple store, in that the prices are significantly better and the quality just as good.

Please listen to this advice and DO. NOT. come to this place. Man I never post reviews but I had to for this place, the are scammers that promise to you a price and when you come back to pay they want to charge you double the amount they promised. If I say they are rude to you it would be a complete understatement, horrible employees. This place is on time with there work. The owner goes the extra mile to attend to the customers needs. I drove 1 hour away and it was worth it. I definitely recommend this place to repair your phone.They offer great pricing/quality. I am extremely happy they were able to save my phone after it being water damaged.

Never ever use this service. I sent my daughter Ipad to change the screen that was broken. Right after I get it fixed (on 1st day) I tried to put the kids ipad cover and the new screen broke. I came back to the store to ask to fix it and sales person called the owner (Henry) and put me to talk with him. He simply said on the phone that he deliver it fixed and would charge again. When I said that I would not paid again because was a very poor service and should be on warranty he literally said that I should Fu.. myself and started screaming, insulting me and hang off the phone. The sales person said that he could do nothing and I ended up spending my money and the ipad is still broken

This place is amazing!!! They changed my cellphone screen and it was fixed in less then 20 minutes !! I recommend this store.

Responsive at the beginning, but quality was bad. The screen they replaced was poor quality and look funny. They didnt really hear my complaint afterwards. It was pretty much a matter of take it or leave it.

Alex made sure I had the right diagnosis before he fixed my Bluetooth antenna problem. I had taken my phone to Apple first and they couldn’t diagnose the problem. Great service. Phone works great again.

DONT FIX YOUR PHONE HERE! I went to the kiosk to fix the screen for my iphone 6, when i came back they said they were done, but the screen wasnt working so i had to leave it again and come back later, i came back for a second time and the home button wasnt working, they said it was already like that (it wasnt) so I had to go to another place and pay to fix my home button that they damaged! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!
