Horrible customer service. Tried to refill a phone line and the rep couldnt tell me if it was net10, simple mobile, etc.Not only did the rep write down the wrong number to refill, but then when I brought it to his attention, he said you still have to pay me instead of correcting the issue. Never going there again, HORRIBLE
