I called this store with a need. The Lady at the store does not have listen skills.This is my advice to the business. Businesses go bankrupt because does not listen to the customers, the market. This exactly what happened to Blackberry. If they would have change their leaders, they probably would have hit it first than Apple.This is why Blackberry lost business because was not paying attention to the customers if you want to have a business and because you think you own a business you can tell customers what ever you want you need to remember that there are google reviews. And in 2021 people see reviews before going to your store, hence if you do bad business. Everybody will know.Sincerely,A mistreated customer

Very bad service I had to go to another store to solve my problem because they only want to do what they understand what it is and that according to them who has the experience for each client has a different situation and you have to listen to them and give them a solution, at the end, in the other store, in less than 15 minutes, they entered the system and they transferred my number of years that I had, I had to pay a little more, but they gave me the solution that if they had wanted to help me, it would have saved me time and money, one has to stabbed the client and use his experience to help not to complicate things and close himself in his position, everything he said that could not be done, as the saying goes when you want, you can, because my internet network on the other company is offline but my line and my number were still active are two different things, he told me to call the company for not doing the job or I dont know why, in the other store they asked me for the account number and the pin and solution I retrieved my phone number
